We've featured multiple Levoit brands in our air purifier guides, so it should be no surprise to see the brand that has become ubiquitous with home essentials appear on this list. This Levoit Core Mini Air Purifier is currently marked down under $40 (a very nice discount on what is already a pretty reasonable price), and has been purchased over 40,000 times in the past month. With 4.6-stars, it's a very popular pick with shoppers.
This air purifier will be ideal for smaller rooms (think office spaces, countertops and bedrooms) up to 178 square feet, and has a three-stage filtration system (pre-filter, filter and carbon filter). Small but mighty, it will tackle dust, pollen and cooking odors.

Another Levoit air purifier on sale, the Levoit Vital 200S-P is a step up from the Mini air purifier, featuring voice control, sleep modes, light detection and smart home set up through the VeSync app. With a CADR of 242 CFM, it can cover more ground and is ideal for rooms up to 350 square feet. This air purifier also boasts three-stage filtration (pre-filter, main filter and carbon filter) for pollen, smoke, pet dander and odors.

The PuroAir 240 Air Purifier was one of our top picks for pollen allergy sufferers thanks to its high CADR rating for dust and pollen. There's no ozone emissions (since it does not use UV or ionizers like other brands), and one reviewer called it a 'gem of an air purifier.' This is ideal for room sizes up to 284 square feet.
It comes with a three-stage filtration like the Levoit brands, including pre-filter, HEPA filter and activated carbon filter. It also has a sleep mode, auto model and timer options for complete air quality control.
Next on the home essentials list are humidifiers, which is a great option for those who live in very arid, low-humidity states and suffer from dry skin. The average indoor humidity range should be between 30-50%, so if you fall below this average, investing in a humidifier could be just what you need, no matter the season.

The Canopy humidifier was one of our top picks for bedrooms (specifically if you plan to place it on your beside table) thanks to its no-mist humidification since it's an evaporative humidifier. That means it uses fans and a wick to disperse water through the air instead of a steam or mist. You won't see that cluster of white residue from your water sprinkled all over your belongings.
The filter will last up to six weeks, and smart sensors will turn the unit on and off based on water levels. The tank, cap and tray are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
The average price of the humidifier has hovered in the $135-150 range, so this is a solid deal to snag during the Amazon Big Spring Sale event.

Unlike the Canopy, this LEVOIT Top Fill humidifier is an ultrasonic humidifier that will produce a 'cool mist' as it works. There's an auto shut-off feature as the tank empties, as well as a water filter sponge and cleaning brush. The filter should last up to one month before you need to clean it – just soak the sponge in distilled white vinegar and rinse with warm water to clean. With 4.4-stars and over 25,000 company ratings, this is an ideal bare-bones humidifier that gets the job done.
The final 'ifiers' on our list, dehumidifiers are going to be an ideal investment for those living in the Southeast, Pacific Northwest, and coastal cities. Dehumidifiers can also help cut down on mold and other allergens.

If you have a large, humid basement, we might suggest taking a look at the Vellgoo 52 Pint Dehumidifier, which we've voted as one of the best overall dehumidifiers thanks to its sizable water collection tank, features and positive reviews.
It comes with continuous draining, with multiple draining options including portable tank and a drainage outlet compatible with a hose. It also has a washable filter, timer, and auto-defrost setting. With 4.5-stars and over 6,000 company ratings, it's currently marked down 25% off for a limited time only.

If you don't need something quite as large as the Vellgoo option, the hOmeLabs dehumidifier is designed for medium to large rooms and can hold up to 35 pints. Adjust to your ideal moisture setting, and it'll run on a continuous 24-hour cycle until the tank is full. It will auto shut-off when full. It offers continuous draining options as well, though a hose is not included.
If this is still too large, there's smaller options from hOmeLabs also marked down during the Big Spring Sale event.

While I usually wouldn't suggest going budget on cookware, this is a good deal for an 11-piece pots and pans set, and its unique removable handle feature sets it apart from a normal kitchen set. It comes with frying pans, lids, saute and sauce pans, and detachable handles for easy storage.
It's dishwasher safe, but reviewers mention it's really not as oven-safe as it claims, and it can stain easily. But for less than $50, that might be all the serviceability and longevity that you need.

Codie Sanchez Reveals A Secret That Rich People Use To Compound Wealth: 'Turn Every Expense Into An Income Stream'
Rich people seem to have their mindsets hardwired differently from most people, but many of these same people share their biggest wealth-building secrets online. Small business guru Codie Sanchez recently shared a secret that rich people use to build wealth, and she regularly uses it herself. "Turn every expense into an income stream," she explained. Viewing every expense as an opportunity to make money can be an eye-opening experience. Here's how you can make it happen. Don't Miss: Maker of the $60,000 foldable home has 3 factory buildings, 600+ houses built, and big plans to solve housing — Invest where it hurts — and help millions heal:. Sanchez mentions several examples of how she turned regular expenses into income. For instance, she bought vending machines when she realized she was spending too much money on gym snacks. The vending machine now makes her $1,000 per month. While $1,000 per month isn't life-changing, it's part of a mindset shift that can lead to riches. Sanchez also bought part of a window cleaning company when she realized she was spending too much money on window cleaning. Making that investment generates cash flow, but it also allows her to save money on window cleaning services. Sanchez repeated the process by buying part of a painting company. You can also follow this strategy by investing in shares of publicly traded corporations. For instance, if you spend a lot of money on Amazon, buying Amazon shares can help you pay for those expenses. Trending: Maximize saving for your retirement and cut down on taxes: . Although it wouldn't make sense to sell Amazon shares just to buy things on Amazon, those shares can gain value over time. If the returns compound, you can end up making more in Amazon stock gains than you spend on Amazon orders. Sanchez proceeds to explain how you can invest in small businesses even if you have no money or experience. Seller financing makes equity stakes more accessible, but you can also raise money with an SBA loan. The only catch with an SBA loan is that it can take up to 90 days to get approved for a 7(a) loan. If you buy the business outright, she suggests finding a top-tier professional and offering him 10% equity in your business. Then, the company's cash flow can pay off the debt and the operator. This model involves the operator running the entire business for wraps up the video by explaining that you just have to be a good dealmaker to make it work. Dealmaking allows you to buy businesses and take back Main Street from Wall Street. However, it's also good to know how to get the business in front of more people. You will need to know a few marketing channels very well, such as online ads, local SEO, or content marketing. Good dealmaking enables these types of opportunities while knowing marketing or hiring someone who knows how to implement the best marketing strategies is also essential. It's good to have some business knowledge before going into any deal, but the best way to learn is by doing. Sanchez has acquired partial and full stakes in many small businesses, and that has diversified her income in the process. Read Next: Here's what Americans think you need to be considered wealthy. This AI ETF Could Turn $10,000 Into $40,000 by 2035
It's becoming clearer that artificial intelligence is going to have a meaningful impact on the economy over time. Investors that want diversified exposure to the AI trend should consider this top ETF that has produced a monster 414% total return in the past 10 years. While there continues to be a lot of excitement about AI in the near term, it's important that investors have the patience to focus on the next decade and beyond. 10 stocks we like better than Invesco QQQ Trust › There's no denying it -- artificial intelligence (AI) is likely going to have a profound impact on the world over the long term. Entire industries could be altered. It's no wonder management teams are increasingly focused on ways to better position themselves for long-term success. From an investment perspective, perhaps it's starting to make sense that your portfolio should have some exposure to AI. Luckily, investors don't necessarily need to pick individual stocks if they want to benefit from the trend. There's one top AI exchange-traded fund (ETF) that could turn $10,000 into $40,000 by 2035. Continue reading to learn more about how to supercharge your portfolio for future success. In the last 10 years, the Invesco QQQ Trust (NASDAQ: QQQ) has generated a total return of 414% (as of June 3). This means that a $10,000 investment made in June 2015 would be worth $51,400 today. I don't think anyone in their right mind would complain with that kind of fantastic result. Even better, the expense ratio of 0.20% is a minimal cost to bear for that type of gain. There's no guarantee that past returns will repeat themselves going forward. Let's assume that there is a slowdown. Even so, I wouldn't be surprised if investors who put the same $10,000 in this ETF today see a fourfold gain in the next decade, resulting in a 15% annualized return. There's a lot of talk about how the stock market's current valuation is expensive. But consider that this has been the general narrative for a very long time. Yet that hasn't prevented equity markets from marching higher. The rise of passive investing, ongoing economic expansion, and dominance of tech-driven enterprises have all played a part. I'm fairly confident these trends will continue. The Invesco QQQ Trust can be considered a top AI ETF, even though it contains 100 stocks in total. There is heavy concentration among the top positions, many of which have a meaningful AI focus. The so-called hyperscalers, most notably Amazon, Microsoft, and Alphabet, combined represent 18.9% of the Invesco QQQ Trust's asset base. These dominant companies have leading cloud computing platforms that offer a range of AI tools to their customers. They're collectively planning to spend hundreds of billions of dollars on capital expenditures in 2025 in an effort to bolster their technical infrastructure to better position themselves for an AI future. We can't forget about Nvidia, the biggest beneficiary thus far of the AI boom. It provides the graphics-processing units that power AI data centers, posting unbelievable revenue and profit growth. It's the second-largest holding in the Invesco QQQ Trust. Other top positions are Apple, Meta Platforms, Netflix, and Tesla. There's no doubt that AI has and will keep impacting these businesses in some way as well. Investing correctly means having patience. While the AI craze has definitely made some investors rich in a short period of time, that's the wrong mindset to have. When buying the Invesco QQQ Trust, it's critical to keep the attention on the next decade and beyond. AI has the ability to revolutionize many parts of our economy, and this will all take time to play out. As of this writing, the Invesco QQQ Trust trades 2% off its peak. It might be tempting to wait for a bigger pullback to put money to work. However, I believe this is a flawed approach. It's a smart idea to invest early and often, letting compounding work its magic. Investing in this top AI ETF could work wonders for your portfolio between now and 2035. Before you buy stock in Invesco QQQ Trust, consider this: The Motley Fool Stock Advisor analyst team just identified what they believe are the for investors to buy now… and Invesco QQQ Trust wasn't one of them.
