While no one matched the jackpot, one UK player came close – winning £680,767 for matching five numbers and one Lucky Star.
The National Lottery EuroMillions winning numbers are 18, 28, 42, 46 and 48. The lucky stars are 03 and 09.
No tickets matched all five numbers to take home £1,000,000 in EuroMillions Hotpicks, which uses the same numbers as the EuroMillions draw.
Three players matched four numbers, winning £30,000 each.
Tuesday's National Lottery Thunderball winning numbers are 21, 29, 34, 36 and 38. The Thunderball is 08.
No one took home the £500,000 top prize, but one player matched five numbers to win £5,000.

MP column: 'For a few pounds per property, builders could incorporate swift bricks'
When determining the best way to achieve a desired outcome, there can occasionally be a tension between compulsion and incentivisation. This was apparent this week in Salisbury, when I met with Jon and Camilla Barlow, who are doing sterling work campaigning for the use of swift bricks in new-build properties. These are bricks, which function perfectly normally from a construction point of view, but which incorporate a nesting cavity, attractive to swifts and a whole variety of our most beloved birds, including house sparrows and house martins. Creating a hospitable environment for birds is such an easy win. The impact of each swift brick installation is minimal, but it costs next to nothing to do and, cumulatively, it has the power to make a real difference. Primary legislation could be one route to mass adoption. But legislation takes time, and its existence does not necessarily ensure compliance. Scrutiny and enforcement would still fall to local planning authorities, and the challenges of instantaneous blanket adoption would create a temptation to pass costs on to buyers. Yet, for a few pounds per property, builders could incorporate swift bricks wherever it is practical and desirable to do so, simply because it has been made clear to them that Wiltshire prefers developers who take the time and trouble to care about our environment. I will be working with fellow MPs in the county to see whether we can engage with the local authority and persuade them to make Wiltshire a county that goes out of its way to welcome and engage with nature conscious developers, who want to use swift bricks. If we make our preferences crystal clear and always remember to ask for small touches that make a big difference to the environment, I think we could be pleasantly surprised by the response. Speaking of developers doing the right thing off their own bat, I was delighted to witness the presentation of Vistry's Armed Forces Covenant Gold Award at Wilton Gate this week. It is an acknowledgement of their commitment to teaching the building trade to veterans, reservists, and military families, via their skills academies. New homes are always going to attract comment and controversy, but we can all agree that builders who choose to go over and above to deliver social benefit deserve recognition for their efforts. I am spending a day in London carrying out my Parliamentary Private Secretary duties and taking meetings on financial regulation, but I will be back home in time to take part in Salisbury's VJ Day commemorations. When is the next Powerball drawing? Jackpot rises to more than $550 million
More than $500 million is up for grabs on Saturday, Aug. 16, as the Powerball jackpot continues to grow. Since no one won the previous drawing on Wednesday, Aug. 13, the search for a new winner continues. The Powerball jackpot has increased to $565 million ahead of the next drawing with an estimated $255.3 million lump-sum payment after taxes, according to the lottery. There have been four Powerball jackpot winners in 2025, most recently on May 31, when a person in California won the $204.5 million prize. A lucky player in Oregon had the first jackpot-winning Powerball ticket of 2025, netting $328.5 million on Jan. 18. A second jackpot winner matched all six Powerball numbers on March 29, winning $527 million. A third jackpot winner from Kentucky won the $167.3 million prize on April 26. The next drawing will take place at 11 p.m. ET on Aug. 16, and here's what you need to know: When is the next Powerball drawing? The next drawing will take place on Saturday, Aug. 16, just after 11 p.m. ET. How to play the Powerball To play Powerball, you have to buy a ticket for $2. You can do this at a variety of locations, including your local convenience store, gas station, or even grocery store. In some states, Powerball tickets can be bought online. Once you have your ticket, you need to pick six numbers. Five of them will be white balls with numbers from 1 to 69. The red Powerball ranges from 1 to 26. People can also add a 'Power Play' for $1, which increases the winning for all non-jackpot prizes. The 'Power Play' multiplier can multiply winnings by: 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X, or 10X. If you are feeling unlucky or want the computer to do the work for you, the 'Quick Pick' option is available, where computer-generated numbers will be printed on a Powerball ticket.
