Olympic hockey player Sarah Nurse is Revlon's first Canadian brand ambassador: 'Incredible!'
In a 'Get Ready With Me' (GRWM) style video, the Hamilton, Ont. Native said she's been using ColorStay products during game days for the Toronto Sceptres.
'This face looks good before, during and after,' the self-proclaimed 'makeup girlie' said.

Nurse has been a trailblazer in women's hockey and the Professional Women's Hockey League. As an olympic gold medalist, she's been vocal about breaking barriers for Black women in hockey and the importance of representation.
"The first time I realized that I was a little bit different than the other people that I played hockey with, whether it was boys or girls, was in a girls' locker room," Nurse said in an interview with CBC Sports. "We were talking about hair, and they started talking about my hair and how my hair just didn't do the things that their hair would do.
"I remember one time I came into the locker room with my hair straight and everybody was obsessed with it. They couldn't even get enough of it; they said your hair looks so much better like that. I just remember thinking, that's not me, it's totally not me."
In 2020, Nurse and her Team Canada teammate Marie-Philip Poulin were immortalized with their own Barbie by Mattel and Tim Hortons.
'When you think of Barbie, you think of girls having that limitless potential and really believing they can be absolutely anything. And the partnership between Tim Hortons and Barbie is going to be so incredibly important,' Nurse told Hockey Canada. 'To have a hockey-playing Barbie, to have a Barbie doll that is any type of athletic, really, is huge for girls. We want them to realize that being athletic and being sporty is cool and fun. And that girls can be athletic and still be little girls.'

Stephen Jackson and Lil Yachty are seemingly on good terms after the former NBA star called out the rapper for mentioning the late George Floyd in an unreleased track. Lil Yachty, whose real name is Miles McCollum, shared a snippet of a track during a recent Twitch livestream, according to Rolling Stone and Billboard. The song reportedly featured a lyric about Floyd, a 46-year-old black man who died in May 2020 after a white Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin knelt on his head and neck for nearly 10 minutes while arresting him. 'Put my knee up on her neck, I went George Floyd,' Yachty rapped on the song, per Billboard. Jackson condemned the 'One Night' rapper in a now-deleted Instagram post, calling the lyric 'demeaning' and writing, 'Don't ever say his name, bro. None of y'all knew G. Nothing about him.' The San Antonio Spurs alum has long been open about the loss of his friend Floyd, revealing in 2020 that the pair grew up in the same Houston, Texas neighborhood. Jackson says Yachty apologized for distasteful lyric In an Aug. 14 Instagram story, the 'All the Smoke' podcast host later revealed that he is no longer upset with Yachty after the musician reached out and apologized. 'I took my post down about Yachty because I'm emotional about George. I apologized to him. We spoke and he apologized as well,' Jackson said. 'I salute him. Not a lot of people like to own up to when they [expletive] up.' Jackson added that he agreed a public apology was unnecessary after the two worked things out, and as Yachty understands the frustration caused by the lyrics. He added that he never had an issue with Yachty directly, but rather the idea of it being okay for people to demean the dead. He later added in an Aug. 15 Instagram post that he won't be discussing the situation in interviews, adding that 'he's a smart young man' and 'We move on from it.'

It's safe to say not everyone is excited about Jalen Ramsey's addition to the Steelers' defense — as a cornerback from Pittsburgh's past roasted him on social media. On Friday, former Steelers CB Steven Nelson aired his reaction to the news that Ramsey would be covering Buccaneers WR Mike Evans in joint practice — claiming he'd choose any wideout in coverage over the new Steelers cornerback. "Easy money," Nelson said on an Instagram story. "Take the over on whatever wide receiver [Ramsey] guards." Nelson's sour grapes should be taken with a grain of salt, as the former Steelers cornerback didn't have the smoothest of exits from Pittsburgh — dropping a fiery tweet on social media before his release. "Making a public announcement is a little out of my character, but you guys made your decision, please don't hold me hostage," Nelson posted via X on March 23, 2021. Anna Faris, Regina Hall to star in 'Scary Movie' reboot after 20 years: 'Fab four is back'
Anna Faris and Regina Hall are returning to their roots. Not only are the Wayans brothers – Marlon, Shawn and Keenen Ivory Wayans – on board for "Scary Movie 6," two of the franchise's original stars will also reunite for the reboot, according to an announcement on Friday, Aug. 15. "The fab four is back. So excited to work and reunite with these two brilliant women," actor/writer Marlon Wayans wrote in an Instagram post. "We are so proud of all they have done since the inception of the scary movie franchise." He shared the announcement alongside a movie still from "Scary Movie 2," with Faris as Cindy, Marlon Wayans as Shorty, Shawn Wayans as Ray and Hall as Brenda. Hours earlier, Wayans had teased the announcement by posting a photo of Faris and Hall from the original 2000 film alongside a cryptic caption: "👀 SM6." Hall and Faris' last appearance in the horror parody franchise was 2006's "Scary Movie 4." They didn't appear in the 2013 standalone installment, "Scary Movie 5," which made a lukewarm showing at the box office. Both women found their breakout roles in "Scary Movie," with Faris taking her comedy chops to "My Super Ex-Girlfriend," "The House Bunny" and the CBS series "Mom." Hall starred in "Girls Trip," "Law Abiding Citizen" and "Ally McBeal." The creative minds behind the franchise, the Wayans brothers were only involved in the first two films.
