Carlito Confirms Shocking WWE Departure
In shocking news, Carlito confirmed his WWE departure.
Carlito's announcement comes on the same day it was revealed that fellow WWE star R-Truth will also be departing the company once his contract expires. Carlito confirmed the news on X, formerly known as Twitter, with a lighthearted tone. He revealed that his contract will expire soon and will not be renewed. While the release is legitimate, he jokingly wrote that he's being asked to pay back the money he 'stole.'
'My contract is up in 2 weeks. It will not be renewed. On top of that, WWE is demanding I pay back the $ they paid me for apparently 'stealing money' from the company.'
'I've had my lawyers look into it and after reviewing my footage on Netflix for the past months they suggested I pay them back the money. All jokes aside, gracias WWE & especially the WWE universe. Los quiero mucho! PS…I'll reappear again in another 13yrs Dios me los bendiga.'
Carlito became famous in WWE during the 2000s. Although the company released him in 2010, he came back for the 2021 Royal Rumble. In 2023, he made another return at Backlash in Puerto Rico during the Damian Priest vs. Bad Bunny match. The Puerto Rico fans welcomed him with a huge ovation, and WWE later signed him to a new contract.

After coming back, Carlito joined the LWO faction. However, his time with LWO didn't last long. After WrestleMania 40, he turned heel and joined The Judgment Day because Dominik Mysterio asked him to. Since joining, Carlito has been seen as the funny member of the faction.

When asked about how he feels about CM Punk nowadays, Mysterio didn't hold back on burying Punk in hilarious fashion. Advertisement 'I think we just both mutually hate each other equally,' Dominik Mysterio began. 'I f*cking hate CM Punk, I don't know what it is about that guy, I don't know if it's because he looks like Eddie Munster and I want to kick him in the f*cking face. Or the fact that everyone is like, 'He finally did it, he finally got his WrestleMania main event.' Good for you, old man. 60 years old, it took you what, 45 years to accomplish your one goal? It's about time. 'It's what they say about babies. When they have tantrums, you give them what they want so they shut the f*ck up. I'm pretty sure that's what happened. That's why he needed a favor from Paul Heyman. There is a reason he was never in the main event. You call yourself the Best in the World. I don't need to go around calling myself the Best in the World. People know I'm better than the best. 'I don't need to call myself Best in the World at 70 years old. People do it for me. You have [John] Cena talking about me, JBL, AJ Styles, legends talking about me. I don't need to do it for myself or say these things about me because people say it for me. My work speaks for itself. Here you go with CM Punk. I could go on this rant forever, but I need to stop myself.' CM Punk Reveals Why He Has A Pepsi Tattoo
CM Punk has a lot of tattoos that make him stand out as a WWE Superstar, but why does he have a Pepsi tattoo? RAW Superstar CM Punk was a recent guest on WWE: Tattooed. When asked about the meaning behind his Pepsi tattoo, Punk explained the meaning behind it. Advertisement 'I guess I'd be remiss to not mention the Pepsi tattoo,' CM Punk said. 'I think maybe that one, probably historically over time, has gotten the most attention. The story with the Pepsi tattoo is there is a band called Minor Threat that started in the early 80s in Washington, DC, that's widely known to have started the straight edge subculture. 'And the guitarist, Brian Baker, was asked in an interview I read while I was in detention, you have a Coca-Cola tattoo? Why do you have a Coca-Cola tattoo? And his response is, I like Coca-Cola. And I was like, that's just punk rock right there. You know? I don't like Coke. I like Pepsi. I'm a Midwest kid at heart, so I've got a Pepsi tattoo. 'That tattoo represents me being straight edge, and that's really kind of it. I know it seems silly to put a corporate logo on yourself, but it really has a deeper meaning, and it means so much more to me than just, you know, a soft drink.'
