Lille and Al-Fayha reach Mohamed Bayo agreement
Lille OSC and Al-Fayha FC reached a preliminary agreement for the French-born player to move to the Saudi Pro League on loan, according to .
In 2024-25, he featured in 12 Ligue 1 games for Lille, finding the back of the net on two occasions. The 27-year-old initially joined Les Nordistes in July 2023 on a five-year deal, though he's spent a reasonable amount of time on loan at other clubs since his arrival. During the 2023-24 campaign, he scored five times in Ligue 1 while on loan at Le Havre AC in 23 appearances.
He also played four seasons for his hometown club Clermont Foot, scoring 14 times in 32 Ligue 1 appearances with them in the 2021-22 season, while he previously featured with Dunkerque as well.
Internationally, he's made 30 appearances for Guinea, scoring eight goals and was one of the 25 players named to the squad which competed at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

In Lisbon, Benfica defeated the French club 2-0 on the night thanks to goals from Norwegian duo Fredrik Aursnes (19) and Andreas Schjelderup (27). Elsewhere, Rangers advanced past Czech team Viktoria Plzen 4-2 over two legs and next play Club Brugge, who reached the last 16 of the Champions League last season. Rangers had won 3-0 at Ibrox last week but fell to a 2-1 defeat on Tuesday with Lyall Cameron opening his account for the club with a consolation strike. "We had some really good moments, but disappointed how many shots we gave them, how many chances we gave them," said Rangers manager Russell Martin. "So, again, another brilliant bit of learning and we're through to the last qualifying round for the Champions League, but I am annoyed. "That wasn't enough. There's too many scary moments." Rasmus Hojlund remains adamant as AC Milan set deadline
Following a dismal campaign in which he netted only four times in the Premier League, Manchester United were forced to try and bring in a quality replacement for Rasmus Hojlund. INEOS splashed the cash to land Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig, and Ruben Amorim opted to keep Hojlund on the bench against Fiorentina, a clear message regarding his future. The club have subsequently informed the 22-year-old to find a new club for himself even though he is hellbent on staying and fighting for his place. AC Milan are reportedly in pole position, having already agreed on a loan fee, but the Dane is yet to give his green light for the move. That has not impressed the Serie A giants. AC Milan unhappy with Rasmus Hojlund This dilly-dallying has allowed four other Serie A clubs as well as Newcastle to enter the race. Igli Tare, Milan's sporting director, has refused to admit defeat, and is in England hoping to wrap up the move. However, La Gazzetta dello Sport have now informed that the sporting director is losing his patience due to the Denmark international's stubborn stance. The ex-Atalanta ace feels, despite Sesko's arrival, he will still have chances to shine, and is desperate to prove his critics wrong after two underwhelming seasons in Manchester. As a result, the Rossoneri will wait for another week, and should the Denmark international not change his mind, they will move onto other targets. 'AC Milan is ready to close in on a loan deal with an option to buy, but the striker's agreement is still pending. 'Hojlund is a stubborn man. He's convinced he can have his chances in Manchester despite the competition. He wants to redeem himself after two so-so years with a trophy won—the 2024 FA Cup—and another lost in the final (last year's Conference League). Dane confident of making his mark 'Tare flew to England to try and secure the striker's approval, but he won't wait forever. Sweden's Armand 'Mondo' Duplantis raised his own pole vault world record to 6.29 metres at the Budapest athletics meet on Tuesday, marking the 13th time he has broken the mark and his third record-setting jump of 2025. Armand 'Mondo' Duplantis bettered his pole vault world record by a centimetre on Tuesday, clearing 6.29 metres at the athletics meet in Budapest. Sweden's Duplantis broke the world record for the 13th time as he soared over the bar at the second attempt to improve on his 6.28m from Stockholm in June. It was the 25-year-old's third record of 2025 having also cleared 6.27m in Clermont-Ferrand in February. Duplantis notched up his 33rd competition victory, clearing 6.11m on his first attempt to finish ahead of Greece's Emmanouil Karalis (6.02m) and Australia's Kurtis Marschall (5.83m). On his second attempt at 6.29m, Duplantis touched the bar with one leg and his stomach, but it held, and the jump was validated.
