'Clear and crisp' Amazon Echo wireless earbuds worth £130 cut to under £42

Daily Record4 days ago
These Amazon ear buds hold their own against the likes of Apple and Samsung.
There are many wireless earbuds on the market these days. As a modern day must-have, they come in handy for commuting, studying and much more.
While some of the biggest brands can often be a bit on the expensive side, we have spotted a Wowcher deal that saves an impressive 68 per cent on the newest Amazon Echo Buds.
The online delivery giant's wireless buds have been holding their own against the likes of Apple and Samsung, with this 2nd generation pair worth £129.99 on the Apple Sell Off website.
However, tech fans who take advantage of Wowcher's deal will be able to nab them for a much more affordable £41.99, saving themselves an impressive £88.
For those who value audio performance, then these wireless earbuds may be the one, as they use 5.7 mm dynamic drivers to deliver "crisp, balanced sound for a high-fidelity listening experience."
In a busy area or on transport? Then they also come equipped with active noise cancellation technologies to block out background noise, while an ambient 'pass through' mode to stay in touch with surrounding noise for safety.
Another nifty feature is that, since they are Amazon's own wireless earbuds, they are compatible with Alexa devices in the home, alongside Google Asist and Siri, allowing for hands-free control of music and any daily tasks.
The addition of four sizes of ear tips and two sizes of wing tips, alongside the IP4X rating that makes them protected from sweat and splashes, so they are ideal for those who like to workout.
As for the battery life itself, it seems to offer an impressive five hours worth of listening on a single charge, with up to 15 hours in total when used with the accompanying charging case.
It is worth mentioning that Wowcher isn't the only place to make a deal, as Amazon offers a variety of other brands, with the Cillso Wireless Earbuds, worth £129.99, now on offer for just £21.99.
Alternatively, Argos is another retailer that offers some discounts, and occasionally on major brands, with the Skullcandy Push Play True Wireless Earbuds available to buy for under £40.
While there are no reviews for the Echo Buds on the Wowcher website, they do boast glowing reviews on the Amazon website itself for their sound and audio performance.
One five-star review read: "Best buds ever. Clear, crisp sound very loud. Great to just ask Alexa to play a song or answer calls. Best buy ever, highly recommend."
Although, some have criticised the noise cancelling feature, with one three-star review reading: "Noise cancelling is non-existent. Otherwise good ear buds for the money I paid (£45), I would have sent back if I had paid full price..."
Tech deal of the week
