Sydney Sweeney's not spilling Euphoria season 3 secrets just yet. Showing up on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, the actor opened up about her new Apple TV+ thriller Echo Valley, which also stars Julianne Moore. Sweeney talked about how she can snap in and out of character and described it as 'psychotic.' But Fallon wasn't letting her leave without dropping the question that's been blowing up the internet: does Cassie get married in Euphoria season 3? The upcoming season, starring Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, and a lineup fans have been dying to see again, is easily one of Sweeney's most hyped projects. 'Cassie is crazy,' she said with a grin, brushing off the noise.

In the newly released Apple TV+ show, Sydney plays the troubled daughter Claire. Julianne Moore stars as her mother. The story revolves around the life of a mother-daughter duo who go to extreme lengths to protect each other after the daughter shows up on the doorstep, soaked in blood. Sydney told Fallon that shooting emotional, violent scenes with Moore was intense. 'I, like, jump in and out,' Sydney said when Jimmy asked how she prepared for the role. 'It's kind of psychotic,' she added. 'Like, you're happy and fun, and then…' Jimmy cut in, and Sydney finished the line, 'And then they say, 'Action!' and I'm screaming and crying. And then they call, 'Cut!' and I go, 'What's wrong?'' Sydney said she really respects Moore and admires her acting, but realised later just how she may have hurt her verbally during a scene where the two had to argue. 'She's so kind and fun, and just amazing to work with,' Sydney said. 'I felt so bad,' she added. 'I did. 'Cause I am. I'm vicious. I'm really vicious.'

While chatting, Jimmy pulled out a leaked photo of Sydney on set, dressed in a wedding gown. The blurry pic has been the talk of the town ever since it leaked from the set. Does Cassie get married? To Nate (played by Jacob Elordi)? Is that even real? Jimmy straight-up asked her. Sydney downplayed it, 'I can't confirm or deny.' With a smirk, she added, 'Who knows, that could be AI.' Jimmy laughed it off, 'No, it can't.' Though she did say that she might spill the tea 'next time' she's on the show.
What we do get, though, is that Cassie's character is going to be messier and a lot crazier. 'It's the favourite version of her. She's even worse, she's even worse,' Sydney told Jimmy. In another interview with Empire, the Madame Web star revealed that Euphoria Season 3 is completely 'unhinged,' and that she pushed for it. 'I have such a spot in my heart for Cassie, and I hold her really close and dear. She is crazy. She makes so many mistakes. She's flawed on so many levels, but she does it all from a place of love. It could be a sad version of love, as well.' She revealed she personally went to director Sam Levinson and said: 'Let's go crazier. He was all in.'
On the personal front, Sydney reportedly ended her engagement with Jonathan Davino. They got engaged in 2022, but called it off earlier this year.

Trump-Musk breakup: Late-night hosts mock feud with sharp jokes, from ‘Love Island' jabs to ‘World War Douche' digs

As the public feud between Donald Trump and Elon Musk took over headlines, late-night talk show hosts wasted no time tearing into the drama. With sharp wit and signature sarcasm, Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Colbert, and Michael Kosta each offered their take on the bizarre fallout between the U.S. President and the billionaire tech mogul. Jimmy Fallon, on The Tonight Show, compared the once-friendly duo to a crumbling reality show couple. 'Things have taken a shocking turn with one of the hottest couples on 'Love Island'. Of course, I am talking about Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Trump and Elon has been brutally attacking each other all day. Seriously their relationship went off a cliff faster than a self-driving Tesla. I'm not saying its bad but right now Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are like, "Guys, take it easy. This is getting out of hand." He added, 'Today, Trump posted on social media that he asked Elon to leave and Elon went crazy. Just so we're clear, Trump thinks everything Elon did before this was not crazy? I can't believe their relationship fell apart this fast. A week ago they were all over each other, like Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner at a Knicks Game.' Stephen Colbert, on The Late Show, described the feud as a "full-scale flame war" between 'the world's most famous besties.' Colbert quipped, 'A full scale flame war has broken out between the world's most famous besties - Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Here is where we stand. Musk spent all day yesterday slamming Trump's 'big, beautiful bill' to his 200 million followers on X. What's most impressive is that only half of those are his kids. Trump held his return fire until today in a press conference with German Chancellor. Trump's crack about the electric vehicle stung Elon so much that he wrote, 'Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Dems would control the House and Republic would be 51-49 in the Senate.' He added, "As soon as Trump was done meeting with the German Chancellor, he clapped back - "Elon was 'wearing thin,' I asked him to leave, I took away his EV Mandate that forced everyone to buy Electric Cars that nobody else wanted (that he knew for months I was going to do!), and he just went crazy!" "I'm sorry? Went crazy? Elon has always lived at the geographic centre of insanitude. He is not the Mayor of Crazytown, he is the Governor of 'Off-his-Medsylvania'," Colbert quipped. Michael Kosta of The Daily Show, was just as savage. 'There's been simmering tension between Trump and Musk — the leader of the free world and the breeder of the free world.' He dubbed the fallout 'World War Douche,' adding, 'I thought these two billionaires with the world's biggest egos would work it out amicably.' As Trump and Musk's bromance continues to unravel, it seems the only clear winners here are the late-night comedy writers.

Sydney Sweeney As Cassie is ‘Worse Than Ever' in Euphoria Season 3: ‘She's Crazy'

Sydney Sweeney has recently confirmed that Euphoria Season 3 will see her character, Cassie, push the boundaries of insanity even further. The series is expected to premiere in late 2025 or early 2026. Speaking on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Sweeney revealed that her character Cassie will be even crazier this season. When Fallon asked if Cassie remains unstable, Sweeney bluntly responded, 'She's even worse,' drawing laughter from the audience. Fallon also brought up a leaked image circulating online that shows Sweeney in a wedding dress. He speculated if this meant a possible marriage storyline involving Cassie. When asked if the rumor was true, Sweeney remained cryptic, saying, 'I can't confirm or deny,' and joked that the image could have been AI-generated. Cassie's spiral continues in Season 3 In a separate conversation with Empire Magazine, Sweeney elaborated on Cassie's mindset in the new Euphoria season. She said the character has never seemed happier—or more out of control. She admitted that Cassie is flawed, constantly making emotional mistakes, but does so from a place she described as 'a sad version of love.' According to Sweeney, she and series creator Sam Levinson worked closely on pushing the character's arc further, stating, 'I'll read something, then call him and say, 'Let's go crazier,' and he's all in. This season is unhinged.' Euphoria Season 3 production Production on Euphoria Season 3 officially began in January 2025, with the main cast—including Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, and others—returning. The story will likely to continue the intensely dark story seen in Season 2, where Cassie secretly dated Nate, her best friend's abusive ex-boyfriend. Outside of Euphoria, Sweeney recently wrapped filming an Apple TV+ thriller Echo Valley and a biopic on boxer Christy Martin. In Echo Valley, she plays a bloodied young woman who seeks refuge with her mother, portrayed by Julianne Moore.
