Corrie 'confirms' who left Gary Windass for dead in early ITVX release
The following article contains spoilers from an episode of Coronation Street that hasn't aired on ITV1 yet, but can be viewed on ITVX.
Gary Windass (Mikey North) is lying unconscious in a hospital bed in Coronation Street, and the person responsible for putting him there has seemingly been confirmed.
A couple of days ago, multiple young Weatherfield residents arrived at the Alahan household for a party. Things ended up taking a turn for the worse, however, when Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) and Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher) decided to take hallucinogenic drugs.
When DS Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) arrived at the party, Summer and Nina made a quick escape to avoid being caught under the influence of illegal substances.
When they arrived back at the cafe later that night, they were both distraught, having clearly witnessed something traumatic.
Nina and Summer have found themselves in a confusing situation ever since. The two girls are certain something happened that night but without any evidence and the fact they were on drugs, proving it seems nigh-on impossible.
Nina only ended up going to the police station tonight because of Roy Cropper (David Neilson). In Seb's memorial garden, Nina reflected on what happened and revealed she pushed a man who fell to the floor, and she knows it happened because the noise of his head hitting the ground reminded her of the night Seb was attacked.
At the station, Nina opened up to Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) but he gently pointed out that he doesn't have enough concrete information to conduct an investigation. When she mentioned Summer being involved though, Kit realised he was able to dig a little deeper into things.

That afternoon, Roy, Nina, Summer and Billy (Daniel Brocklebank) stood in the station awaiting news from Kit. The detective confirmed that currently, he cannot find anything that confirms someone is in hospital after falling and hitting his head. More Trending
This left Nina in a panicked state. As far as she was concerned, the man falling and hitting his head did happen, and she couldn't understand why everything suggested otherwise.
But we know, of course, that Nina is right.

EastEnders star Karen Henthorn reprising role as Julie Bates after 27 years
EastEnders star Karen Henthorn is reprising her role as Julie Bates, 27 years after she was last seen in Albert Square. It comes after her husband Nigel Bates, played by Paul Bradley, returned to Walford last year after leaving Julie without explanation. Advertisement He initially told friends that they had separated, but later admitted he did not want his dementia to become a burden for Julie, so chose to disappear. Henthorn said: 'It's very surreal to be back in Albert Square after 27 years and working with the delightful Paul Bradley again – it's scary how fast the time has gone. Karen Henthorn returns as Julie Bates (BBC Pictures/Jack Barnes/EastEnders/PA) 'Julie has got some awful surprises ahead of her after the initial relief she feels to discover Nigel is still alive. 'It's been great to film with Paul and Steve (McFadden), who are such lovely actors, as Julie discovers Nigel's dementia diagnosis and why he chose to hide it from her.' Advertisement Executive producer Ben Wadey said: 'We are delighted to have Karen Henthorn returning to reprise her role as Julie, who arrives looking for Nigel. 'Julie hasn't seen Nigel in almost two years and is unaware of his diagnosis and reasons for leaving, so her arrival will pose questions for the pair of them.' Nigel left the BBC soap in April 1998, when he and his adopted daughter Clare (Gemma Bissix) left Albert Square to start a new life in Scotland with Julie and her son Josh Saunders (Jon Lee). Henthorn's voice was heard on screen earlier this year when viewers saw Nigel listen to a voicemail message from Julie. Advertisement

Dan Osborne's lavish anniversary gift for Jac Jossa after flirty texts row
Former TOWIE star, Dan Osborne, has reportedly shelled out £1,000 on an anniversary gift for his wife, Jac Jossa, after he was accused of sending flirty texts to Christine McGuinness Dan Osborne is said to have splashed out a cool £1,000 on an anniversary gift for wife, Jacqueline Jossa, after rumours of a flirty text exchange with Christine McGuinness. The dad-of-three, 32, was accused of sending saucy messages to the former Miss Liverpool during her breakup with Paddy McGuinness, but denied anything untoward went on as his pal insisted the pair were 'just friends'. Following the rumours - which are among many to have rocked Dan and Jac's relationship over the years - the former TOWIE star pulled out all the stops for the couple's eight-year anniversary this week, which the beaming EastEnders star, 32, documented on Instagram. Sharing a snap of herself in front of an enormous bouquet of flowers, while Dan reportedly spent more than £1,000-a-night on the plush Bishopsgate Suite at London 's swanky Pan Pacific Hotel - according to The Sun - Jac looked delighted. In the photo taken at the couple's home, a sign can be seen, which reads: "Daniel and Jacqueline: Teddy, Ella and Mia. When we have each other, we have everything." Jac and Dan were later spotted enjoying a slap-up tasting menu at celebrity eatery, Ivy Asia, after the Celebrity Big Brother star had a surprise bouquet delivered to their home before the night even began. Insiders say Dan's grand gestures were warmly received by Jac, who took to Instagram, sharing a slew of snaps from the happy day. A source reportedly close to the couple told The Sun: 'Dan's really trying to make it work — and Jacqueline's clearly touched by the effort. It's early days, but this could be a fresh start." In a carousel of snaps from their romantic escape, the EastEnders star showed off their swanky hotel suite, complete with views of St Paul's Cathedral. She later posted a snap of her husband, looking out onto the London skyline as the sun set as she wrote: "Happy eighth wedding anniversary," adding an eyes welling up emoji. There was also a bouquet of pink flowers with a bottle of bubbles among the snaps, on which Dan had written a note, which read: "Cheers to you beauty!" It comes after the couple, who share daughters, Mia and Ella, were hit with a number of allegations about their marriage after announcing in March they were spending time apart before giving things another go on a "make or break" holiday to Mexico with their kids. After announcing they had decided to spend time apart earlier this year, Jac and Dan seemed like they were not ready to give each up just yet as they jetted off to central America. Speaking to the Mirror, a source said the pair were "trying to fall back in love with each other again." However, Dan was then accused of sending flirty texts to Christine, however his pal claimed the dad-of-three would "hate for there to be any suggestion of impropriety", adding '"a man and woman can be mates".
