Palestinian-Chilean singer Elyanna is set to bring her distinctive Arab-pop sound to Yasalam's After-Race Concerts at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix this December. She'll take the stage on Friday, December 5th, performing alongside American rapper and singer Post Malone at Etihad Park.

The Yasalam After-Race Concert series will run from December 4th to 7th as part of the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix festivities. The full lineup includes Benson Boone (December 4th), Post Malone and Elyanna (December 5th), Metallica (December 6th), and Katy Perry (December 7th). Styled Archives: When MENA Celebrities Rocked Razor-Thin Brows

From Somaya El Khashab's TV sets to Nicole Saba's concerts, razor-thin brows were the signature of 2000s Arab pop culture. Aug 07, 2025 The early 2000s were a defining era for beauty and style across the Arab world. From nightclub cameos in Beirut to concert stages in Katameya Heights, pencil-thin brows reigned supreme. Lebanese pop icons like Elissa paired theirs with silver hair jewels and glossy lips, while Haifa Wehbe leaned into bombshell territory with camo, a cat, and smoke-lidded eyes. In Egypt, Mona Zaki gave us baby-blue butterfly clips and barely-there brows, while Somaya El Khashab, even on set in vintage polka dots, stayed loyal to the Y2K beauty playbook. Whether bronzed in Monte Carlo like Razan Al Moghrabi, or at a Cairo movie premiere layered in red fur and leopard print like Zeina and Dolly Shahin, one detail held it all together: the brow, tweezed to perfection. Elissa | Beirut Nightclub (2000) Glossy lips, silver hair jewels, and that signature smoky eye—Elissa's look was pure Y2K glamour. Of course, her razor-thin brows framed it all perfectly. Haifa Wehbe | Beirut (2001) Camo-clad with a cat in hand, Haifa served sultry softness — razor-thin brows, smoke-lidded eyes, and early-2000s bombshell energy. Mona Zaki | Dubai (2001) Sequins, baby blue, and butterfly clips—Mona Zaki nailed early 2000s charm with ease. Her barely-there brows were just the cherry on top. Yousra | Beirut (2002) With a blonde bob and glossy lips, Yousra kept it cool in a green-blue knit — and of course, blue eyeshadow to match. Jumana Murad | Press Conference (2005) With voluminous jet-black hair and deep nude makeup, Jumana Murad paired her colorful red shirt with the pencil-thin brows that defined the era. Somaya El Khashab | Rayya wa Sakina Set (2005) In full character as Sakina for the hit TV series, Somaya El Khashab was captured behind the scenes laughing in a vintage-style polka dot galabeya with a matching headscarf. Even in costume, her razor-thin brows and glossy nude lips held true to the 2000s beauty playbook. Zeina & Dolly Shahin | Wija Cairo Premiere (2006) Egyptian star Zeina arrived in a sheer black lace top layered under a vivid red fur jacket, while Lebanese pop singer Dolly Shahin opted for a golden leopard-print dress and a glossy blowout. Together, they embodied the unapologetic glamour of mid-2000s Cairo premieres—razor-thin brows, sparkly manicures, and all. Nicole Saba | Katameya Heights Concert (2006) Blonde hair, flared low-rise jeans, and sporty wristbands—Nicole Saba nailed the Y2K pop star vibe. And yes, the razor-thin brows were essential.

UN warns of disastrous consequences of expanding Israeli war on Gaza

Basant Ahmed The United Nations described reports on Tuesday of a possible Israeli decision to expand military operations across the Gaza Strip as "extremely worrying," if true. Miroslav Jenča, UN Assistant Secretary-General, said during a Security Council meeting on the situation in Gaza that such a move would have disastrous consequences and could further endanger the lives of the remaining hostages in Gaza. He added, "International law is clear on this matter. Gaza is an integral part of the future Palestinian state and must remain so." read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results
