Mossad Intel Revealed Rahul Gandhi 'Coordinated' With Hindenburg Research: Report
The motive behind the intrusion by Mossad was to seek evidence linking the Indian opposition to Hindenburg Research, the report claimed.
Israel's intelligence agency, Mossad, conducted a covert operation to hack into the home servers of Sam Pitroda, the head of the Indian Overseas Congress (IOC) and a key political strategist for Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, Sputnik India reported, citing unnamed informed sources. The motive behind the intrusion by Mossad was to seek evidence linking the Indian opposition to Hindenburg Research whose report triggered major financial repercussions for the Adani Group.
According to Sputnik India's sources, Mossad found links between Rahul Gandhi and the Hindenburg Research team, with the aim of undermining both Gautam Adani and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The report claimed that the alleged hacking of Sam Pitroda's US-based home servers purportedly 'exposed" encrypted chatrooms and undisclosed backchannels of communication.
The Sputnik India report has yet to be independently verified, and neither the Israeli government nor Mossad have issued any official statement regarding these allegations. Similarly, there has been no immediate reaction from Sam Pitroda, Rahul Gandhi or the Congress party.
Hindenburg's Allegations Against Gautam Adani
Hindenburg Research's January 2023 report leveled serious accusations against the Adani Group, alleging stock manipulation and accounting fraud. The report claimed that the Adani Group artificially inflated stock prices through accounting practices and the use of numerous offshore shell entities in tax havens.
These entities were used to generate fake turnover, siphon funds, and manipulate stock prices via 'wash trading", Hindenburg noted as it also raised concerns about the Adani Group's high debt levels and financial stability.
The report also alleged that Gautam Adani's listed companies were significantly overvalued. The Adani Group has strongly refuted these allegations.

Rahul alleges malpractice in voting: Maharashtra Cong to ‘reach out to every household to apprise people of wrongdoings'
Intensifying the nationwide protest against the alleged malpractices in election process launched by party leader Rahul Gandhi, the state Congress on Tuesday said it would appraise people in the state of the 'wrongdoings by reaching out to every household'. 'Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi has proved the wrongdoings in the election process of the country. The Election Commission (EC), instead of responding to the queries raised, has served notice to him. The state Congress will further intensify the protest in Maharashtra,' said Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala, in-charge of party affairs in Maharashtra. He said the BJP and the Union government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi are finishing democracy. 'Free and fair elections are becoming impossible in the country. We had raised it in the Maharashtra Assembly election when we noticed a big change in voters' choice compared to three months prior to that during the Lok Sabha elections last year,' he added. 'The malpractices seen during the Maharashtra Assembly elections were also witnessed in the Haryana Assembly elections and now it is likely to be repeated in the Bihar elections,' he said. The EC does what the BJP-led Union government says and the BJP is busy defending the EC for the wrongdoings, said Chennithala. 'The state Congress will reach out to every household on the issue of malpractices in elections. We will do a signature campaign and tell the public about vote cheating,' he said. The Congress leader said the Mahayuti government is postponing local body elections deliberately so as to use funds of civic bodies to manage its finances as the government is facing a serious financial crisis due to its wrong schemes. The Congress has not taken any decision on a pre-poll alliance for the forthcoming civic polls, he said, adding the party leaders are still discussing it. Chennithala said the closeness of two cousins MNS chief Raj Thackeray and Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray was not a cause of concern for the Congress. 'MNS is not in our alliance. We don't know anything about the MNS and Sena (UBT) alliance, so we cannot comment on it. We don't have any issues if cousins are coming close but the alliance of their parties will be a political issue. We will discuss if it actually happens,' he said. State Congress chief Harshvardhan Sapkal said BJP rule in the country is destroying democracy and the party has chalked out a six-month programme to protest against it. 'The BJP always talks of a Congress-free country but 40 per cent of its leaders are imported from the Congress,' he said.

PixxelSpace-led consortium to make country's first commercial earth observation constellation
A private consortium of four space start-ups led by Bengaluru-based PixxelSpace has won a bid to build and run the country's fully-indigenous commercial earth observation satellite constellation, the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe) said Tuesday. According to the agreement, the consortium will invest Rs 1,200 crore over next five years to set up the 12-satellite constellation. It will own, manufacture, launch, develop ground infrastructure, operate the satellite constellation as well as commercialise the data generated. 'By generating high-resolution, indigenous satellite data, the initiative will significantly reduce India's reliance on foreign sources, ensure data sovereignty, and position the country among the global leaders,' said IN-SPACe. The bid for partnership with the government — which will provide technical and policy support — was won by the consortium of PixxelSpace, Piersight Space, Satsure Analytics India, and Dhruva Space, at the financial stage. At least two other consortiums, led by Astra Microwave Products and GalaxEye Space, had also been shortlisted after a technical evaluation. The satellites will be equipped with panchromatic, multispectral, hyperspectral, and microwave SAR sensors — which can produce images of the Earth in varying degrees of detail. The data would be used in the fields of agriculture, infrastructure development and urban planning, disaster management, security, as well as climate change monitoring. '(This) demonstrates the capability and confidence of Indian companies to lead large-scale, technologically advanced, and commercially viable space missions that serve both national and global markets,' said Dr Pawan Goenka, IN-SPACe Chairman. The constellation will be deployed in a phased manner over four years to ensure continuous service upgrades and expanded coverage. Once the constellation becomes operational, it will be among the most advanced earth observation systems in the world. 'We are grateful to IN-SPACe and the Government of India for trusting our consortium with this historic mission. Together with our partners Satsure, Dhruva and PierSight, we look forward to building world-class space-tech capabilities that serve the whole planet from Indian soil. This is India's moment to lead the world in space-powered solutions,' said Awais Ahmed, CEO of PixxelSpace.
