Posting a picture of seven cupcakes on social media, Meghan wrote: 'Our second date was the 4th of July 2016 and H brought me cupcakes to celebrate.
'Now, all these years later, our two children are in on the tradition.
'Happy Independence Day! May your day be as sweet as these cupcakes'.

A video on As Ever's Instagram account, captioned 'Happy 4th of July!' showed Meghan preparing boards of fruit and jam.
Earlier this week, the duchess' new rose wine, which is said to 'capture the essence of sun-drenched outdoor moments' and costs more than £20 a bottle, sold out within an hour.
Meghan launched her As Ever Napa Valley Rose 2023, described as having 'soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality, and a lasting finish', on Tuesday.
The beverage, priced at more than £65 for a minimum three-bottle order, had only appeared to be available for US customers to buy, with shipping addresses limited to America.

Jessie J went into 'survival mode' after cancer diagnosis as she shares regret

Singer Jessie J is continuing to share thoughtful reflections on her recent breast cancer surgery as she updates fans amid her recovery from the procedure Singer Jessie J has shared an emotional update as she continues to recover from breast cancer surgery. The Price Tag singer announced in June that she had been diagnosed with early breast cancer and that she would be undergoing treatment. The artist, whose real name is Jessica Cornish, and her partner Chanan Safir Colman, had a son, Sky Safir Cornish Colman, in May 2023. In a message to fans shortly after having her operation, the former Voice UK judge admitted she was missing being "an active mum/human." ‌ On Saturday, Jessie took to her Instagram Stories to reflect on her diagnosis two weeks on from surgery. "2 weeks post surgery. Had my drain out 2 nights ago. She said breathe in and take a hard breathe out. She whipped that thang out so quick. Woii oii. Weirdest feeling. But so nice to have it out after 12 days," she wrote. ‌ "Now it's just me and my wonky boobs trying to figure out how to dress until I match them up. The left one is looking at me like 'you ok babe?' Also my experience was when I was diagnosed I went into survival mode. 'There was so much going on with appointments and in my mind esp with a toddler I had just moved and was about to start this campaign after 8 years away. Mad. "I didn't really have a lot of time to process what was happening or what was going to happen. So I'm currently experiencing some delayed sadness and frustration by having time to process what IS happening." Jessie continued: "A little disappointed in myself I didn't say goodbye to my old boob enough. Sounds silly but that's where I'm at. Again that's my journey. I'm sure others feel different. "But for me I didn't think beyond the surgery. I was just being strong. Well now I'm here and letting myself be angry and sad and all the things. Just for a few days. Then I will sew some padding in a bra to even them out order some t-shirts and crack tf on." ‌ Last month, the mum-of-one revealed she had stopped taking pain medication, saying it is "just not my thing". A social media update from the star featured a picture of Jessie's wound drain, a tube which helps remove excess fluid or blood that can accumulate after surgery. She asked her followers: "Anyone else who has had this, did you feel like you are walking around one of those dog / duck toys. I carry mine on the floor when I'm home so the gravity can help the drain. Hoping it's out by the end of the week." The artist has battled with ill health throughout her life, having been diagnosed with a heart condition aged eight, suffering a minor stroke aged 18 and having briefly gone deaf in 2020. The Domino singer said she is "feeling positive and grateful", and asked fans not to worry if she "seems a little out of it" in public. "If you do see me out, sitting in a park or coming out of a doctor's appointment or eating or walking or anything, and I seem a little out of it. I am," Jessie said. "It's not personal. I don't have what I usually have to give energy wise, understandably. I will get there. It's a slow road."

"I really hope you understand I never cancel unless it absolutely necessary." Jaymi did not add any further details on why he had pulled out of the performance at the LGBTQ+ event. Last year, Jaymi's world came crashing down following the death of his partner, Olly Marmon, 33, who plunged more than 30ft from their second floor hotel suite. Olly is understood to have fallen through a small open second floor window onto a footpath in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Guests at the Hind Hotel rushed outside to try to save Olly but the stylist was later pronounced dead at the scene. A source close to the pop star's family said the tragedy was "unbelievable" at the time. Union J star Jaymi had been in a relationship with hairstylist Olly since 2009 and they got engaged in 2014. The group signed to Sony Music subsidiary RCA Records, releasing debut single 'Carry You' in June 2013. Their self-titled debut studio album followed in October 2013 and peaked at number 6 on the UK Albums Chart. They left RCA Records in April 2014 and signed with Epic Records. A second LP, named 'You Got It All – The Album' came out the following December. They announced a reunion show at London Palladium in 2022 to celebrate Union J's 10th anniversary and a comeback tour - only for Jaymi to sensationally quit ahead of the gigs. 5 Jaymi rose to fame in Union J Credit: Getty Images - Getty

Lorraine Kelly stuns at Wimbledon with white summer dress alongside daughter

Lorraine Kelly and her daughter Rosie spent a sunny day at Wimbledon, sharing cocktails and laughter amid the heatwave... Lorraine Kelly stunned spectators as she stepped out in a white summer dress while attending Wimbledon with her daughter Rosie. The 65-year-old TV presenter looked gorgeous, beaming with a wide smile as she enjoyed a cocktail and soaked up the lively atmosphere at the iconic tennis tournament. ‌ Dressed perfect for the sweltering temperatures, Lorraine embraced the summer sunshine wearing a midi sleeved white sun dress and stylish brown leather sandals. As temperatures climbed to 30 degrees, many fans struggled to stay cool but the TV personality appeared to be composed and enjoyed the sun. ‌ The Met Office forecasters had earlier predicted that this year's Wimbledon could mark the warmest ever start to the tournament on record. But that didn't seem to faze Lorraine and Rosie. Rosie mirrored her mum's style, wearing a sleeveless red flower patterned dress and some black wedges. The 31-year-old looked excited to be at the event as she smiled alongside her mum for photos. The pair looked relaxed and unbothered by the heatwave as they chatted and clutched their cocktails, enjoying their day out despite the scorching heat. Rosie welcomed her first child last September, alongside her fiancé Steve White. Billie Kelly Smith-White was born on August 29, making Lorraine a proud grandmother. ‌ Rosie and Steve announced the birth on Instagram, posting a cute picture of the little one grabbing onto Rosie's finger with the caption: "Baby Billie Kelly Smith-White is here. 29-08-2024." "It feels like she's been here the whole time and we're not quite sure what the point of anything was before. I'd heard how amazing midwives are but they are genuinely walking angels - she's been welcomed into the world with so much love already." ‌ Lorraine reposted the image, sharing how proud she was of her daughter and that she was "delighted to be Granny Smith" taking on a 'new adventure.' The TV host didn't stop there, as she invited her daughter and new grand-daughter on her ITV daytime show Lorraine to recreate a special moment, back in October last year. The family were joined on set by Doctor Hilary Jones to recreate a moment from three decades prior. ‌ Lorraine looked back at the moment she held a new-born Rosie on GMTV back in 1994. The footage showed a younger Lorraine with darker hair holding Rosie in her arms, as Dr Hilary offered her some advice on navigating parenthood for the first time. Thirty years later, history came full circle as Rosie returned to the Lorraine show, this time with her two-month-old daughter, Billie. Reflecting on a clip from three decades ago featuring baby Rosie on the same set, Dr Hilary remarked: "Goodness me. You can see the resemblance. Thirty years on. It's incredible." Lorraine agreed, adding: "Uncanny, actually.
