Encircled by towering pine trees and edged by centuries-old estate walls, it lies in the heart of the estate 300 meters from Sandringham House.
He has had the four-bedroom Gardens House restored.
Oliver's Travels, which is exclusively marketing the Edwardian property, says: 'Once home to the Estate's head gardener, this handsome brick residence now offers guests a rare invitation to experience the grace and quiet rhythm of life on one of Britain's most storied country estates.'
It can sleep eight guests and has three bathrooms.
Oliver's Travels adds: 'Children and dogs can roam freely in the expansive garden, while adults unwind with a glass of wine and views across the lawns.'
It says The Gardens House is the closest holiday cottage to Sandringham House, 'offering guests an extraordinary connection to one of the United Kingdom's most iconic royal residences.'
It adds: 'Set amidst manicured gardens and ancient parkland within the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this charming retreat invites guests to step into a rich tapestry of royal heritage, seasonal splendour, and timeless countryside tranquillity.'
The property offers a choice of two sitting rooms – a formal lounge and a room with a TV.
There is also a dining room with a table for eight people and a modern kitchen, with French doors opening onto the terrace for alfresco breakfasts or evening drinks beneath the Norfolk sky.
The four bedrooms include a choice of super-king and twin bed, with each room individually dressed with patterned fabrics, floral prints, reclaimed wood and soft furnishings that reflect the surrounding nature.
Major change King Charles is making to his Sandringham Estate home for the summer revealed
The three bathrooms are equally characterful, with some boldly papered or painted in sunshine yellow, all elegantly finished with a mix of baths, walk-in showers and period details.

The J.Crew x Rouje Collection Is Pure Vintage Summer Romance
Imagine if Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy and a Parisian It-girl went on holiday together and shared a suitcase. That's basically the vibe of and Rouje's new collab - a tight little drop of 18 pieces pulling from both sides of the Atlantic, with just the right amount of '90s nostalgia and quiet luxury energy. The whole thing feels like it's been lifted from someone's impossibly chic archive. There's a polka-dotwrap dress you'll probably end up living in, the kind of red mules that turn heads but still look like they've been in your wardrobe for years, and a matching knit tank and skirt set that feels so south of France it should come with a glass of wine. It's got that romantic, vintage-leaning Rouje feel - Jeanne Damas' fingerprints are all over it - but New York polish stops it from going full whimsical. It's flirty, but grounded. French, but not cliché. Minimal, but not boring. Even the jeans are good - wide-leg with a slight '70s kick and big patch pockets. Tick. Nothing in the lineup is trying too hard. There's a simplicity to it that feels refreshing, like you could throw any of it on and go. Which, to be honest, is the dream. The only catch? The collection doesn't ship internationally. Bit of a heartbreak, but not a total dealbreaker, not when the pieces are this good. If you're outside the U.S., it might be time to text that one friend with a New York address or finally cave and set up a forwarding account. Honestly, for that polka-dot dress alone, it's kind of worth the faff. Renee Washington , Grazia's digital fashion and beauty writer, lives online. King to visit nuclear transport ship in far north of Scotland
Charles will attend an event hosted by the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority in Scrabster, Caithness, on Monday. He will attend a reception at Scrabster Harbour to mark the 70th anniversary of the Dounreay nuclear site, the 50th anniversary of the Pacific Nuclear Transport Limited (PNTL), and the 20th anniversary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. On arrival at the harbour's Jubilee Pier, the King will meet the crew of the Pacific Heron, a second-generation purpose-built nuclear transport ship that is one of the most sophisticated in the world, and unveil a plaque. The King will also meet sea cadets and Royal National Lifeboat Institution volunteers from the region. The King will visit Caithness Joe Giddens/PA) He will then visit Fish Market Hall and spend time meeting staff from the nuclear industry and community members from Thurso. The King will then unveil another plaque to commemorate the visit. From 1955 until 1994, Dounreay was the UK's centre of nuclear research and development and scientists experimented with plutonium and uranium to generate electricity using a more advanced type of nuclear reactor. In April 2005, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), a non-departmental public body of the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, took over ownership of the facility from the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA). It is now described as 'Scotland's largest nuclear clean-up and demolition project' and a site of 'construction, demolition and waste management'. The reception will also commemorate the 50th anniversary of Pacific Nuclear Transport Limited (PNTL), which has been operating for 50 years between Europe and Japan. The purpose-built ships are three of the most advanced cargo vessels in operation, and PNTL was described as operating 'a flawless nuclear safety record' and is committed to innovation regarding the sustainability of its shipping operations.
