
Pushpa Jewellers IPO: Here's date, price band, GMP and other details
B2B jewellery maker Pushpa Jewellers initial public offering (IPO) is all set to open for subscription on June 30. The SME segment IPO will remain open for bidding till July 2.
The jewellery maker company has set price band at ₹ 143 - ₹ 147, with a face value of ₹ 10.
The IPO is a book-built issue totaling ₹ 98.65 crore. It comprises a fresh issue of 53.70 lakh shares worth ₹ 78.94 crore and an offer for sale of 13.41 lakh shares amounting to ₹ 19.71 crore.
The minimum lot size for an application is 1000. The minimum amount of investment required by retail investors is ₹ 1,43,000.
The allotment for the Pushpa Jewellers IPO is likely to be finalized on Thursday, July 3. The IPO is set to be listed on the NSE SME platform, with a tentative listing date scheduled for Monday, July 7.
The net proceeds from the IPO will be utilized to finance the establishment of the proposed new showroom, including the capital expenditure cost and inventory cost for the showroom, funding working capital requirements and general corporate purpose. The anchor portion will open on June 27, 2025 and issue will close on July 02.
Affinity Global Capital Market Private Limited is the book-running lead manager of the Pushpa Jewellers IPO, while Cameo Corporate Services Limited is the registrar for the issue. The market maker for Pushpa Jewellers IPO is Sunflower Broking Private Limited.

The shares of Pushpa Jewellers is currently not trading in the grey market.

The Company is one of the leading jewellery manufacturers specializing in both traditional and modern gold jewellery. It offers a wide range of gold jewellery, incorporating fine stones like Emerald, Jade, Pearl, and Meena.
In FY24, the company reported a revenue of ₹ 25,534.28 lakhs, an operating EBITDA of ₹ 1,987.50 lakhs, and a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹ 1,357.70 lakhs.
In FY25, the company's performance improved, with revenue rising to ₹ 28,106.07 lakhs, operating EBITDA increasing to ₹ 3,175.59 lakhs, and PAT growing to ₹ 2,228.63 lakhs.

NSE's ₹1,388-cr settlement plea could pave way for IPO this fiscal
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has agreed to settle the long-pending colocation and dark fibre case with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for ₹1,388 crore — a move seen as crucial for advancing its initial public offering (IPO). Sources indicate that this settlement — the biggest ever, and the second such resolution for NSE — clears a major hurdle for its much-anticipated listing. The exchange filed its settlement application with Sebi on June 20. 'The settlement amount aligns with Sebi's regulations, and approval is expected soon, expediting the IPO process. The exchange has set its sights on concluding the IPO this fiscal,' said a person familiar with the matter. Queries sent to Sebi and the BSE remained unanswered. NSE is awaiting a no-objection certificate from Sebi to proceed with its draft IPO filings. Sebi Chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey recently hinted at the impending settlement, stating that no further obstacles remain for the IPO. The colocation issue, currently before the Supreme Court, pertains to allegations that certain brokers received preferential server access at NSE between 2015 and 2016. If Sebi approves the settlement, it will need to file an affidavit in the Supreme Court to withdraw its appeal. In January 2023, the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) upheld non-monetary penalties in the case but set aside a disgorgement order, instead imposing a ₹100 crore fine on NSE for due diligence lapses. Later that year, the Supreme Court directed Sebi to refund ₹300 crore to NSE related to the case. NSE had previously deposited ₹1,108 crore with Sebi in 2019 as part of penal actions. Sources indicate nearly ₹1,000 crore remains in an escrow account. In October 2023, NSE, former chief executive Vikram Limaye, and eight others settled a separate case involving misuse of trading access points (TAP) for ₹643 crore. Sebi also dropped charges against NSE and former executives in the colocation matter, citing insufficient evidence of collusion with OPG Securities. NSE's unlisted shares have surged 87 per cent over the past year, currently trading at ₹2,325 apiece, reflecting strong investor interest. The country's largest bourse is currently valued at nearly ₹6 trillion, dwarfing the valuations of several listed firms. 'From a market perspective, this resolution brings much-needed clarity and signals NSE's intent to prioritise governance and compliance. With this issue behind them, the path is now clearer for the exchange to move toward a public listing, and investor interest is likely to revive given NSE's strong fundamentals and dominant market position,' said Mrugank Paranjape, chairman, IMC Task Force on Capital Markets and managing partner, MCQube. Sebi has previously raised concerns about the independence of clearing corporations, emphasising public interest over commercial priorities. A working group is now reviewing fee structures to ensure sustainability. NSE may explore listing on the BSE or the Metropolitan Stock Exchange (MSEI), as self-listing is currently barred under Sebi rules. The country's only listed equity bourse, the BSE, is exclusively listed on the NSE. 'Under Sebi regulations, stock exchanges in India are not allowed to self-list in order to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure regulatory integrity. As a result, NSE cannot list on its own platform and will need to seek a listing on a competing exchange like BSE or MSEI,' said Uday Tardalkar, economist and market expert.

ArisInfra Solutions' shares debut with nearly 8% discount
NEW DELHI: Shares of ArisInfra Solutions Ltd on Wednesday listed with a discount of nearly 8 per cent against the issue price of Rs 222. The stock started trading at Rs 209.10, a decline of 5.81 per cent from the issue price on the BSE . Later, it dropped 9.90 per cent to Rs 200. At the NSE, it listed at Rs 205, reflecting a discount of 7.65 per cent. The company's market valuation stood at Rs 1,694.72 crore. The initial share sale of Arisinfra Solutions got subscribed 2.65 times on the closing day of bidding on Friday last week. The nearly Rs 500-crore Initial Public Offer (IPO) had a price band of Rs 210-222 per share. The IPO was a complete fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 499.6 crore with no Offer For Sale (OFS) component. Proceeds of the issue will be used for funding the working capital requirements of the company, investment in the subsidiary Buildmex-Infra for funding its working capital, purchase of partial shareholding from existing shareholders of its subsidiary, ArisUnitern Re Solutions Pvt Ltd, repayment of loan and for general corporate purposes. Arisinfra Solutions is a B2B technology-enabled company, focusing on simplifying and digitising the procurement process for construction materials.

Kalpataru IPO: Kalpataru Limited, one of Mumbai's well-known real estate developers, has launched its much-awaited Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise Rs 1,590 crore. The issue, which is entirely a fresh issue of approximately 3.84 crore equity shares, opened for subscription on June 24, 2025, and will close on June 26, 2025. As of 10:18 AM on June 24, 2025, the Kalpataru IPO has received a lukewarm response on its opening day. Out of the total 2.28 crore shares offered, only around 2.09 lakh bids have been placed, marking an overall subscription of just 0.01 times. The retail individual investors (RII) segment has shown a slightly better interest, subscribing 0.04 times with over 1.64 lakh shares bid, mostly at the cut-off price. Kalpataru IPO Price Band The company has set a price band of Rs 387 to Rs 414 per share. The minimum application size for retail investors is one lot of 36 shares, which amounts to Rs 14,904 at the upper end of the price band. For anchor investors, the IPO has already seen a strong response, with Rs 708.35 crore raised on June 23, 2025, a day before the issue opened to the public. The IPO is being managed by ICICI Securities, JM Financial, and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities. MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd is the registrar to the issue. Kalpataru is a part of the larger Kalpataru Group, with operations spread across cities like Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Indore, and Bengaluru. The company is known for developing residential properties, commercial spaces, and townships. As of March 2024, it has completed 70 projects and is currently working on 40 more. While the company has a strong project pipeline, its financial performance has shown volatility. It posted a net loss of Rs 116.51 crore in FY24 and a bigger loss of Rs 229.43 crore in FY23. However, there is a positive sign—the company reported a turnaround in operating performance with an EBITDA of Rs 101.67 crore for the nine-month period ending December 2024. Kalpataru IPO Proceeds The IPO proceeds will primarily be used to repay or pre-pay certain borrowings worth Rs 1,192.5 crore, with the remaining funds set aside for general corporate purposes. After the IPO, the promoter holding will come down from 100% to 81.3%.
