The former US Open winner took to Instagram to announce the news on Wednesday night.
'And beautiful chaos reigns once again,' she wrote.
'Welcome Emmeline Grace. Evie is beyond happy to have a little sister and we are over the moon. We love you so much little Emmy.'
Stosur has been in a relationship with Liz Astling, who gave birth to Evie five years ago, since 2016. This time around the former world No.4 carried the child.
The Queenslander retired from tennis after the 2023 Australian Open, following a mixed doubles loss alongside countryman Matt Ebden. She had retired from singles the previous year after a career which netted more than US$21 million in prizemoney.

Alex de Minaur stormed from 4-1 down in the final set to seize the DC Open in major positives ahead of the US Open

Alex de Minaur signalled an intent to seize on being at his 'peak' before the DC Open and duly delivered with a 10th career title after staging a stunning final-set fightback to put a top-10 seeding at the US Open within reach. The Australian No.1, who is now ranked 8th on the ATP live rankings, recovered after dropping the first set against Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, steamrolling him in the second before coming back from 4-1 down in the final set to claim a 6-7, 6-1, 7-6 win. Playing his first event since being ousted by Novak Djokovic at Wimbledon, 26-year-old de Minaur then looked like fading in the final set against the 12th seed. Hut he rallied, broke his opponent's serve twice, including with Davidovich Fokina serving for the match at 5-3. Then de Minaur saved three match points while serving at 4-5 to level the final set 5-5 as the match time ticked close to three hours Davidovich Fokina ramped up his serve to hold, getting to 6-5, then de Minaur level again 6-6 sending the electric contest to a final tie-break for the title. The Australian was then never headed in the deciding 10 minutes, winning the opening two points of the tie-break and going on with the, winning 7-3 to take the win in just over three hours. It was de Minaur's 19th ATP Tour final of his career, and the Australian star now has 35 wins this season, hoping to crack the 50 win mark for the first time having won either 46 or 47 matches in each of the past three seasons. 'I've got the experience now. I've got the knowledge, the physicality side of things. Everything is just there for me to go out and perform,' De Minaur said. 'I can really have a swing these next three or four years and really show that I'm at my peak and break through some barriers.' Those barriers will next present themselves at Flushing Meadow with a possible run in the new-look US Open doubles with de Minaur's British fiance, Katie Boulter, before his assault on singles.

Actress Nicole Kidman thanks this everyday skincare product for her age-defying looks

Australian actress Nicole Kidman reveals sunscreen is the key to her daily skincare routine. The age-defying star thanked her years of dedicated SPF use for keeping her skin healthy and radiant. The Practical Magic 2 star announced on July 25 her new role as Global Brand Ambassador for Japanese skincare and beauty brand, Clé de Peau Beauté. Kidman, 58, says it's a brand her make-up artist has used on her for years. One of her favourite products from the line is the UV Protection Cream SPF 50+. 'I went to Wimbledon and this is what I wore — it's so good,' Kidman told PEOPLE. Raised in Sydney, on the Northern Beaches, the Hollywood star grew up with sunscreen as a daily essential. In an interview with Vogue, she revealed her rules on skincare. 'It's the one thing I teach my girls,' Kidman said. 'For my girls, I'll use like a 30, but I like the SPF 50 for me, which is the one that I use. 'I also love the sheer zinc because for me it's such a great protection for my nose and for my shoulders and when I'm working.' The mum-of-two also shared that building her confidence is what helps the actress feel good on the inside. 'I am raising girls in their teens — you realise the importance of empowering other women,' Kidman told PEOPLE. 'The way in which when you are empowered, that sort of inner confidence actually shows through, and to me that's very beautiful.' The new campaign also features Kidman's youngest daughter, Faith Margaret, 14, whom she shares with her husband, singer Keith Urban. 'We flew out together and we were able to just have fun on the set,' Kidman reflected. 'It was just sort of a magical, dreamlike experience, which I hope when people see the campaign, they get. 'She's my baby, and it was a sweet little way to capture her at 14. 'It was one of those things where you say, 'This isn't a job. This is actually a gift'.' Kidman and Urban's eldest daughter, Sunday Rose, 17, recently launched her modelling career. Earlier this year, the rising star landed her first major campaign, fronting a new luxury advert for Italian fashion brand Miu Miu. Loading Instagram Post Kidman added she feels most beautiful when she's with her daughters. 'I love doing hot yoga right now, so I feel really good about an hour after that,' she said. 'My daughters and I, we do it together, and we call it the glow up. 'We look red-faced and ragged when we come out, but about an hour later, wow.' Shop more SPF products in Australia:
