has posted a frank health update after welcoming her second child with husband Alex Vega.
The 34-year-old former Married at First Sight bride shared a video on Saturday in which she revealed that she felt as if 'her body was coming apart 'after having two children 'back-to-back'.
Lizzie, who has a 18-month-old daughter, welcomed her second child, a baby boy, in April.
Her postnatal health issues include a 'bad back, bad neck', anal fissures and haemorrhoids.
She appeared in the Instagram video wearing a bathrobe and began the lengthy clip by telling her followers that she believed in 'loving yourself'.

'But I am feeling as if I'm falling apart physically I tell you,' she explained and added that he neck and back were 'a mess'.
She continued: 'After carrying two big babies back to back I feel as if my arse**** is a mess. I'm talking fissures and haemorrhoids.'
Lizzie added she had a message for women who endured similar health issues after giving birth.
'Don't act like you don't know if you've carried big babies before,' she said. 'Don't act like you don't know. Or if its not like a thing. Um yeah.'
According to the Babycenter site, anal fissures - small tears in the anal passage - in postpartum women are common.
Still, Lizzie appeared to have a sense of humour about her condition. She joked on her post that the auto captions on her video had translated 'fissure' into 'fishes'.
'Loving the time with my babies but I could do without the feeling as if my body is going to fall apart,' she added.
'And yes I eat enough fibre thank you very much.'

Followers messaged Lizzie with words of support.
'Oh my gosh love this honesty, love how real u are!!' gushed one fan.
'Yup our bodies take a beating,' agreed another follower.
'Welcome to the haemorrhoid club! My last baby was 6 yrs ago and I've still got them!!!!!,' messaged a third user.
Elsewhere in Lizzie's post she referred to another health issue she experienced later her pregnancy.
In February Lizzie shared gruesome photos that showed that her right eye was swollen shut.
After first believing the problem was conjunctivitis, Lizzie said she was alarmed to learn from doctors her eyelid was infected by cold sores.
On Saturday, she said that was not sure that her eyelid had healed properly.
'It probably did but I feel as if there's something in there. Something grainy. I just want to rip it out,' she said in her update.
Lizzie was famously fat-shamed by her first Married At First Sight groom Sam Ball on season 2019 of the show.
She and Seb Guilhaus hit it off immediately during her second showing on MAFS in 2020, and stayed together after the show, before parting ways in 2021.
The former reality TV star is now happily married to her engineer husband Alex.

Armie Hammer's father's bizarre dying wish involving Tom Cruise is finally revealed 3 years after his death

Armie Hammer 's oil tycoon father Michael Hammer died of cancer in late 2022. But before the 67-year-old succumbed to the disease, he made his dying wish known — and it involves Hollywood heavyweight Tom Cruise. The patriarch reportedly had the 62-year-old Mission: Impossible star as one of his top two choices to to portray him in a feature film about his infamous early 2000s art scandal. Per Page Six, director Barry Avrich — who helmed the 2021 Netflix documentary Made You Look — said the late gallery owner was also open to his 38-year-old disgraced son playing him. 'We were, and still are, shopping the scripted version… and [Michael] felt he should be played by either Tom Cruise or Armie, his son. He offered to introduce me to both,' Avrich revealed. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. The report that Cruise was one of Hammer's top choices arrives as the actor's new film Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning has been swamped for two weeks in a row by Disney's live-action remake of Lilo & Stitch. Despite that, the stunt-heavy film had the best debut for the series to date and has blasted past the $350 million benchmark at the global box office. The filmmaker Avrich is gearing up to release a book about the art forgery scandal, titled The Devil Wears Rothko, on June 10. Michael was the owner of Manhattan-based Knoedler Gallery, which shuttered in 2011 after being accused of selling millions in counterfeit art pieces. A Mark Rothko painting sold for over $17 million in 2004, but it was later found to have been forged. The gallery had been Manhattan's oldest exhibition space. Knoedler & Co. would eventually confess to unwittingly selling 31 phony pieces, including art by Rothko and Jackson Pollock. Former gallery director Ann Freedman had previously procured the expensive works from a dealer named Glafira Rosales. Avrich said he sees 75-year-old Meryl Streep depicting Freedman if the movie comes to fruition. Fake art schemes are still an issue in the art world — Barry recalled that 'a prominent Chelsea Gallery' offered to host his book launch party, but withdrew the invitation after learning the book's title. 'The gallery director saw the book title and said they have not been immune in dealing with fakes,' he dished to Page Six. Aside from Armie, Michael is survived by his wife Misty and younger son Viktor, 36. He also left behind ex-wife Dru Ann Mobley, Armie and Viktor's mother. The pair divorced in 2012 after 27 years of marriage. Best known for his ties to family firm Occidental Petroleum, Michael reportedly inherited a $40 million fortune from his late grandfather, industrialist Armand Hammer, who ran the company until his death in 1990. His death came just months after Armie — once among Hollywood's A-list elite until a cannibalism scandal unraveled his career — traveled back to Los Angeles from the Cayman Islands, where he was spotted selling timeshares at a resort amid his fall from grace. Armie now hosts the Armie HammerTime Podcast, where he 'sits down with extraordinary people from all walks of life as he rebuilds his own.'

Shirtless vacation photo of NBA superstar Steph Curry sparks concern from fans

Stephen Curry has sparked concern from NBA fans after posing shirtless from vacation with his wife Ayesha. Curry and the Warriors were eliminated in five games by the Timberwolves in the Western Conference semifinals, with the sharpshooting guard sidelined for the final four games of the series with a left hamstring strain. And while he appears to be enjoying his offseason break, fans took note of several scratches on his body as Ayesha posted a selfie of the couple. 'They really beat Steph up on the court with all the scratches. Enjoy the summer guys, one fan said. 'All those scratches on Steph and the refs would still be like na he didn't get fouled,;' a second added. 'Look at all them battle scars on the a third chimed in. Before getting hurt against Minnesota, Curry had played a physical first-round series against the Rockets, and Golden State coach Steve Kerr had complained about his star man not getting enough foul calls. Kerr accused Golden State's playoff opponents of 'bear-hugging' Curry as he later responded to the officiating complaints of Minnesota coach Chris Finch. 'For eight straight games now, Steph hasn't had any freedom of movement. They've called maybe four or five calls in eight games,' he said. 'And we're watching it on tape, they're literally bear-hugging Steph. That's a foul. But they're allowing it, and like I said, both teams are gonna have complaints every game.' Ultimately, the Warriors were unable to stay afloat without their best player as they lost four straight contests to bow out of the postseason in the second round. It brought an abrupt end to what had been a strong final push of the season for the Warriors. Following the midseason acquisition of Jimmy Butler from the Heat, the Warriors went 20-7 after the All-Star Break to finish seventh in the West, before clinching a playoff spot in the play-in. Curry was his typically impressive self against the Rockets, averaging 24 points, 5.9 rebounds and 5.7 assists per night while shooting 39.2 percent from three-point range. He'll return for his 17th season next season as the Warriors hope to make some noise in a loaded Western Conference.
