A WOMAN has died and a teenager arrested and bailed following an e-bike crash in Bradford.
Shaat Bibi, 72, was struck while crossing Leeds Old Road at 4.54pm on Wednesday.

The collision happened on Leeds Old Road on Wednesday May 14
The woman was rushed to hospital but sadly passed away from her injuries on Friday.
The motorcycle rider, a 17-year-old boy, was arrested on suspicion of offences relating to the collision and released on bail, according to West Yorkshire Police.
The cops have now launched a fresh appeal for information about the horror collision.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have video footage of it should contact the Major Collision and Enquiry Team by calling 101 and quoting log 1451 of May 14.
Reports can also be made online by referencing the same log number.

Murder investigation launched after man shot near petrol station
West Yorkshire Police said officers received a report at 9.43pm on Tuesday that a man had been seriously injured after a shot was fired from a vehicle on Doncaster Road near the BP petrol station in Wakefield. The force said it believed the vehicle used in the offence was 'on false plates and was stolen in a burglary in Castleford on August 3'. The victim was taken to hospital where he died from his injuries. Police said he is understood to be a 50-year-old man who was living in the local area. Detective Chief Inspector James Entwistle, of West Yorkshire Police's homicide and major inquiry team, said: 'A man has lost his life, and it is an absolute priority for us to understand the circumstances of what has taken place and identify anyone who has had any involvement in this incident. 'We understand that the vehicle used in this offence was on false plates and was stolen in a burglary in Castleford on 3 August. The vehicle is particularly distinctive because of the bull lights fitted to the vehicle. 'We are interested in speaking to anyone who believes they have seen this RAV4 following this burglary, around the time of this offence and since. The vehicle may now be displaying different plates. 'Motorists who were in the Doncaster Road area last night who have dashcams fitted are also asked to check whether they have captured any footage of this vehicle. 'The driver was driving in the direction of Wakefield before they have turned around near the BP petrol station immediately prior to the shooting and then driven off in the direction they came from. 'We understand the shock and concern that an incident of this nature will cause, particularly given that a firearm has been involved. 'We are dedicating significant resources to this investigation and our neighbourhood policing colleagues are supporting this with an increased presence in the area to provide reassurance to the community.' Police chief's K-9 dog mauls his 3-year-old daughter to death
A police chief's K-9 dog killed his young daughter in the back yard of their home while he was away. The German Shepherd named Draco was in a kennel and 'not actively attacking' when deputies responded to a call for a child being assaulted by a dog at the home in Burlington, Colorado, according to the Kit Carson County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Travis Belden and a deputy found the three-year-old girl unresponsive, and her mother, in the yard on Monday. The toddler was rushed to Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital. 'Despite best efforts by medical staff the child was eventually declared deceased,' stated the sheriff's office. 'This is a very tragic situation, affecting this community as a whole.' Burlington police Chief Nate Hill was keeping Draco at his home after Cheyenne County Sheriff's Office ended its K-9 program and donated him to the city's force. 'We our deeply saddened by the tragic incident that occurred within the city limits of Burlington, CO,' stated the Burlington Police Department. 'Our hearts go out to Chief Nate Hill, his wife and family for the loss of their little girl, who was victim of a dog attack.'
