Investment jeopardized The legal documents reveal that Ivy Entertainment had entered into two agreements with PMF, a film rights acquisition agreement on January 25, 2023, and a theatrical rights acquisition agreement on March 10, 2023. Under these contracts, Ivy invested over Rs 218 crore into the project. The petition requests the court to restrain PMF and its directors from "claiming and exploiting" any rights, title, or interest in the film. It also seeks orders directing vendors to cease any further dealings related to 'The Raja Saab'.
