HK artiste Jacqueline Wong on 2019 cheating scandal: 'I'll never forget it'

Hong Kong artiste Jacqueline Wong recently released her self-composed song 'The Beauty Of Seeing Through The World', in which she confronts the emotional aftermath of her 2019 scandal. Photo: Jacqueline Wong/Instagram Hong Kong actress Jacqueline Wong's career took a hit in 2019 after she was embroiled in a cheating scandal with singer Andy Hui, who was then married to Cantopop icon Sammi Cheng. The fallout was swift, with her former agency TVB suspending her projects and replacing her scenes in the 2020 drama Forensic Heroes IV , according to Dimsum Daily. After four years of silence on the career front, Wong, 36, made her comeback in 2023 as a singer with her single Crown Me . She most recently dropped her self-composed song The Beauty Of Seeing Through The World , in which she confronts the emotional aftermath of her scandal. In an interview with Hong Kong media, Wong shared that it took her years to fully process the incident and translate those complex emotions into her music. Though six years have passed, she admitted that the experience remains unforgettable. 'I'll never forget it. This incident has already become part of my life experience. It really happened… So there's no need to run from it or fear people bringing it up. 'That's just life. If you make a mistake, you have to take responsibility. I've accepted that it's part of my past,' she added. Meanwhile, Hui, 57, has plans to reunite with his band Big Four for a concert in August. #SHOWBIZ: HK actor Moses Chan says wife Aimee manages his finances

HONG KONG: TVB actor Moses Chan is no stranger to success in Hong Kong's film industry. With a reported annual income of HK$30 million (RM16.2 million), the 54-year-old is the highest-paid artiste of the broadcasting company. But rather than managing that fortune on his own, Chan entrusts them to his wife, Hong Kong-based Canadian actress Aimee Chan. In a recent report by JayneStars, Moses revealed that Aimee, 44, takes charge of their household expenses. "I handle matters outside the home while Aimee looks after the kids. She's great at managing everything, so I leave the household finances to her. When it comes to business and signing contracts, that's where I step in," he said. The award-winning actor added that he and his wife are transparent about where their money goes. "Aimee has her own money, but mine is shared. I don't have personal savings. As a man, I believe in taking responsibility for the future of my family. That's what being a real man is about," he said. Moses and Aimee, who share three children, recently celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary.
