Why Next Gen NYC's Emira D'Spain Is ‘Banned' From Mallorca
Even before Emira hopped onto reality TV, she was already a NYC 'It Girl.' She was Paper Magazine's beauty director and the first Black transgender model for Victoria's Secret. She was also popular as an influencer with over one million followers on TikTok. All her popularity didn't help her when Mallorca banned her though.
No, but for real, Mallorca didn't actually ban Emira. She joked to some of Bravo's favorite nepo babies in an episode that she was 'banned' from the island. And as it turns out she was only half-joking.
Emira posted a TikTok video in 2023 titled 'I Got Banned from a Country.' In the video, the influencer recalled the time she took a trip with friends when she was 18. She decided to get a rental car in Mallorca.
On the last night of their vacay, she parked the car far from their villa thinking nothing of it. The next morning, she went to get the car and saw a tow truck about to drive off with it.
'Tow truck man is driving away, and I'm chasing after him on the streets of Mallorca,' Emira shared. 'I remember I was wearing these Gucci loafers and I could feel the blood pooling in the bottom of my shoe from how painful they were.'
When she finally caught up with the driver, he asked for 1000 euros to give back the car. The driver also handed her a ticket which she tossed. When she got home to the U.S. Emira received a letter from the Mallorca court. The letter stated that because she failed to appear at her court date, the country no longer welcomed her and might fine or imprison her if she tried to enter.
Emira was sharing the story in the video because she was back in Mallorca at the time and worried about getting in the country. Thankfully, she didn't have any problems.
It looks like Emira has her own crazy stories. They may not be as scandalous as Charlie Zakkour and the crypto torture house or as weird as the rumors of Andy Cohen firing Gia Giudice, but it sure is fun getting to know her more.
Next Gen NYC airs on Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo. It streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.

Snoop Dogg becomes co-owner of Swansea City football team
US rapper Snoop Dogg has officially become co-owner of Championship football club Swansea City. The Drop It Like It's Hot rapper, 53, who had hinted at an investment while helping to promote the club's shirt launch at the weekend, has joined Croatian footballing great Luka Modric in buying into the Swans. Snoop said: 'My love of football is well known, but it feels special to me that I make my move into club ownership with Swansea City. 'The story of the club and the area really struck a chord with me. 'This is a proud, working class city and club. An underdog that bites back, just like me. 'I'm proud to be part of Swansea City. I am going to do all I can to help the club, and I look forward to getting to know all my YJBS.' Snoop Dogg, real name Calvin Broadus, unveiled Swansea's new kit last weekend, with the South Wales club taking a playful dig at Wrexham's Hollywood co-owner Ryan Reynolds. Deadpool actor Reynolds had responded to Wrexham's own kit launch by posting a picture of himself on Instagram wearing the squad's latest shirt while petting a dog. Swansea reacted by posting the photo alongside an image of Snoop Dogg in their kit, in a post captioned: 'Dogg included… Nuthin' But A Wales Thang, the Jacks are ready. We're the Pride of Wales.' The Swans said in a statement: 'Swansea City is delighted to announce global rap superstar and multi-platinum selling artist Snoop Dogg has become the club's latest high-profile co-owner and investor. 'The 53-year-old, who caused a social media sensation when he helped launch our 2025-26 home shirt on Saturday, comes on board a few months after Croatian football great Luka Modric became part of Swansea City. 'Snoop is renowned as one of the greatest and most influential rappers of all time, and has sold 35 million albums worldwide across a performing and recording career spanning more than 30 years… 'He has also always had a deep love of sport, and football in particular. At one point he was a brand ambassador for the FIFA video game series, and has been pictured wearing a variety of team jerseys over the years. 'Swansea's home kit may be the latest in that sequence, but Snoop's ties to the club will run deeper than the donning of the famous white shirt as he formally becomes a member of club ownership. 'And it is hoped his global profile and love of football can play an important part in helping us spread the Swansea City name as far and wide as possible in order to boost our commercial performance to further support our aspirations as a club.' The club, which plays in the second-highest division of English football, say they have unveiled a Snoop Dogg mural at the West Stand of the Stadium. Snoop Dogg, whose music is rooted in West Coast hip-hop, is known for songs including Sensual Seduction and Sweat. He has earned nine top 10 singles in the UK chart and is a keen sports fan having worked as a correspondent for NBC at the Paris Olympics last year. Modric, who has just left Real Madrid after 13 seasons with the Spanish giants, invested in Swansea three months ago to become a minority owner.

The Giadzy x Rails Collab Proves Food & Fashion Are A Perfect Match
Giada De Laurentiis for Giadzy x Rails Food and fashion: a match made in heaven? It sure does feel that way at the moment, with edible motifs like sardines and citruses emblazoned across a variety of clothes and accessories this summer. It was only natural, then, for clothing brand Rails to hop aboard the fashion foodie train and recruit Giada De Laurentiis and her brand Giadzy for a truly delicious summer clothing collaboration. The capsule collection is like a summer vacation on the Italian Riviera come to life, complete with lightweight linens, bright pops of red, and food motifs that look good enough to eat. Giadzy x Rails When asked about how the collaboration first came about, Jeff Abrams, Founder and CEO of Rails, explained that the brand had noticed Giada organically wearing Rails in much of her Giadzy content. 'It felt like a natural fit,' he shared, which Giada echoed, stating she's been a Rails fan for years. Jeff continued to say that Giadzy's 'branding, much like Rails, is rooted in quality, aesthetic integrity, and a love for life's luxuries, [so]For Giada's first-ever clothing collaboration, she sought to bring la dolce vita to life through the designs for a collection that's good enough to eat. 'As a chef, I'm really drawn to the tactile and visual side of things,' Giada explained, merging her passions for food and fashion. Just as she's hands-on with the quality of Giadzy's products and packaging, she was excited to bring that same level of care to the clothing design process. Giadzy x Rails On the connection between food and fashion, Giada sees it as a natural merging of interests: 'Food and fashion are both deeply tied to culture and self-expression.' Just as food can transport you through time and space to evoke a specific memory or location, this collection is all about the transportive power of a good outfit. So, how do those ideas culminate in the final collection? Jeff describes the clothes as reflecting the spirit of la dolce vita 'through relaxed, travel-ready silhouettes, playful prints, and our signature soft, premium fabrics' that are both 'aspirational and approachable at the same time'. Whether you're shopping at the local farmers market, vacationing in Capri, or preparing a beautiful summer dinner for friends and family, you'll find something to gravitate towards in the collection. And to further drive home the marriage of food and fashion, the two brands also collaborated on a co-branded Giadzy recipe: the Lemony Cherry Tomato Bucatini. A recipe card is included with any purchase of the collection, and you can find it as a recipe box on Giadzy for the ultimate meal experience. Of course, I had to ask Giada about her favorite pieces from the collection and how she's excited to style them. Here are two of her go-tos: Giadzy x Rails Terena Dress | $268 'I'm obsessed with the Terena dress. The color is so bright and really pops. It's perfect for summer. It's the kind of piece you can dress down with sneakers for a casual day out or elevate with heels and a hoop earring for dinner.' Giadzy x Rails Giada Shirt in Ravello Stripe 'I'm also really into the Giada striped linen top. It's so easy and versatile- great thrown over a swimsuit or paired with shorts and a tank.' She concluded, 'Every piece in the collection is designed to be effortless and breezy, aka my idea of the ultimate Italian summer wardrobe,' so no matter what you're up to or what you're cooking this summer, you'll have the perfect wardrobe for it!

Snoop Dogg becomes latest celebrity soccer club owner with investment in Swansea City
Snoop Dogg is the latest celebrity to become part-owner of a soccer club with the announcement that the 17-time Grammy Award nominee has invested in Swansea City, a Welsh-based side about to enter its seventh straight season in the Championship, the English second division. The rapper helped introduce Swansea City's 2025-26 home jerseys on Saturday. On Thursday, he was officially part of the club's American ownership group. 'My love of football is well known, but it feels special to me that I make my move into club ownership with Swansea City," Snoop said via a statement. 'The story of the club and the area really struck a chord with me. This is a proud, working class city and club. An underdog that bites back, just like me. 'I'm proud to be part of Swansea City. I am going to do all I can to help the club, and I look forward to getting to know all my YJBS.' Snoop Dogg has long been connected to soccer. He's been a regular "FIFA" videogame player franchise decades and joined EA Sports as a brand ambassador in 2012. He also been spotted wearing jerseys of teams like Barcelona, Manchester United and Norwich during performances. Swansea City can now boast Snoop Dogg and current AC Milan and Croatian star Luka Modrić as part of its ownership group. The club is another example in a growing trend of international teams receiving North American investment. Most famously, actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney bought Wrexham of Wales in 2020 and have been in charge for three straight promotions, bringing them to the Championship for the first time since 1982. Other notable co-owners included former NFL quarterback Tom Brady and Championship side Birmingham City; former NFL linebacker J.J. Watt with newly-promoted Burnley; and actors Russell Crowe and Will Ferrell, along with Larry Nance Jr. of the Cleveland Cavaliers, among others, part of the Leeds United ownership group. Swansea City have not been in the Premier League since 2018 when they were relegated following a seven-year stay in the English top flight.
