Stacey Leadbeatter has shared her fears that she won't be able to sing in the live semi-finals after being diagnosed with strep throat.
Stacey, 29, has now admitted she might not be able to sing in Saturday's life shows due to illness despite her Golden Buzzer pass.
However, the star said she is hoping the strep throat won't get in the way of her success and wants to give it her all at Wembley Arena in front of the judges.
"My voice is only just coming back," she told The Mirror.
"I am still actually on antibiotics. I haven't been able to sing properly.
"I have been a bit concerned about this weekend but, hopefully, I'll be able to do it."
Supermarket worker Stacey wowed the judges and audience with her audition, singing Leona Lewis' version of Snow Patrol's Run.
She had only performed once before her BGT appearance and had to retrain her voice due to a speech impediment.
She said: "It is extremely hard, I have a video of me singing from four or five years ago and you couldn't actually understand properly what I was singing due to the severity of speech impediments.
"So during lockdown I used to sit through like adult speech therapy sessions on YouTube and then I'd introduced it into my singing.
BGT Golden Buzzer act Stacey Leadbetter reveals she's engaged - as she promises next performance is 'bigger and better'
"If I don't do certain exercises for say a couple of weeks at a time, I will start to revert back to how I was."
YouTube personality KSI, 31, decided to send Stacey straight through to the semi-finals, while the Blackpool audience chanted 'press the buzzer'.
Stacey previously revealed that she had been bullied in school and that people would mimic her because of her stutter.
"Children unfortunately sometimes can be a bit harsh and I wasn't the popular girl at school" she said.
Britain's Got Talent's biggest 'fix' rows
Britain's Got Talent has been plagued with 'fix' rows over the years. How many of these do you remember?
Jasmine Elcock - 2016: Teenage singer Jasmine Elcock stunned the nation with her version of Cher's Believe. But it then transpired she had already performed professionally in London's West End. Jasmine, 14, admitted: "I've performed in Annie in the West End at about the age of nine or 10, but I really get nervous."
IrShad Shaikh - 2017: BGT fans were left questioning the rule book when IrShad Shaikh auditioned. He got four red buzzers from the judges, which would usually mean an instant dismissal. Yet in a strange turn of events, they let him continue with his act...and put him through to the next round.
Colin Thackery - 2019: Elderly war veteran Colin won BGT in 2019, but there was an outcry over the final. He warbled his place to win with a version of We'll Meet Again but fans were furious that escapologist Jonathan Goodwin didn't even rank in the top three. Viewers felt Jonathan - who almost suffocated while being buried alive in a gravel pit - should have won.
Axel Blake - 2022: Comedian Axel Blake was given a Golden Buzzer in 2022 after making the judges laugh. But fans were fuming when they discovered Axel already had a show on worldwide streaming platform Amazon Prime. Despite this, Axel still went on to win the series.
Taryn Charles - 2024: Singer Taryn Charles is one of this year's hopefuls lucky enough to receive the Golden Buzzer. Bruno Tonilio put her straight through to the semi-finals following her performance of (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman by Aretha Franklin, but it has now come to light that she is no stranger to TV. Viewers recognised Taryn from an episode of ITV1's Starstruck, where she impersonated Whitney Houston for judges Olly Murs, Sheridan Smith, Adam Lambert and Beverley Knight.
It's even more worrying for Stacey as The Sun recently revealed that viewers are not happy with the line up for Saturday's semi final.
Angry fans have declared the acts competing on the ITV talent which were placed in the second final have been put at a disadvantage for one reason.
They took to Reddit to claim there were too many acts that had received the coveted Golden Buzzer during their qualifying rounds, thus making it harder for them to reach the live final.
"Personally I think this semi-final will be a lot more competitive than the first, I can make a case for almost all the acts going through," complained one fan.
Another wrote: "Why are they putting so many Golden Buzzer acts together? That's 6 of them already."
And a third added: "This is another extremely tough line up and I believe even more competitive than the first one."
The competing performers confirmed for Saturday's live semi-final include, Alexandra Burgio, Cheer Re Mans, Jannick Holste, John Pierce, Lil M's, Olly Pearson, Stacey Leadbeatter and Will Burns.

Celebrity Gogglebox fans 'buzzing' as Inbetweeners legend joins new season
The Inbetweeners star James Buckley has delighted fans after confirming he and his wife Clair will appear on Celebrity Gogglebox. The 37-year-old actor, best known for portraying Jay Cartwright in the hit 00s sitcom, took to social media to share the exciting news. 'Hi guys, how's it going? We are joining the Gogglebox family. We're going to be watching some great TV and some not so great TV. And you'll be able to join us on Friday on Channel 4 at 9pm,' he said. James and Clair have already won fans over with their joint YouTube/podcast/book brand, At Home With The Buckleys which tackles 'the wild ride that is modern marriage, parenting and adulting'. The parents of two children are candid about their 'early lives, years of cult TV fame, having children and setting up their YouTube channel', cultivating over 250k subscribers. If that wasn't enough, they also have another podcast, In Sickness and In Health which focuses on discussing 'relationship non-negotiables.' As such, there is plenty of excitement to see this dynamic duo bring their witty rapport to the Gogglebox sofa. 'Can't wait to see you on it jay cartwright you legend,' Chris_leeds_united_woodrow said. 'Omg I'm buzzing!! Cannot wait!' jessica_sellwood95 echoed. 'These two are class. What an addition to gogglebox this is gonna be,' kellyann83 agreed. 'I'm already seated and laughing,' martinezcorno said. 'Literally, the best news!' foxytam1 added. 'Best news I've had today, yous will be brilliant,' Chris_canney declared. 'Haven't watched Googlebox in ages but definitely be tuning in now,' one convert shared. They will be joined on the sofa for the seventh season by Nick Grimshaw and niece Liv, Diversity duo Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely and Rylan Clark and his mum, Linda. There are even rumours that Alison Hammond and her son Aiden – who have also done a travel show together – will make an appearance. 'Producers were impressed by the dynamic between Aidan and his mum on their new travel show, so wanted a piece of it for Celebrity Gogglebox,' a TV insider told The Sun. They continued: 'They're always looking for new duos to appear on the programme to keep it constantly feeling fresh, and, of course, fronting the Great British Bake Off means she's already part of the C4 family.' James Buckley's wife Clair, also 37, is an actor who appeared in various movies throughout the 2010s including Vendetta and The Comedian's Guide To Survival and an episode of the TV series Zapped (opposite her husband James). As recounted to The Guardian in 2022, the pair met over Twitter when Clair – who was living in Scotland at the time and had never seen The Inbetweeners – dropped him a message as he was grieving the loss of a friend. They finally met at one of James' DJ sets in Liverpool, where they bonded over their mutual love of The Beatles and the rest, as they say, is history. The loved-up couple got married in 2012 and have since had two sons together – Harrison and Jude – and have now forged a joint career documenting their lives. 'Our YouTube channel really took off during lockdown. Because I was in The Inbetweeners, which was such a success, viewers were curious about what my life might be like. 'What they found was far from some celebrity existence: we are from traditional working-class backgrounds and we don't take anything too seriously. People see themselves in us. 'Once lockdown was over, I thought our audience would be after more exciting content, but it turns out they just want to watch us sitting on the sofa getting on each other's nerves!' James told The Guardian. Their YouTube and podcast brand plays off th eplayful dynamic between the couple in which James gets on Clair's nerves. More Trending 'My favourite thing in the world is to get on Clair's nerves. And Clair is quite easy to wind up. So that's sort of what the podcast is as well,' he told NME about their recently launched show, The Buckleys. 'I would say it's a married couple podcast, but not how you usually see them. It's actually how married people talk to each other. 'We're talking about stuff that's mundane but funny. And when listeners come back at us with opinions, they're funny opinions,' Clair added. Brad Pitt Did Not Testify In Diddy's Trial, But His Name Came Up In Court – Here's Why
Sean 'Diddy' Combs faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. His trial is expected to last eight weeks. Combs has pleaded not guilty and denies all allegations. In a bizarre twist in the high-profile criminal trial of Sean 'Diddy' Combs, one of the biggest sources of misinformation is coming from daily viral YouTube videos about fake testimonies. The latest involves Brad Pitt. One video, titled '1 MINUTE AGO: Brad Pitt Testifies In Court on Day 14 Of Diddy Trial' has received thousands of views in a single day – enough to send people down a rabbit hole looking for more information about Pitt's involvement in the trial. However, if you scroll to the bottom of the video's description it reads: 'The stories presented on this channel are entirely fictional and crafted solely for entertainment. Any resemblance to real events, individuals, or situations is purely coincidental and unintentional. These narratives are not intended to depict, reference, or represent any actual occurrences, persons or entities.' Here's everything we know about Pitt's involvement. No, as stated above, Pitt has not testified in Diddy's trial. Nor is he accused of any wrongdoing or implicated in the allegations in any way. The video claims Pitt told the court, 'He made me disappear without anyone noticing' and goes into an elaborate fan fiction story about the rapper and actor's relationship. While Pitt and Diddy were likely to have run in the same circles and attended the same parties over the years, little is known about whether the pair shared a close friendship. Aside from Diddy attending the Cannes premiere of Pitt's film Killing Them Softly in 2012, there is not much information online about their relationship. Despite not testifying, Pitt's name did come up when Diddy's former assistant who is testifying as 'Mia' took the stand. She told the court she once saw Diddy assault his ex-girlfriend of 10 years, Cassie Ventura, at the premiere of Killing them Softly at the Cannes Film Festival in 2012. Mia said Cassie and Diddy were in the cinema talking when Diddy gritted his teeth and started 'digging his nails into her arms'. She added that while 'no one ever leaves in the middle of a premiere event', Diddy insisted that Cassie leave, which she did. Before Diddy's trial began, the judge joked that the list of names and places read like 'an appendix of Lord of the Rings'. While several names have falsely been brought into the trial, such as Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Mila Kunis, celebrities who have been testified or been mentioned in court include Cassie, Kid Cudi, Jay Z, Chris Brown and Lauren London. However, none of those people have been accused of any wrongdoing.
