Famous rock singer responds to viral video of fan Shazaming song at concert
Richard Ashcroft, formerly of The Verve, was performing 'Bittersweet Symphony' at Oasis' show at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales on Friday, July 4 when a fan pulled out the Shazam app. The app identifies the name of a song and artist by recording a short clip of the track.

Fans recognized that Ashcroft was referring to the viral incident by leaving comments on the singer's post.
