The NFL schedule for the 2025-2026 season has been released. Here are a few games on our must-watch list.
Von Miller is looking to move up the NFL's all-time sacks list in 2025.
There's only one problem – he still doesn't have a team.
Miller has been on the free agent market since the Buffalo Bills released him on March 9, but is still eyeing an opportunity on the field next season rather than head for retirement. In an interview with 9NEWS in Denver, Miller spoke about his playing career's future and why there is still one more thing to accomplish.
The MVP of Super Bowl 50 ranks 25th on the all-time sack leaders list with 129.5. His former teammate, DeMarcus Ware, checks in at 13th with 138.5. When asked if he has plans to retire, Miller made it clear that passing Ware is a goal that he has to reach.
"No, because I need (9.5) more sacks to pass DeMarcus," Miller said, via 9NEWS' Mike Klis.
Despite racking up plenty of accolades over the years, having that edge over Ware is enough to keep the 36-year-old going, among other things.
"That's one of them," Miller said. "If I had 140 sacks? I could retire. But me and DeMarcus, we spent a lot of time together in the offseason. He plays a lot of golf. Whenever I'm done playing football, I'll probably be right there with him playing golf. I just can't let him have that … I've already played three more years than he's played so I at least have to get him on total sacks. That's one of the personal goals that I have."
Klis noted that Miller also wants his two sons, Valor, 4, and Victory, 2, to be able to appreciate seeing their father play.
A two-time Super Bowl champion, Miller has been named to the Pro Bowl eight times, an All-Pro three times and the 2011 Defensive Rookie of the Year.
He's likely to be a first ballot Hall of Fame entrant when the cleats are officially hung up. That seems like it'll have to wait for another day though.
Miller believes still has more to give. Now he just has to find a team willing to let him give it.

'Certainly all the indications, if you look at it logically, are that he's coming based on his comments about, 'There's a team that plays in Chicago (this year) that I might play for,' 'I'm not playing in New Orleans.' 'He took one visit, he's been throwing with DK Metcalf, he talks all the time with (head coach) Mike Tomlin, I know he's talked with (offensive coordinator) Arthur Smith. There's all these signs that he's coming but he's not affirmatively said, 'Hey, June 9, book me the ticket, I'm coming in and I'm going to join this team.' That has not happened as of this point.' Rodgers announced on the 'Pat McAfee Show' that he's been dealing with matters in his personal life that have prevented him from 100% committing to the Steelers right now. Over the weekend, the 'Up' singer posted photos and videos of the massive bouquets of flowers that were delivered to her home, in the same slideshow where she confirmed a new romance that is also sweetening her life. In the past few months, there have been rumors that Cardi was in a relationship with NFL player Stefon Diggs, following her divorce filing from Offset last July. In March 2025, Diggs signed a three-year deal with the New England Patriots for $63.5 million, where he will play as a wide receiver. At the time of his signing, Diggs had already been in the NFL for 10 seasons. When he graduated from the University of Maryland in 2014, he was signed the next year to the Minnesota Vikings as a fifth-round draft pick. He inked a four-year, $2.5 million deal, which he served out, before he was traded to the Buffalo Bills in 2020. Then, he stayed with the Bills for four years, before playing one season for the Houston Texans in 2024. Diggs has now joined the Patriots having played 144 regular season games with 857 receptions for 10,491 yards and 70 touchdowns. In 2020, he lead the league in receptions. He will make his debut for New England this coming fall. Stefon Diggs is a father to one—a daughter named Nova, who he welcomed in October 2016. The identity of Nova's mother is not publicly known, though some believe it to be Diggs's ex-girlfriend, the pop singer Tyler-Marie. While Diggs mostly keeps his personal life out of the spotlight, Nova has made a few notable appearances throughout the wide receiver's career. For instance, when he was signed to the Buffalo Bills, Nova sat on his lap for the ceremony, where she jokingly quoted the iconic Jerry Maguire line 'show me the money' to the Bills general manager Brandon Beane, as seen in the clip above. Back in 2018, he shared a picture of it to his Instagram, with a caption that read: 'I miss you now more than ever... just wish you was here to see your sons. We love you. On June 1, 2025, Cardi B went public with her and Diggs's relationship, sharing a slideshow of photos which included one of her and the Patriots player getting cuddly on a boat, while a video saw Cardi dancing on Diggs.
