Helen Hunt, 61, reveals she does not diet, use Botox or get plastic surgery... see her now

Helen Hunt refuses to conform to Hollywood's beauty standards.
The 61-year-old actress used to feel pressure to look a certain way, but her outlook has changed in recent years.
'It felt impossible not to internalize the way you're supposed to look. And [there was] a certain amount of misery and shame around not looking exactly that way,' she said while speaking to Flow Space.
Helen realized that Hollywood's beauty standards were affecting her self-esteem. However, she now would not allow outside pressures to damage her mental health.
The What Women Want star said: 'I realized, "This could quietly ruin your whole life." I made a decision: I'm not playing. Not gonna [let it] take up a lot of space in my mind.'
Helen's new approach has been heavily influenced by The Only Diet There Is, a book written by the spiritual leader Sondra Ray.
The actress explained: 'What I took from it, is eat what you want and love every bite, period.'
This also meant she has refused Botox and plastic surgery as she prefers to age naturally.
Meanwhile, Helen previously admitted to obsessing about her appearance in the 80s.
The movie star felt under pressure to look a certain way at the time - but a change of attitude has proven to be transformational for her.
She told HuffPost Live: 'I had my run in the '80s about being really worried about how I looked. Everybody was more fit, or more thin, and I maxed out on worrying about it.'
Helen's change in attitude has benefited her mental and physical health.
The actress - who has won a host of accolades during her career, including an Academy Award and four Golden Globes - reflected: 'I just gave up on worrying about it. When I gave it up, my brain and body got better.
'I was taking these exercise classes called abs, thighs, and buns and I was like, "I'm going to be dead one day — do I really want to give up an hour in this class?"'
Helen has an Academy Award, four Emmys, and four Golden Globes under her belt.
She's known for her roles in film, theater, and television, including the NBC sitcom Mad About You (1992–1999) and the 1997 romantic comedy As Good as It Gets. For her portrayal of Jamie Buchman in Mad About You, Hunt won four Emmys, three Golden Globes, and a Screen Actors Guild Award.
She was seen in March in a new social media photo.
Hunt flashed a beaming smile from Wrigley Field in Chicago, joined by her boyfriend, Big Little Lies actor Jeffrey Nordling.
Bundled up for the late-winter chill, the Mad About You star, who charmed audiences as Jamie Buchman from 1992 to 1999, made it clear she was ready for baseball season to begin.
'In just a few hours, the Chicago @cubs will play my @dodgers in Tokyo in the first game of the 2025 season. Let's go Dodgers,' she captioned her post. 'But my goodness, the Cubs are epic and this stadium is a work of art.'
While decades have passed since she played Sarah Jessica Parker 's free-spirited best friend in Girls Just Want to Have Fun (1985), Helen still carries that unmistakable movie-star glow.
Her playful Instagram update follows a glamorous turn at last month's Vanity Fair Oscar Party, where she wowed in a chic Christian Siriano gown and held hands with Nordling.
The couple first crossed paths while co-starring in Shooter, a 1988 NBC movie about Vietnam War photographers.
She played Tracey, while he took on the role of Matt Thompson—but romance didn't seem to spark back then.
Fast forward to May 2022, and fans started speculating when Jeffrey shared a group photo from Dodger Stadium, where he and Helen were hanging out with Camryn Manheim and Billie Jean King.
By October, they made things official with a red carpet debut at the Los Angeles Philharmonic's 20th Anniversary Gala at the Walt Disney Concert Hall.
Hunt was born on June 15, 1963, in Culver City, California, and began acting as a child, making her television debut in the 1973 series Pioneer Woman.
She gained widespread recognition for her role as Jamie Buchman in Mad About You (1992–1999), earning four Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series.
In 1997, Hunt won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance as Carol Connelly in As Good as It Gets, starring opposite Jack Nicholson.
She continued her film success with leading roles in Twister (1996), Pay It Forward (2000), and The Sessions (2012), the latter earning her an Oscar nomination.
Hunt made her feature film directorial debut with Then She Found Me (2007).
She was married to producer Matthew Carnahan from 2001 to 2017, and they share a daughter, Makena Lei Gordon Carnahan, born in 2004.
In the last five years, Hunt reprised her iconic role as Jamie Buchman in the Mad About You revival, which aired in 2019 on Spectrum Originals.
She has also directed episodes of popular TV shows, including Blindspotting (2021) and The Politician (2020), further establishing herself as a skilled director

Hollywood A-lister looks unrecognisable with bushy beard and scruffy hair – can you guess who he is?

THIS Terminal List actor is completely unrecognisable after being completely transformed by his hair and make up team. This Hollywood A-lister has completely shed hit typical macho image for his latest stint in the action-thriller, but can you guess who it is? 8 8 8 It's Guardians of the Galaxy star, Chris Pratt! The actor shared a video during some downtime filming the latest season of Prime Video's The Terminal List – though looks miles away from his typical clean shaven image. Speaking to the camera during his lunch, he revealed the upcoming season of the book series adaptation will be based on novel, True Believer by Jack Carr. He then told cameras: "I just want to say, Isn't this hair and makeup incredible? My team does such an awesome job." Showing his hands looking gory and battered with fake blood, Chris added: "Look, I don't want to tell you what I've been up to, but there's blood on my hands. Okay, there's blood on my hands." Giving insight into the ups and downs of being in hair and make-up, Chris said: "My team is awesome. They do such great makeup and such great hair. And this is, like, this moustache, this hair is all a wig. "It's a fake beard. It looks freaking incredible." "The crazy thing about wearing a fake moustache or a fake beard is when you eat, you get hair in your mouth, which is gross, because it's definitely someone else's hair and and you don't know who's where it came from," he added. "I mean, look at that hair, where that come from? What I mean is that... that's not... you don't think it's, is it someone's pubes? No. "Anyways, I don't care. I'm hungry." 8 8 In the series, Chris plays Lieutenant Commander James Reece, a NAVY Seal who finds himself struggling against people working against him after an operation goes wrong. The bloody series saw Reece go rogue to get his own form of justice for his team after being given a terminal diagnosis. The first season became an instant smash hit upon its release in 2022, and while it was renewed in 2023 for a second season, it's only filming now. Prime Video has also confirmed a prequel series, Terminal List: Dark Wolf, has been given the green light, and will star The Umbrella Academy's Tom Hopper, Taylor Kitsch and Luke Hemsworth. 8 8 8

Shooter game played by 10 million people closing down on smash-hit consoles in two weeks – but fans say it's GOOD news

A POPULAR video game played by millions of people is shutting down on select consoles. The shooter title is now just weeks away from being killed off on certain machines – and fans say it's actually good news. 6 6 6 Gamers using a PS4 or Xbox One to play The First Descendant will soon be blocked from playing. The studio behind the game say it'll stop working on those machines on June 19, 2025. And the only way to keep playing will be to upgrade to a machine that still offers support for it. That includes the PS5, Xbox Series X or S, or Windows PCs. "Our team does experience difficulties maintaining the PS4 and Xbox One builds," the developers at Nexon explained. "So to concentrate all our resources and capabilities for the new content for Season 3 and beyond, we made this decision. "The planned termination date is June 19, and after the June 19 update, you won't be able to play The First Descendant with PS4 or Xbox One. "But your account information will stay with us since TFD is an online game and supports cross-progression with Steam, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S." The First Descendant is currently less than a year old, which makes the closure all the more shocking. It's a free massively-multiplayer online game that sees empowered 'Descendants' battling alien baddies known as the Vulgus – and has boasted more than 10 million players. Get an inside look at the new PS5 30th anniversary edition Gamers will complete quests, collect loot, and build their characters to have different power specialties. After the closure, some players will be locked out from enjoying the title. But many fans reacted to the news with understanding, even describing it as a good thing. In a Reddit thread about the change, hundreds of fans upvoted the news and said it would allow the game-maker to spend more time making the title even better. 6 One said: "That's fair. They probably want to do bigger stuff with the game." Another wrote: "Y'all gotta let the PS4 go and upgrade." And one added: "It's because the PS4 hardware limitations are limiting the scope of the game design. The dev team want to do more, so they're choosing to leave PS4 players behind. "Clearly they've weighed up the revenue they're getting from PS4 players and are happy to lose that portion. It bodes well for the future of the game to be honest." 6 6 GOING RUSTY It comes just days after another multiplayer game began closing down on older consoles. As of May 29, survival title Rust is no longer available to download for new players on PS4 and Xbox One. And the game will be switched off on those older machines in October this year. Players will need to upgrade to the PS5 or Xbox Series X/S versions of the title to keep playing. OTHER GAME CLOSURES COMING UP Here's what to watch out for... MultiVersus - May 30 xDefiant - June 3 The First Descendant - June 19 Black Desert - June 26 Resident Evil ReVerse - June 29 Madden NFL 21 - June 30 Arizona Sunshine - July 1 Skyworld - July 1 Danmachi Battle Chronicle - September 29 WWE 2K24 - September 30 Madden NFL 22 - October 20 PGA Tour 2K21 - October 30 NBA 2K24 - December 31 This upgrade will be available for free – but you'll still need a newer console to actually enjoy the game. It's also now no longer possible for new players on PS4 and Xbox One to enjoy the game without getting an upgraded console.
