There are two types of people in this world: those who love to cook, and those who have the local takeout pizza place on speed dial. No shame in falling into either camp, but we'd bet those in the latter group might enjoy preparing food more if they owned the right tools. We're talking cookware that doesn't stick, knives that are actually sharp and maybe even an air fryer to keep from having to wait for the oven to preheat. Well, all of those things — and more — happen to be on sale, so go ahead and flex those culinary muscles without overexerting your wallet.
Henckels 20-Piece Knife Set ($160, originally $440): This No. 1 bestselling collection has every type of blade a home cook could need, so if the ones in your drawer can barely pierce through a tomato anymore, you'll want to add this to your cart while it's down to an all-time low.

This speedy brewer takes all the work out, and it's down to an insane $35 (40% off).

In fact, this was one of the traits we called out in our roundup of the best air fryers: "All of its functions — from air frying to roasting — worked and worked well. We also appreciated the clear basket panels for watching our food come along."

And that pillow layer is like having a plush mattress topper built right in!
The key to making cleaning feel like less of a chore is having the right gear — and if the crumbs on your floor keep accumulating because the thought of schlepping a heavy vacuum around is too much to bear, we've got you. Want to upgrade to a lightweight stick vac? We found options from brands like Shark and, yes, even Dyson on sale. Of course, you could also just let a robovac do the work; there's a Roomba that's down to a record-low price. No matter which type you prefer, you'll want to zap it up while you can save big.
Inse Cordless Stick Vacuum ($85, originally $270): We think it's pretty "Inse"-ane that such a sleek-looking vac could cost so little, but this bestseller proves you don't have to break the bank to upgrade your cleaning appliance. It runs for up to 45 minutes and weighs just over 8 pounds, making it a breeze to bring from room to room.
Dyson V12 Detect Slim Cordless Vacuum ($500, originally $650): Of course, if it's a Dyson stick vac you want, a Dyson stick vac you can get — and for a not-so-shabby $150 discount at Walmart. This is the brand's most lightweight model (just 5.2 pounds!), but it can run for up to an hour per charge. It ranked high on our list of the best Dyson cordless stick vacuums.
Dyson V7 Advanced Cordless Vacuum ($250, originally $400): This model's just slightly heavier but costs much less at under $300. The detangling Motorbar gets into thick carpet fibers to suck up deeply embedded dust and hair, and it runs for up to 40 minutes.
Shark Robot Vacuum & Mop ($400, originally $700): Rather not push a vacuum around at all? Not only will this popular robovac zap up dirt and dust while you relax on the couch, it'll do the mopping for you, too. And once it's finished cleaning? It'll even empty itself out!

This small yet mighty handheld meets all of our requirements and then some, thanks to its versatility (as in, sucking up both wet and dry messes), compact size (just 8 pounds) and 3-year warranty. This is as low as it's been in about a year.
Whether you're glad Punxsutawney Phil declared an extra six weeks of winter or you're counting down the days 'til spring, there are plenty of stylish savings to take advantage of this week. Why so many markdowns? Retailers are trying to clear their e-racks before the temps start rising for good, which translates to big savings on everything from cold weather essentials to those transitional wardrobe saviors. Here are some steals we have our eye on:
Gloria Vanderbilt Classic High Rise Amanda Tapered Jeans ($17, originally $48): If you're looking for denim that's designed to fit women of all shapes and sizes, the No. 1 bestselling Amanda jeans definitely fit the bill (pun intended). They're a classic high-rise pair that sits at your natural waist and will go with just about anything.
Colorfulkoala Women's Dreamlux Leggings ($27, originally $34): Not only do these boast thousands of 5-star reviews, senior deals writer Britt penned her own love letter to her pair: "If you're looking for leggings that are comparable to Lululemon, Colorfulkoala Dreamlux leggings are an affordable alternative (though they're supremely comfortable in their own right). You can stock up on several colors for less than half the price of many high-end brands, which I'd very much advise doing."

Hoka Bondi 8 Running Shoes ($116, originally $165): These sock-like kicks have a super thick insole and weigh less than 9 ounces, making them a great option for anyone whose feet need ultra-plush cushioning. This model is one of Hoka's most popular, so stock is dwindling fast.
Lands' End FeatherFree Insulated Jacket ($44, originally $120): Even though we're already halfway through February, this lightweight coat would be a great layering piece during those transitional months, and you can't argue with that nearly 65% discount. Columbia Women's Benton Springs Full Zip ($30, originally $46): Made of soft maximum-thermal-retention (MTR) filament fleece, the zip-up works to keep you toasty even on the coolest days, even though it's also thin enough to serve as the perfect under-layer with a parka or puffer when the temps dip below zero.
Marycele Candle Warmer Lamp ($20, down from $46): Got kids and/or pets? This fire-free find gently melts candles via the heat from its bulb, meaning no ashy messes to clean up and zero flames. All you do is place your candle on the base beneath the bulb, turn on the light and ... that's it. 200 million Amazon Prime customers targeted by scammers trying to steal their accounts — how to stay safe

Prime Day may be over but you're going to want to pay close attention to any emails claiming to come from Amazon as there has been a surge in scammers impersonating the company in recent weeks. According to a new blog post from Malwarebytes, the company sent out an alert to its 200 million customers warning them of an ongoing Prime membership scam. The timing of these phishing attacks makes a lot of sense too as customers would likely be concerned about losing access to their memberships ahead of one of the biggest sales events of the year. In its message, Amazon explained that scammers are contacting Prime members via email to alert them that their subscription will soon automatically renew. However, this renewal comes at a higher price which is the perfect way to lure unsuspecting users into opening and interacting with this fake email. Here's everything you need to know about this new online scam along with some tips and tricks on how you can keep your Amazon Prime and other accounts safe from scammers. These fake emails impersonating Amazon use the company's logo and style to appear more convincing. However, the scammers behind this campaign have also gone the extra mile by including personal information obtained from other sources to make them appear even more legitimate. Given that most people don't want to pay more for the same subscription without any clear benefits, potential victims that receive one of these fake emails may be inclined to cancel their Amazon Prime membership. Well, the scammers have thought of that too which is why they include a 'cancel subscription' button at the bottom of their messages. As you may have guessed, clicking on this button doesn't take you to Amazon's official site. Instead, it takes you to a fake Amazon login screen where you're prompted to enter your credentials. Doing so leaves the scammers behind this campaign with your username and password which they'll then use for all manner of malicious activities as well as committing fraud by buying things from Amazon. Get instant access to breaking news, the hottest reviews, great deals and helpful tips. Another real danger comes from password reuse though. If you've used the same password for your Amazon account with any of your other online accounts, the scammers will try to login and take over them as well. To make matters worse, that fake Amazon landing page may also request payment information and other personal info. If you enter any of it here, just like with your Amazon password, it will end up in the hands of scammers to be used in other attacks. Given the sheer amount of spam and phishing emails that are sent out each day, you always need to be extra careful when checking your inbox as one wrong click or reply could have serious looking at a suspicious email, there are few things you should check first. For starters, you always want to look at the sender's email address. If the email address doesn't look like one of these below, then you can be fairly certain you're dealing with a scammer: As for changes to your Prime account and auto-renewal notices, Amazon doesn't typically send these types of messages via email. Instead, they'll appear on the company's website or in its app. Some other things to look out for in scam emails are a sense of urgency and the inclusion of personal details like in the scam described above. Hackers and scammers will often use urgent language to get you to act quickly and by including other personal details, they can make their fake emails more believable. In order to keep your Amazon account safe from scammers and other cybercriminals, you want to make sure that you're using a strong and complex password. If you have trouble coming up with one on your own or just want a place to securely store all of your passwords, then you should look into the best password managers. Keep in mind though, all of your online accounts should have their own unique password too. If you come across a suspicious email, you absolutely want to avoid clicking on any links it may contain or downloading any attachments since fake emails can take you to malicious sites spreading malware. For this reason, you want to ensure that you're using the best antivirus software on your Windows PC or the best Mac antivirus software on your Apple computer. As one of the biggest online retailers in the world, Amazon is one of the most impersonated companies out there. However, by keeping a level head and carefully scrutinizing any emails claiming to come from the company, you can avoid falling victim to this and other online scams. Amazon's Warehouse Bonds Are Cracking -- And $4.7 Billion Is on the Line

Bonds tied to Amazon's (NASDAQ:AMZN) warehouse empire are starting to wobble. Around $2.7 billion worth of securities issued by Affinius Capital (formerly USAA Real Estate Group) are now trading as low as 81 cents on the dollar. Investors appear uneasyand for good reason. A similar set of bonds from Fortress Investment Group just ran into refinancing trouble, with some of its notes changing hands at just 75 to 82.5 cents. Fortress warned in late June that it was working on a fix, but the deadline came and went earlier this week. Warning! GuruFocus has detected 4 Warning Sign with AMZN. Both sets of bonds are now facing the same headwind: higher-for-longer interest rates. Affinius' debt, issued back in 2021, comes with a ticking clockprincipal needs to be repaid by October 2026, or interest rates jump sharply. And even if Affinius does pull off a refinancing, it'll be at much steeper rates than it locked in four years ago. That could significantly eat into cash flows generated from the Amazon lease payments, turning what once looked like rock-solid real estate income into something much more fragile. Unlike traditional CMBS structures, these asset-backed deals include hard interest step-up clauses if deadlines are missed. That adds pressureand investors are watching closely. Fortress declined to comment. Affinius hasn't responded. But the pricing action suggests bondholders are no longer assuming a smooth glide path. If refinancing challenges continue, this could be a preview of broader stress in rate-sensitive corners of the real estate credit market. This article first appeared on GuruFocus.

Amazon Ring Founder: Use AI If You Want a Promotion

Ring founder Jamie Siminoff is back at Amazon after a two-year break, now leading the tech giant's home security camera division as a VP. The division is called RBKS for its entities: Ring, Blink, Key (in-home delivery service), and Sidewalk (wireless network). And according to an email viewed by Business Insider, if employees at RBKS want a promotion, their applications will now have to describe how they use AI at work. This is meant to reward "innovative thinking" and promote speed and efficiency, Siminoff wrote. Siminoff famously pitched his video doorbell company, then called "Doormat," on "Shark Tank" in 2013 and left without a deal. Then, after the company was acquired in 2018 for a reported $1 billion by Amazon, he went back on the show, this time as a Shark investor, sitting alongside Kevin O'Leary and Mark Cuban, the same people who rejected him years prior. Amazon isn't the only tech giant that's requiring the use of AI for promotions and performance reviews. In June, Microsoft also began considering formal metrics for evaluating how much employees use AI during the workday. Julia Liuson, president of the developer division at Microsoft, reportedly sent an email to managers that said "using AI is no longer optional," and the time spent using internal AI tools, both in-house and from the competition, should be measured in employee performance reviews.
