Things continue to look positive for North Wales Crusaders
A run of just one defeat in 11 matches so far this season has been achieved without an experienced pair of players - but they are soon expected to be back in the ranks.
Head coach Forster told CruCast: 'Jake Spedding has joined back in training. I think we're hoping to see Jake in, probably, the next three of four weeks. So, we're slowly getting back up there.'
Another player back out on the training pitch is Welsh international Ben Evans and Forster is delighted to see the pair returning to fitness.
'It's easily forgotten when you're winning games and you're flying high at the top with the actual personnel that we've been missing this year,' added Forster.
'So, to welcome them back at a crucial time of the year I think, obviously, speaks volumes for what we've done already this year.
'But, obviously, moving forward it's some big, experienced boys to come back in.'
In further good news from the North Wales camp, the club has confirmed a new deal for Joe Baldwin, who will extend his stay with the Crusaders until the end of the 2027 season.
Having played at Orrell St James during his junior career, Baldwin was signed by Super League outfit Wigan Warriors in 2019.
He was able to gain plenty of valuable experience at the club before he made the move to Crusaders in 2024.
Baldwin became a key figure towards the back end of last season, picking up the young player of the year accolade at the club's end of season awards.
On his new deal, Baldwin told the club's website: 'I'm buzzing to have signed another two years here.
'The coaching staff and lads are quality, and my game has developed loads in my past two years at this great club.
'Now I'm excited to see what the next two years bring both for my personal career and Crusaders in general to see how far the club can go.'
Forster added: 'Joe is a brilliant young player and you can see the development in his game year on year.'
With seven games left, Crusaders know that five wins will be sufficient to give them the League One crown. North Wales are three points ahead of Midlands Hurricanes, with third-placed Swinton Lions a further point back.
Midlands are heading to Workington Town on Sunday, while Swinton will be favourites at home to basement side Newcastle Thunder.
In further action, Whitehaven make the trip to Goole Vikings.

SPFL side slam their own fans for 'embarrassing the club' after pyro halts FIRST competitive match of league season
ARBROATH have urged their fans to help them find two individuals who they say "embarrassed the club" by throwing pyro onto the pitch during the very first competitive match of the SPFL season The Gayfield side unfurled the League One title flag on Friday night against Ayr Utd as they put in an accomplished display in a 1-1 draw against Scott Brown's Championship promotion hopefuls. It was captured live on BBC - with SPFL chief executive in attendance. League bosses are cracking down more closely than in recent seasons on pyrotechnics offences - particularly when stoppages are caused to live broadcasts. Celtic, Aberdeen and Partick Thistle were all served with notices of complaint for their fans' use of pyro in games at the end of last season - and it could cost the clubs ticket allocations at Hampden in future matches. Arbroath released a stinging response online, asking fans to shop their fellow supporters, and saying they're not the kind of fans they want at their matches going forward. They wrote: "We would like to thank over 1000 Lichties who attended Gayfield Park to support the team tonight - and we continue to value your support week in, week out as the league progresses. "However, we had two individuals throw burning pyrotechnic devices above our fans' heads in a confined space, which then landed on the pitch, damaging our playing surface while putting our fans, stewards and the players at severe safety risk. "Therefore it is within Arbroath FC's best interests to hold those accountable for their actions, as we strive for our stadium to be a safe place to attend. "To the two individuals - you have not only embarrassed yourselves, you have embarrassed the club within the community, on national television and in front of SPFL delegates. "This is not a fair representation of our club, and absolutely not the impression we wish to give on our return to the championship. Shocking moment Celtic fan's hair set on FIRE after wild pyro display at Hibs game "The current law on pyrotechnics is clear, they are forbidden within stadiums. The club has to follow the SPFL's unacceptable conduct rules, which highlights the possession and discharge of pyrotechnics - in which we as a club must demonstrate an appropriate response. "At this time we ask anyone that can identify the two individuals that have harmed our club and potential supporters to come forward to we can remove these types of individuals from our ground. "These are not the type of individuals we seek support from as they have demonstrated a clear lack of respect for our club, fans, players and safety of all." Crusaders' players have proved they are a flexible lot!
Should Workington Town lose out against Keighley Cougars, a triumph for North Wales at home to second-placed Swinton Lions would see them crowned as League One champions on Sunday. Crusaders got the better of Newcastle Thunder 72-6 last time out, when a number of team changes were made. On the subject of flexible players who can turn out in a number of positions, head coach Forster told CruCast: 'We're one injury away from needing to do something like that. 'So the fact that, you know, we've done it without getting an injury, it's obviously a plus. 'So, you learn a few things and, you know, if Jordy (Gibson) or Dal (Jamie Dallimore, pictured) goes down injured next week or whatever, touch wood, we know that Lloyd (Roby) can step in and play that role, and Toby (Hughes) can drop to one and, ultimately, they can be inter-changeable in the game. 'Where, if you want to try something new, they can just swap and it'll become natural to them.'
