Is the iPhone SE 4 coming out today? Here's what to know about Apple's announcement
Apple Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook teased a new "member of the family" to add to its lineup and many already believe they know what it is — the iPhone SE 4.
First introduced in 2015, the iPhone SE is a "mid-range handset with a brand reputation that focuses on matching the power of the leading iPhone line but at a cheaper price," according to Forbes.
With rising costs, many officials say consumers might jump at the chance to save money when getting a new phone. According to a national survey of more than 1,500 consumers conducted last month by provider Optimum, more than half of all Americans believe price is the most important aspect when shopping for a mobile device.
However, we won't know exactly what the product is until sometime today. Here's what to know about the iPhone SE 4's alleged features and what other products might be revealed.
It is still not confirmed to be the fourth generation of the iPhone SE. If this is true, this will be the first SE release since 2022.
Bloomberg's Mark Gurman wrote about some of the rumored iPhone's new features, claiming it will look similar to the iPhone 14, making it the first SE with a larger screen and Face ID. It will also highlight "Apple Intelligence and the A18 chip, which is currently featured in the iPhone 16."
Several tech news outlets, including Wired and 9to5mac.com, tossed out some of their guesses in recent days, including:

New M3 iPad Air
New 11th-generation base model iPad
The announcement will be revealed on Wednesday, Feb. 19; however, Cook did not specify a time for the launch. Just adding "#AppleLaunch" to his tweet.
If the new launch is live-streamed like their September events, it will go live on apple.com, the Apple TV app or its YouTube channel.
