Amazon shares first official pic of Nicolas Cage in Spider-Noir

Last year, it was officially announced that Nicolas Cage will reprise his role as Spider-Man Noir in the upcoming live-action series, Spider-Noir. While Cage has previously been spotted on the show's set in the costume created for his character, Amazon shared the first official picture of the actor as Spider-Man Noir during Prime Video's upfront presentation.

As noted in the message above, Spider-Noir will be streaming in both black and white like the original comic and in color as well. Spider-Man Noir was created in 2009 by writers David Hine and Fabrice Sapolsky, artist Carmine Di Giandomenico, and the designer of the costume, Marko Djurdjević. This version of Spider-Man was introduced as part of a Marvel Comic event that featured some of the publishers' top characters re-imagined in noir setting during the Great Depression.

Spider-Man Noir reappeared in several comics including the initial Spider-Verse crossover. Cage went on to voice the character in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. It's unclear how many changes the show will make to the character or if he will even be called Peter Parker in this incarnation. The show's description simply states that Spider-Noir 'tells the story of an aging and down-on-his-luck private investigator in 1930s New York, who is forced to grapple with his past life as the city's one and only superhero.'
Cage briefly played Superman in The Flash feature film, which was a nod to the Superman Lives movie by Tim Burton that was ultimately never made. The actor also starred as Ghost Rider in two live-action feature films.
The primary cast of Spider-Noir includes Lamorne Morris, Brendan Gleeson, Abraham Popoola, Li Jun Li, Karen Rodriguez, and Jack Huston. Amazon hasn't set a date for the show yet, but it will premiere on MGM+ in the United States and stream on Prime Video worldwide.

A candy, fruit, or bunny cat cap that will have everyone in tears laughing — except for the cat, of course, who will NOT find it funny at all. Snowball can consider it payback for knocking your best candle on the ground. Promising review (for the fruit cap): "Well worth the laugh. The cap is very thin, much like Barbie doll clothing material. But the stitching is nice and the cap has ruched elastic under the chin, so it will fit a bigger cat head. Mine is 15 pounds, so he has a bigger head. It will flatten your kitty's ears, but his are stumps anyway, which is probably why he tolerates this more than he might otherwise. Thrilled I got the orange, he is certified orange meow." —RBGet a randomly selected design from Amazon: the candy for $4.99, the fruit for $7.99, or the bunny ears for $7.99. You can use it to hold up anything magnetic (I'm envisioning maybe a mini metal basket filled with knickknacks) — some reviewers have been arming theirs with knives. A Hello Kitty version of Candy Land that imagines a world where Hello Kitty has overthrown King Kandy and rules over Candy Land with an iron fist. JK, it looks like everyone is having a nice time! I'm sorry, no one needs this, but look at him! The cute expression! The big slice of cheese! The name (Peaceful Countryside Mouse)! I've honestly been swooning over this silly lil' trinket for days. I love him.

Episode 2, Goodbye Mrs. Selvig, follows Milchick as he visits his workers to learn more about the uprising on their innies. They are, unsurprisingly, shocked. Apple TV+ More news: 'Super Troopers 3' Sequel Gets Massive New Update Tramell Tillman, famous for potraying Seth Milchick from "Severance," has now joined the already expansive cast of "Spider-Man 4." Tillman's role has not been revealed, and he joins Sink and Colón-Zayas as the mysterious actors so far. There are a lot of rumors regarding the new film, including the theory that Miles Morales might finally be making his MCU debut. Reports indicated that Kevin Feige stated the Morales character should not emerge in the MCU into the "Spider-Verse" films are finished, but that could be a smokescreen. It could be that the addition of Colón-Zayas and Tillman could play the part of Morales' parents. The character's parents in the comics and "Spider-Verse" films are of African American and Puerto Rican descent, respectively. Marvel is generally great at hiding things, so the studio could be throwing out nuggets of information to throw fans off theories that may or may not be true. Either way, Tillman being added to the cast should be exciting. He exploded with his portrayal of Milchick in "Severance," leading to his landing receiving an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series, as well as SAG and Independent Spirit Award nominations. It will be exciting to see who Tillman ends up playing, along with the mysterious roles for the aforementioned actors added to this new sequel. For more comics news, head to Newsweek Comics.

Madelyn Cline KJ Apa The Map That Leads To You Interview

Madelyn Cline and KJ Apa have both starred in two of the biggest teen TV shows in the last 10 years: Outer Banks and Riverdale. Now, the duo is teaming up for their new romance movie, The Map That Leads to You, which I can say with my whole heart that I loved so much. It might be one of the best young adult romance movies in recent years. Based on the novel of the same name by J.P. Monninger, and directed by Lasse Hallström, the movie tells the story of Heather (Cline), who is traveling Europe with her best friends when she meets Jack (Apa). Soon, the duo embarks on a whirlwind summer of romance and travel together, with Jack visiting various locations his grandfather wrote about in a journal. So, to celebrate their new movie, we had Madelyn and KJ take a costar test to see how well they really know each other behind the scenes, and it might be one of the most hilariously chaotic costar tests we've done. Yes, out of the gate they had nicknames for each other. For starters, KJ felt extremely confident that he knew the first time he met Madelyn, but she quickly pointed out that he was wrong and they actually met at a gym years prior. They also agreed on their favorite behind-the-scenes memory from filming The Map That Leads to You, which was when one of their security guards "almost decked a guy." And while they didn't know everything about each other, like what Madelyn's go-to snack at craft services was, the whole thing was just so delightful because they love to goof around together. Like, I genuinely have not seen costars make each other laugh so much in a long time. You can check out Madelyn and KJ's full costar test below: And be sure to watch The Map That Leads to You, which is streaming now on Prime Video.
