A WOMAN who was allegedly murdered by her son at an Inverness home has been pictured for the first time.
Miriam MacDonald, 52, was found with serious injuries at the property on Craigton Avenue in the Highland city.

Police Scotland said they were called to an alleged incident at around 7.30pm on Sunday following reports of two people having been injured.
Mrs Macdonald was rushed to nearby Raigmore Hospital where she later tragically died from her injuries the following day.
A 55-year-old male, named in court as Ian MacDonald, was also found seriously injured.
It is understood that the man, thought to be Mrs MacDonald's husband, is in intensive care, but his condition has not been officially disclosed.
The family have asked for privacy as they come to terms with the death.
A 30-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection, and he appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
Thomas Fraser, the couple's son, made no plea and was committed for further examination and remanded in custody by Sheriff Eilidh Macdonald.
The first charge alleges that on June 1 Fraser repeatedly stabbed his father on the body with two knives to his serious injury, danger of life and he attempted to murder him.
The second charge alleges that on June 2, 2025, he murdered his mother by repeatedly stabbing her to the head, neck, and body with two knives.
Photographs taken at the scene of the alleged incident showed forensics and specialist officers attending a property at Craigton Avenue on Sunday.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "The 52-year-old woman who died following a disturbance in Inverness on Monday, 2 June can now be named as Miriam MacDonald.
"Around 7.30pm on Sunday, 1 June, officers were called to the Craigton Avenue area of the city.
"The woman and a 55-year-old man were taken to Raigmore Hospital with serious injuries.
"The woman died in hospital the following day. The man remains in hospital.
"The family have asked for privacy as they come to terms with the death.
"A 30-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection and he appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court on Tuesday, 3 June, 2025."

We told yesterday how the tragic teen's family said they had lived through a five weeks of "hell" and were planning to launch a fresh search for him. He went missing after visiting a pub in the Denny area before heading to a friend's party at around 3am last month. This Sunday would have marked five "long and painful" weeks since loved ones last heard from Cole. He last made contact on May, 4 and his cousin Aimee Tennie was hoping to gather the largest search for Cole yet and she launched an emotional plea for volunteers and support. Detectives investigating his disappearance say he was seen several days later on Wednesday, May 7. He had been at the intersection with Cumbernauld Road, in the Longcroft area. Police said he asked a schoolfriend for a lift around 8.45pm that evening.

Dedicated officers were assigned to lead the hunt for Cole as his devastated family pled for answers. Earlier today cops revealed they had scoured over 2,000 hours of CCTV to find him. Hundreds of volunteers had even came out to help the family search the area where he went missing. A volunteer search was due to take place this weekend.
