Arnold Schwarzenegger shocks fans with 'weird and creepy' remark about seeing son Patrick naked on screen
Arnold Schwarzenegger made his son Patrick blush while talking about watching him bare it all in season three of HBO 's hit drama The White Lotus.
During Variety's Actors on Actors series, the father and son duo spoke candidly about everything from the level of scrutiny Patrick faces as a ' nepo baby ' to making the decision to do full-frontal nudity for the biggest roles of their careers.
After Arnold, 77, reflected on appearing nude in both The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Patrick, 31, reminded him he's 'done it' too.
'I couldn't believe [it]. I said to myself, 'I'm watching your show, and I'm watching your butt sticking out there.' And all of a sudden, I see the weenie. What is going on here? This is crazy!' Arnold recalled.
Despite initially feeling taken aback after seeing Patrick naked in The White Lotus, he quickly reminded himself: 'Well, Arnold, hello. You did the same thing in Conan and Terminator, so don't complain about it.'
Still, he quipped: 'It was a shock to me that you were following my footsteps so closely.'
Patrick went on to sidestep talking any further about his nude scene as he pivoted the conversation to how they've both worked with some of Hollywood's biggest directors.
The moment sparked a plethora of reactions on social media as many dubbed it bizarre and uncomfortable that Arnold commented about seeing his son in the buff.
'Arnold's just being a dad—hilarious and awkward in the best way. 'The weenie' comment got me [crying with laughter emoji],' one X user tweeted.
Another wrote: 'They are so wild and weird and creepy.'
'When your dad's the Terminator, even your nudity gets a performance review!' a third joked.
Despite Arnold ruffling some feathers, others praised them for 'interviewing each other and talking about weenies.'
Others called that portion of the interview 'the funniest part of the whole segment.'
'You gotta admire the bluntness though. No sugar-coating, just "Yo, what's going on here?!" That's the kinda dad commentary reality TV NEEDS more of,' another insisted.
In addition to having Arnold publicly react to his nude scene, Patrick's mom Maria Shriver recently did as well.
When asked about seeing her son's full-frontal scene, the journalist, 69, laughed off the awkward question.
'People are like, "Oh my God, you saw!" [and] I'm like, 'I gave birth to him.' It's not such a, you know, I've seen him naked,' she mused. 'I've seen him naked since he was a baby.'
In February, Patrick's brother-in-law Chris Pratt also confessed to not looking away at his package in those revealing The White Lotus scenes.
'I know where my eyes went—I'm not blood-related to him, I was looking at that d**k, bro,' Pratt joked to E! News. 'No, he looks amazing. Obviously, he's a physical specimen, but also he's a really solid actor, because the character he's playing is completely different than who he is.'
Following the release of The White Lotus, Patrick admitted he didn't know the 'extent' of the nakedness that his role as Saxon Ratliff required before agreeing to it.
'You do the auditions but you don't see the full script so you don't have all the details, then they ask you, "Are you comfortable with nudity?" when you sign on,' he told The Sunday Times Style Magazine.
Patrick defended the gratuitous nudity revolving his character as he pointed out his 'character, from start to finish, is ridiculous and the type of person who absolutely would walk around his room naked without a care in the world.'
'He's the guy who, whenever he sees a girl at the pool, he's going to flirt with them whether it's a mom or a 22-year-old,' he stressed.
In order to accept his part in the series, which was filmed in Thailand over a period of seven months, Patrick pushed back his own wedding to fiancée Abby Champion.
After informing his bride-to-be about having to delay their walk down the aisle, Patrick gushed on The Drew Barrymore Show that Champion was very supportive.
'She was so happy,' he said. 'She was ecstatic because she was a huge fan.'

NBA insider reveals why Tom Thibodeau was fired by the New York Knicks
NBA insider Brian Windhorst has revealed Tom Thibodeau was fired by the New York Knicks for making personnel changes too late into the season. Thibodeau was shockingly fired by the Knicks on Tuesday, three days after their playoff elimination at the hands of the Indiana Pacers. Now, as New York looks for a new coach in a hire that will have championship-or-bust expectations, Windhorst has shined a light on why there is a vacancy in Manhattan in the first place. 'What Tom Thibodeau did to his coaching strategy during the Eastern Conference finals might've assured his firing. What I mean by that is after falling down 2-0 in that series, he made a whole bunch of changes,' Windhorst said on 'Get Up'. 'He changed his starting lineup. Then he extended multiple players into his bench - something that players, team personnel, and people across the league had been begging him to do for months. He also changed some of his strategies within the coaching of the game, and it worked.' Yet, the changes may have been a little too late, in moves that were reactive and not proactive, to keep him with the franchise. For most of the season, Thibodeau stuck to his core rotation of seven players and did not dig into his bench. It worked against the Pistons and Celtics, but bit them against the Pacers, who had the depth to tire out Jalen Brunson and the rest of Thibodeau's preferred players. The Knicks will likely try to swing big with their hire, trying to court Dan Hurley or Jay Wright, before going for a more realistic option if the home-run option does not work. Other names like Mike Malone and Johnnie Bryant have been tossed around to be the next Knicks coach, with the most important factor of the hire being someone who can maintain what Thibodeau built. The next head coach in New York will have his legacy with the team directly tied to that of team president Leon Rose, who made the decision, with the backing of owner James Dolan, to fire Thibodeau.

Helen Hunt, 61, reveals she does not diet, use Botox or get plastic surgery... see her now
Helen Hunt refuses to conform to Hollywood's beauty standards. The 61-year-old actress used to feel pressure to look a certain way, but her outlook has changed in recent years. 'It felt impossible not to internalize the way you're supposed to look. And [there was] a certain amount of misery and shame around not looking exactly that way,' she said while speaking to Flow Space. Helen realized that Hollywood's beauty standards were affecting her self-esteem. However, she now would not allow outside pressures to damage her mental health. The What Women Want star said: 'I realized, "This could quietly ruin your whole life." I made a decision: I'm not playing. Not gonna [let it] take up a lot of space in my mind.' Helen's new approach has been heavily influenced by The Only Diet There Is, a book written by the spiritual leader Sondra Ray. The actress explained: 'What I took from it, is eat what you want and love every bite, period.' This also meant she has refused Botox and plastic surgery as she prefers to age naturally. Meanwhile, Helen previously admitted to obsessing about her appearance in the 80s. The movie star felt under pressure to look a certain way at the time - but a change of attitude has proven to be transformational for her. She told HuffPost Live: 'I had my run in the '80s about being really worried about how I looked. Everybody was more fit, or more thin, and I maxed out on worrying about it.' Helen's change in attitude has benefited her mental and physical health. The actress - who has won a host of accolades during her career, including an Academy Award and four Golden Globes - reflected: 'I just gave up on worrying about it. When I gave it up, my brain and body got better. 'I was taking these exercise classes called abs, thighs, and buns and I was like, "I'm going to be dead one day — do I really want to give up an hour in this class?"' Helen has an Academy Award, four Emmys, and four Golden Globes under her belt. She's known for her roles in film, theater, and television, including the NBC sitcom Mad About You (1992–1999) and the 1997 romantic comedy As Good as It Gets. For her portrayal of Jamie Buchman in Mad About You, Hunt won four Emmys, three Golden Globes, and a Screen Actors Guild Award. She was seen in March in a new social media photo. Hunt flashed a beaming smile from Wrigley Field in Chicago, joined by her boyfriend, Big Little Lies actor Jeffrey Nordling. Bundled up for the late-winter chill, the Mad About You star, who charmed audiences as Jamie Buchman from 1992 to 1999, made it clear she was ready for baseball season to begin. 'In just a few hours, the Chicago @cubs will play my @dodgers in Tokyo in the first game of the 2025 season. Let's go Dodgers,' she captioned her post. 'But my goodness, the Cubs are epic and this stadium is a work of art.' While decades have passed since she played Sarah Jessica Parker 's free-spirited best friend in Girls Just Want to Have Fun (1985), Helen still carries that unmistakable movie-star glow. Her playful Instagram update follows a glamorous turn at last month's Vanity Fair Oscar Party, where she wowed in a chic Christian Siriano gown and held hands with Nordling. The couple first crossed paths while co-starring in Shooter, a 1988 NBC movie about Vietnam War photographers. She played Tracey, while he took on the role of Matt Thompson—but romance didn't seem to spark back then. Fast forward to May 2022, and fans started speculating when Jeffrey shared a group photo from Dodger Stadium, where he and Helen were hanging out with Camryn Manheim and Billie Jean King. By October, they made things official with a red carpet debut at the Los Angeles Philharmonic's 20th Anniversary Gala at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Hunt was born on June 15, 1963, in Culver City, California, and began acting as a child, making her television debut in the 1973 series Pioneer Woman. She gained widespread recognition for her role as Jamie Buchman in Mad About You (1992–1999), earning four Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. In 1997, Hunt won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance as Carol Connelly in As Good as It Gets, starring opposite Jack Nicholson. She continued her film success with leading roles in Twister (1996), Pay It Forward (2000), and The Sessions (2012), the latter earning her an Oscar nomination. Hunt made her feature film directorial debut with Then She Found Me (2007). She was married to producer Matthew Carnahan from 2001 to 2017, and they share a daughter, Makena Lei Gordon Carnahan, born in 2004. In the last five years, Hunt reprised her iconic role as Jamie Buchman in the Mad About You revival, which aired in 2019 on Spectrum Originals. She has also directed episodes of popular TV shows, including Blindspotting (2021) and The Politician (2020), further establishing herself as a skilled director
