Addison Rae Debuts Armani Beauty Product in a Behind-the-scenes Look at Her ‘Times Like These' Music Video
Addison Rae is an Armani girl.
The 24-year-old pop artist, who released her debut album 'Addison' on Friday, made her love for the luxury beauty brand abundantly clear in the music video for her moody hit, 'Times Like These,' directed by photographer Ethan James Green. In the footage, she's seen dancing across a ferry boat and in a dressing room with pinched, pink cheeks and pouty lips, both painted in the new Armani Luminous Silk Cheek Tint Shine in shade 62S Magnetic Mauve, which launched in May.

Rae paraded the bottle in front of the camera and dotted the pigmented makeup on her face. In a behind-the-scenes look on TikTok, she — again — highlighted the product, adding another layer to her cheeks before flashing a smile in the mirror. 'Can't get enough of @Armani beauty cheek tint shines,' her caption read.
The bright hue on her face was contrasted with a misty shadow on her eyelids and dark brown brows. The shadow was courtesy of Armani's Eye Tint Long-Lasting Liquid Eyeshadow in shade 32S. Meanwhile, her skin was dressed in Armani's Luminous Silk Foundation in shade 5.75 and the Luminous Silk Concealer in shade 5.25 to achieve an even and natural finish.
Makeup artist Jenna Kuchera created Rae's aesthetic for not only her new video, but for 'Headphones On,' too.
Her hair, styled by Lucas Wilson, gets more grandiose as the video goes on, starting with combed beach waves and ending with mile-high, majorly teased extensions à la Tracy Turnblad in 'Hairspray.'
Rae's not-so-subtle Armani advertisement comes at a time when music videos are increasingly being used like product infomercials. On the frontlines of this movement are Sabrina Carpenter and Prada Beauty. Carpenter hard-launched her partnership with the Italian brand in her 'Please, Please, Please' short film last year, revealing Prada's first mascara and the Color Changing Lip Balm in Astral Pink. She was then seen using a Prada Beauty lipstick in 'Taste,' and just recently dropped a major Easter egg for the brand's upcoming product in 'Manchild,' which sees her snacking on a Prada-stamped bag of banana candies.

Addison Rae is now going by a new stage name. The singer and TikTok star, who just released her self-titled debut album on June 6, has dropped the name "Rae" from her professional moniker and is now known simply as Addison. 'I said it in an interview, I was just like, 'Oh, I think I've grown past being called Addison Rae,'' Addison told host Quenlin Blackwell during a June 8 appearance on Blackwell's "Feeding Starving Celebrities" YouTube series. 'Then the album being named 'Addison' kind of was a tie-in for that," she added. The "Diet Pepsi" singer, 24, said there is also a more practical reason behind her decision. 'I just am tired of also signing Addison Rae. It's really long. I just would rather sign Addison,' she said, laughing. 'And then I was like, 'Yeah, it just makes more sense because, like, it's going back to the roots really.'' Corinne Bailey Rae's first children's book, 'Put Your Records On,' draws upon her musical past
NEW YORK (AP) — Corinne Bailey Rae is working on a children's picture book that draws upon her early memories of music. The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter has a deal with Rocky Pond Books, an imprint of Penguin Young Readers, for 'Put Your Records On.' Named for her signature hit and illustrated by Gillian Eilidh O'Mara, the book is scheduled to come out March 3, 2026, and tells the story of a young girl's initiation into her great aunt's record collection. 'When I was a child, music helped me find myself. Through songs I discovered that others felt what I felt," Rae said in a statement released Wednesday. "Playing music grew my confidence and writing and performing my own music allowed me to fully express myself. I want every child to know that they have music in their heart and a voice that should be heard.' Rae, 46, has sold millions of records worldwide and won two Grammys — as a contributor to Herbie Hancock's 2007 tribute album to Joni Mitchell, 'River,' and for her cover in 2011 of Bob Marley & The Wailer's 'Is This Love.'
