The 31-year-old Rodríguez announced the happy news on Instagram on Monday with a photograph showing a huge ring on her finger.
'Yes, I do,' read the caption in Spanish. 'In this and in all my lives.'
Rodríguez and the 40-year-old Ronaldo have two daughters together. She has also helped to raise Ronaldo's other three children. The couple lost one of their newborn twins, a boy, in 2022.
Ronaldo met Rodríguez in 2016 when she worked at a Gucci store in Madrid.
The former Real Madrid and Manchester United star now plays for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia.

Spotify said Poets was its most-streamed album in a single week, surpassing 1 billion streams. She is among several of music's top artists releasing albums recently. Fellow pop artist Sabrina Carpenter will release Man's Best Friend in August, while singer Ed Sheeran is releasing an album in September. Swift, 35, has been setting music industry milestones and boosting local economies with The Eras Tour, a phenomenon that some economists have termed "Swiftflation."

'Swiped' introduces recent college grad Whitney Wolfe Herd, played by Lily James, as she uses grit and ingenuity to break into the male-dominated tech industry and launch an innovative, globally lauded dating app. According to the movie's trailer, the film tells the story of Whitney Wolfe Herd's rise from an ambitious co-founder at Tinder to becoming the youngest female billionaire. Spanish league kicks off with Barcelona wanting to keep its momentum and Madrid aiming to reset
MADRID (AP) — The Spanish league begins with the top teams arriving with different expectations. Defending champion Barcelona wants to keep its momentum and show it will be the team to beat again in Spain. Real Madrid is aiming to reset after a lackluster last season and with the arrival of coach Xabi Alonso. Atletico Madrid hopes a revamped squad will help keep pace with its rivals. Here's what to know about the upcoming season: Barcelona's momentum Barcelona is coming off one of its best seasons in years, having won the league, the Copa del Rey and the Spanish Super Cup. It also went deep in the Champions League, reaching the semifinals for the first time since 2019. In its second year under coach Hansi Flick, the Catalan club will try to add to its success from last season by boosting its squad with English forward Marcus Rashford, who will be teaming up with Lamine Yamal and Robert Lewandowski in an attacking front that was one of the best in Europe last season. It led the scoring charts both in the Spanish league – with more than 100 goals – and in the Champions League. Leaving the team are veteran defender Iñigo Martínez, who has signed with Saudi club Al-Nassr, and Ansu Fati, who went on loan with Monaco after not playing much last season. The club also added former Espanyol goalkeeper Joan García. Barcelona will make its open its season at Mallorca on Saturday.
