Pop Icon's Ex Comes Out With Major Announcement and Fans Are Furious originally appeared on Parade.
Kevin Federline has announced that he's writing a memoir.
The new book promises to dive deep into Federline's life, from his childhood to his marriage to Britney Spears and everything in between.
"This book is extremely intimate and transparent. I achieved my biggest dreams, dealt with crushing heartbreak, and endured constant ridicule, all while becoming the father my children needed as they experienced nonstop emotional turbulence," Federline said in a press release. "If you've ever had questions, you'll find answers here."
After the news hit the internet, many fans took to social media platforms to react. On one Reddit thread, for example, Federline received some not-so-positive feedback on his decision to write a tell-all."You know, for almost 20 years he only commented through his lawyer. He kept his head down while riding the gravy train. He kept it copacetic, professional even. Is it any mystery—the kids turned 18, the checks stopped coming, and now he's turning to desperate sources of income?" one person wondered.
"Is this nobody still trying to cash on being Britney's baby daddy?" someone else asked.
"I literally will NEVER understand what she saw in Kevin!! She could have had any man out there but she chose an unemployed backup dancer with a pregnant girlfriend. Then proposed to him even after he said ON CAMERA that he didn't believe in marriage. Make it make sense," a third comment read.
"Get a job. Leave her alone," a fourth Redditor wrote.
Federline, 47, was married to Spears, 43, from 2004 to 2007. During their relationship, they welcomed two sons, Sean Preston, 19, and Jayden James, 18, both of whom live in Hawaii with their dad.
While he was with Spears, Federline released a rap music album called Playing With Fire. Perhaps unsurprisingly, fans weren't too thrilled with that career move either, many accusing Federline of using Spears to get him ahead in life.

Couple 'Devastated' After Wedding Venue Threw Out Their Cake ‘by Mistake' — and Only Issued a Partial Refund

'It's not about the money, but I'm really shocked with how they handled it," one of the newlyweds wrote of the unspecified U.K. venue on Reddit NEED TO KNOW After a U.K. wedding venue threw out a newlywed couple's cake "by mistake" after their nuptials, the pair were left "devastated" The venue offered an "apology" and a partial refund, but the newlyweds weren't satisfied and sought advice on Reddit "Do I just accept the money and move on?" one of them asked as Reddit users weighed in on the situation A pair of newlyweds are 'devastated' after a venue mix-up involving their wedding cake. One-half of the couple, who are located in the United Kingdom, explained the situation in an Aug. 17 Reddit post, and asked users on the platform — and specifically, a subreddit dedicated to wedding 'drama' — whether they are overreacting. The couple 'recently had a great wedding and a wonderful day where guests traveled from all over the world,' the newlywed wrote, adding that the ceremony was complete with a 'special,' custom-made cake inspired by their 'home culture.' (They did not specify what culture.) The celebratory confection — which weighed around 14 lbs. — was a centerpiece of the nuptials, but because of how busy things were, the couple 'never got to see it or taste it beyond just the initial photo op,' the user wrote. 'There was only one layer,' they later clarified, because 'it wasn't a traditional tiered cake.' 'We took a photo op but at that point people then all moved off to another room for the [after-diner] party," the user wrote. "That was the last we saw of our cake." But there were leftovers, so hope was not lost — or so they thought. 'When we got home the next day, and were planning to share it with our travelers from my hometown, we realised they gave us the wrong cake,' the user said, referring to their wedding venue. The unfortunate mix-up, they later learned, was due to a venue error. 'It took a few days to get a clear answer, but they told us they threw it out by mistake," the Reddit user revealed. 'Obviously,' they continued, 'we were devastated, but it was just human error.' That being said, the venue was making things 'very difficult,' and the newlyweds wanted an answer, or at least, they 'didn't want to just leave it at an 'apology,' ' the user wrote. 'Not only was it very expensive, but also meant a lot to us,' they said of the cake. 'Eventually,' after lots of 'back and forth,' the venue 'offered to reimburse half the price of the cake,' the user said. (They only offered 'half,' the user later clarified in a comment, 'because they served some slices, but it was only about 1/5 of the cake according to a family member.') But the couple was not exactly satisfied. 'Honestly, we were expecting a full refund at the very least,' they wrote, 'and [for] them to go beyond with some goodwill (not more money) since they really messed up and we paid them so much!' Again, they reiterated, 'It's not about the money, but I'm really shocked with how they handled it.' Seeking advice, they continued: 'Do I just accept the money and move on? We would have been happy with a reimbursement and maybe a complimentary night stay, but we won't be returning there in the future.' They ended the post with two final inquiries: "Am I exaggerating? Should I let it go?" In response, most users suggested the newlyweds pursue legal action against the wedding venue or, at the very least, 'demand a full refund and an explanation,' as one user put it. A different person disagreed, instead advising the newlyweds to 'take the half refund' and accept the situation. Still others expressed concern for the newlyweds, whose cake was given away by mistake. 'The wrong cake they gave you… was that someone else's cake??? Where'd they get a different cake from?!' one user queried, while another said, 'Someone else missed their cake also. Sorry for both bridal parties.' Prince William and Kate Think They've Found 'Their Forever Home'

Prince William and Kate Think They've Found 'Their Forever Home' originally appeared on Parade. Prince William and Kate Middleton have made a major move with their family, and now it seems the couple is ready to really put down roots in a new space. The royals 'believe they have found their forever home, a place to build new happy memories' after moving from their current four-bedroom space at Adelaide Cottage, according People. Their family — which includes Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7 — are moving to an eight-bedroom property called Forest Lodge. Forest Lodge sits on the same expansive compound as Adelaide Cottage, a space near Windsor Castle called Windsor Great Park. The parklands are massive and take up a whopping 4,800 acres of land near the famous royal residence. According to the outlet, the family plans to make the move ahead of the Christmas holidays, and see the change of scenery as 'a chance for a new start after the most challenging of periods for the couple' despite the fact that 'they have been happy at Adelaide Cottage, where they and their three children have been able to put down roots.' In fact, William, 43, even went as far as to call 2024 'a brutal year' for his family during an appearance in Cape Town, South Africa last November, which is an obvious nod to Middleton, 43, and her struggle with cancer, as well as King Charles' own cancer diagnosis. 'It's been dreadful. It's probably been the hardest year in my life.' 'Trying to get through everything else and keep everything on track has been really difficult,' the prince explained. 'But I'm so proud of my wife, I'm proud of my father, for handling the things that they have done. But from a personal family point of view, it's been, yeah, it's been brutal.' The initial move to Adelaide Cottage in September 2022 from their previous residence at Kensington Palace in London was a strategic one. 'The couple hoped it would be a good base to see if they liked living in Windsor,' People reports. 'And could make it work as a base as senior members of the royal family, with the duties and commitments they have to balance with their family life.' According to the publication, living in the Windsor compound rather than at the Palace in London — which they still maintain as a home base in the city — has allowed the couple to build a sense of normalcy for their children. It has allowed them to be present for school drop-offs and pick-ups, and they have opted to go without live-in staff since moving to the compound, which obviously creates a real sense of closeness within the family. The outlet also noted that the couple plans to keep living at their new residence when they become king and queen. Ultimately, the royals are happy about this change because 'the new move enables them to not only cement their life in Windsor for the long term, but also to leave some of those unhappy associations behind them.' Woman Chooses Baby Name but It's 'Become Pretty Clear' Husband Is No Fan

In a post shared to Reddit, the woman writes that she and her husband "have been going back and forth on names for months" NEED TO KNOW A woman who will soon give birth says she's settled on a baby name — but her husband remains unconvinced In a post on Reddit, she writes that there is one name that she "absolutely loves" Her husband, however, doesn't like it — and now she wonders if it's worth fighting over A mom-to-be says she's decided on a baby name — but her husband isn't enthusiastic about her choice. In a post shared to Reddit, the woman writes that she and her husband "have been going back and forth on names for months." "There's one name I absolutely love; Wilson. From the first time I said it out loud, it just felt like it fit our son perfectly," she writes. When she initially brought it up to her husband, she writes, he "didn't shoot it down right away." "He said he didn't love it as a first name, but he'd be okay using it as a middle name. I was a little disappointed, but I agreed because I wanted to be flexible and make sure we both felt good about the name," she adds. She continues: "The problem is, recently he's been brainstorming other options for both the first and middle name, and it's become pretty clear he doesn't want Wilson anywhere at all. On top of that, his family has made a few comments about it being a 'bad' or 'weird' name, which honestly stings." Never miss a story — sign up for to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. "To me, Wilson isn't just a random choice," she writes. "It's a name I feel genuinely connected to, and I thought the middle-name compromise was a fair way to include it without him feeling like it was forced. Now it feels like even that compromise is gone, and like my preferences don't matter in the process anymore." Now, she writes that she feels hurt, and wonders if she should "just let it go entirely" or keep fighting for the name she wants. But Reddit users say the woman needs to accept a compromise. "Baby names should be agreed on by both parents. You may be drawn to Wilson, but your husband is not. This isn't something to be hurt over because it's nothing against you personally," writes one commenter. Adds another: "You absolutely get a say in the baby's name, but the baby's father gets an equal say, and he doesn't like Wilson. You have to let it go. It can be tedious and annoying to come up with a name you both genuinely like, but the exercise is worth it." Read the original article on People Solve the daily Crossword
