Will There Be A Season 3 Of 'America's Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders'?
Here's what we know about season 3 of America's Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders
Netflix has not officially announced a season 3, but the team has been teasing the audition process for the coming year. They even shared a finalized roster of 36 cheerleaders this June for training camp 2025, and a clip featuring guest judge, Kacey Musgraves—who would be a huge get for a new season.
Each season is an examination of the young women auditioning to perform on the cheerleading team for the Dallas Cowboys, following those who make it to training camp as they grow and develop their skills. Season 2 followed both the rookies and the seasoned veterans who will ultimately find their place in one of the 36 spots on the official squad.
Training camp is led by DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell, who will most likely be back. Musgraves seems to be involved in some capacity, and some girls will be returning from past seasons. The team also shared their 'rookie roundup.'
Fan favorite Dayton might make an appearance, though this fan-made TikTok explains she did not make the final round.
If the show is definitely continuing, it seems likely that it would be released next summer, since season 1 and 2 both came out in June, one year apart.

Coffee buckets are the latest kooky caffeine trend for jittery java junkies: ‘I'd be on the toilet for days'
That's a whole latte java. The latest kooky caffeine trend to take hold among fiends is bigger than ever — literally. Venti, Trenta? No longer big enough. This summer, everyone's turning to coffee buckets — clear, colossally-sized plastic takeout carriers filled with jitter-making iced joe and complete with handle for carrying ease. Advertisement 3 One six-second video from TikTokker @ showing off her iced coffee bucket blew up, garnering 4.3 million views. TikTok/ TikTokkers, predictably, can't get enough — #coffeebucket-tagged vids are vrooming up the charts on the popular social media app, reeling in millions of views. One six-second clip showing off one of the super-sized sippers pulled in 4.3 million alone. And while the 32-to-50 oz. drink drums are supposedly shareable, they're often showed online being enjoyed solo. Advertisement 'If you're trying to lure me, it's working,' someone quipped in the comments of another viral video, posted by Wicked Southern, a coffee shop in Salem, Conn. 'I fear i would get in the windowless white van for this,' another admitted. 'Just a little bucket of extra anxiety,' one laughed. 'I'd be on the toilet for days,' a user confessed. Advertisement 'When we started seeing the bucket trend pop up more and more, we decided to give it a shot and launched ours at the beginning of June,' owner Kaylee Shilosky explained to Better Home & Gardens. 'People went crazy for it, and we sold out again that very same day,' she said. TJ's Burritos, another Nutmeg State business that sells Mexican food and coffee, started selling the titanic tumblers in late May — and sold out the first weekend. Advertisement 3 Coffee buckets are a giant, clear, plastic takeout-style tub filled with cold brew or iced coffee, complete with a handle. Wicked Southern Coffee The owner, Tricia Martin, told CT Insider she now sells at least 1,000 per week — sometimes 200 per day. 'It seems like it's a thing right now,' Alaina Roberto, owner of Last Drop Coffee Shop in Monroe, Conn., chimed in. 'It's a bucket summer.' While nobody seems to know exactly where the idea originated, coffee shops across the East and Midwest have been seen offering the bonus-sized beverages. 'Any of our lattes can be made in a bucket, as long as it's iced and it [consists of] four shots of espresso, ice, eight to 10 ounces of milk, and then whatever syrups go with the flavor that they selected — and then we also offer a cold foam topping,' Brittany Stier, co-owner of Missouri's Noctua Coffee told BHG. 3 Most of these jumbo-sized coffee drinks range from 32 to 50 ounces. Wicked Southern Coffee Not only do people like the aesthetic of the coffee bucket, but it also shows the shift in coffee culture toward extravagant and bold creations, with many resembling — or at least sounding like — desserts. Noctua Coffee's most popular bucket at the moment, Stier said, is the Blueberry Muffin, which consists of blueberry syrup, brown sugar, cold foam and cinnamon. Advertisement Wicked Southern also reported seen great success with the Caramel Banana Latte — and their top-seller, the Tiramisu Latte. 'We've seen people posting our buckets at the beach, the local lake in town, and even grabbing a few to start a bachelorette trip,' Wicked Southern's Shilosky shared. 'A lot of people make it a little ritual.'

New Dunkin' ad brings up ‘genetics' right after Sydney Sweeney's controversial commercial
A new commercial has people talking about eugenics again — more than the actual product it's selling. How did we get here? On July 29, Dunkin' launched a pair of new Refreshers to its menu. To introduce one of them — the Golden Hour Refresher — the brand partnered (again) with 'The Summer I Turned Pretty' star Gavin Casalegno for a new video posted on social media. 'Look, I didn't ask to be the king of summer, it just kinda happened,' Casalegno says at the start of the 35-second spot. 'This tan? Genetics.' Casalegno then talks about his color analysis 'literally' coming back 'golden summer' as he lounges by a pool with a Refresher in hand. 'Can't help it — every time I drink a Golden Hour Refresher, it's like the sun just finds me,' he says. 'So if sipping these refreshers makes me the king of summer? Guilty as charged.' Instead of being flooded with fans excited to try the new drinks, the ad's comments section is full of people wondering why a certain word was used in the script. 'why are ads so obsessed with genetics all of a sudden,' asked one TikTok user — referencing Sydney Sweeney's controversial American Eagle campaign — and they were far from the only one with that question. 'What in the Sydney Sweeney did I just watch,' asked one more. Representatives for Casalegno and Dunkin' did not immediately respond to request for comment. The 'Euphoria' actor's campaign, which aims to sell the clothing company's new denim line, is centered around the tagline 'Sydney Sweeney has great jeans,' a double entendre critics say promotes the idea that Sweeney — blonde, blue eyed and white — is genetically superior. A representative for Sweeney declined to comment to NBC News. American Eagle also did not respond to a request for comment. Some Dunkin' customers are feeling so icky about the situation, they say they're forgoing their usual coffee run. 'K so skipping my Dunkin for today,' commented one user. 'i'll go to starbucks today ig,' wrote another. 'So no American Eagle or Dunkin' got it,' said one more. And others are clearly just not 'Team Jeremiah' since Casalegno plays Jeremiah Fisher in 'The Summer I Turned Pretty.' The series' main conflict is driven by its main character, Belly (Lola Tung), choosing between Jeremiah and his older brother Conrad (Christopher Briney).

Singer Slams White House For Using ‘Jet2 Holiday' TikTok Trend
Jess Glynne, the British singer whose song 'Hold My Hand' is included in the viral 'Nothing beats a Jet2 holiday' TikTok audio, slammed the White House for using the sound in a video of Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers deporting migrants. The White House used a popular TikTok sound, "Nothing beats a Jet2 holiday," in a video of authorities detaining migrants. (Photo by) Getty Images The official White House social media accounts posted a video Tuesday night depicting ICE agents deporting migrants, set to a viral TikTok sound that users typically use in videos depicting their vacation disasters or other chaotic incidents. The sound, in which a British woman narrates a vacation deal offered by the Jet2 airline, includes a clip of singer Jess Glynne's 2015 hit 'Hold My Hand.' The White House captioned its post: 'When ICE books you a one-way Jet2 holiday to deportation,' adding, 'Nothing beats it!' Glynne slammed the White House in a post on Instagram Wednesday morning, stating the post makes her 'sick' because her music is about 'love, unity, and spreading positivity - never about division or hate.' The post went viral on social media, garnering 7 million views as of Wednesday afternoon, with some users expressing outrage: 'Jet2 should sue the White House and I'm not even joking,' one user posted on X, garnering 81,000 likes. Jet2 has not responded to the White House's post (Forbes has reached out for comment). The 'Jet2 Holiday' sound comes from a commercial that aired in 2024, though the airline has been using Glynne's song in advertisements for years. In the ad, Jet2 offers a deal on a vacation package through Jet2holidays, a subsidiary company that sells vacations and tours. The sound has become one of this summer's biggest TikTok trends. The audio has been used in nearly 2 million videos, many of which portray chaotic incidents, such as a person getting knocked over by a splash from a water slide or a woman almost getting hit by a rebounding axe at an axe throwing range. The most-liked video using the Jet2 sound, with nearly 38 million likes, depicts someone opening a huge curtain at a hotel only to reveal a tiny window. Jet2 has posted videos using the sound, and Glynne has referenced the trend onstage at her concerts. Last week, Glynne and the commercial's narrator, Zoe Lister, met on a British radio show, where they performed the viral sound together. How Has The White House Used Memes On Social Media? The 'Jet2 holiday' video is the latest example of the Trump administration using memes on its social media accounts. In a post earlier this month, the White House superimposed President Donald Trump's face onto Superman, coinciding with the release of the new 'Superman' movie, captioning the post: 'Truth. Justice. The American Way. Superman Trump.' On Valentine's Day, the White House account posted a card that said: 'Roses are red, violets are blue, come here illegally and we'll deport you.' The administration acknowledged its tendency to communicate through memes in a post a few weeks ago: 'Nowhere in the Constitution does it say we can't post banger memes,' the White House posted.
