Transport minister extends Ramadan greetings to Leader, President

Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Quhaim has sent a congratulatory telegram to Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi and President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on the arrival of Ramadan.
On behalf of the ministry's staff and affiliated bodies, Minister Quhaim expressed his warmest congratulations and blessings to the leadership, the Supreme Political Council, the Yemeni people, and the broader Arab and Islamic nations on this significant religious occasion.
He emphasized Ramadan's role as a month of goodness and mercy, providing an opportunity to strengthen values of patience, righteousness, and benevolence, and to promote social solidarity among Muslims.
The Minister stressed the importance of utilizing Ramadan to accumulate good deeds and unify ranks against the conspiracies of hegemonic forces targeting Yemen and the region. He prayed for the return of Ramadan with victory and empowerment for the Yemeni people and all nations.

Judge Files Urgent Complaint Against Incitement to Kill
Judge Abdulwahab Qotran has submitted an urgent complaint to the Saudi Attorney General, Amnesty International, and Human Rights Watch regarding incitement to kill him and his family. Currently residing in Aden, southern Yemen, to spend Eid Al-Adha holiday with his family, Judge Qotran stated in his report that he and his family have been subjected to explicit incitements to murder and bloodshed by a woman named Ebtisam Abu Dunya, a Yemeni citizen living in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These incitements were communicated through posts and videos she published on her Facebook and Twitter (X) accounts on June 7 and 8, 2025. Qotran emphasized that Abu Dunya's posts, which were attached to the complaint, constitute a clear and direct call for his assassination and that of his children, as well as direct incitement to spill their blood, based on his political views and his human rights stance against the violations of the Houthi group. He noted that he has exercised his right to move freely within his country, Yemen. He argued that this public incitement represents a complete crime according to Yemeni criminal law, as well as applicable Saudi laws, and constitutes a serious violation of international human rights conventions, putting his life and that of his family at imminent risk. Judge Qotran called on the Public Prosecution in Saudi Arabia to take urgent legal action against Ebtisam Abu Dunya, currently residing in the Kingdom, and to investigate the crime of public incitement to murder, as it poses a threat to individual security and community safety. He also urged Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch to intervene urgently to monitor this serious violation, condemn the incitement and hate speech that infringe upon the right to life and physical safety, and demand guarantees for his and his family's safety. Qotran announced that he would appoint a licensed attorney within Saudi Arabia to pursue this case and file a criminal lawsuit with the relevant judicial authorities to legally pursue Abu Dunya and impose the appropriate penalties according to Saudi law.

Intel Organization: "Israel" continues to commit brutal genocide, starvation in Gaza with US support
Gaza – Saba: The International Organization for Supporting the Rights of the Palestinian People (Hashed) confirmed on Sunday that while Muslims are celebrating Eid al-Adha, the Israeli enemy forces continue their aggression and commit the most heinous crimes of genocide and brutal massacres against civilians in the Gaza Strip for more than 610 consecutive days, with American support and partnership. The organization said in a statement that American support and partnership in the crimes of genocide against civilians in Gaza was manifested by its use of the veto against a draft resolution in the UN Security Council calling for an end to the genocide and ensuring the flow of humanitarian aid. The organization considered the American veto a green light that gives the Israeli entity the green light to continue committing crimes and grave violations against Palestinian civilians, in addition to continuing American arms exports to Israel and supporting the "American-Israeli" plan to distribute aid as an alternative to the work of international humanitarian organizations. Hashd called on the international community and the signatories to the Genocide Convention and the Geneva Convention to take immediate and urgent measures to halt the crime of genocide, ensure the unconditional flow of urgent humanitarian and medical aid under UN supervision, and abolish the illegal and immoral "American-Israeli" mechanism for distributing aid. It called on the countries of the world to boycott the Israeli entity and impose sanctions on it, including an arms embargo, hold its political and military leaders accountable before international courts, and support the work of the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice. It also called for immediate international protection for the residents of the Gaza Strip through the mechanisms of Chapter VII of the UN Charter and through the "United for Peace" formula to ensure the formation of an international humanitarian coalition and peacekeeping force within the framework of a vision to end the Israeli aggression, ensure the protection of civilians and civilian facilities, and provide humanitarian areas and corridors for the delivery of humanitarian and relief aid. Hashd stressed the need to enable UNRWA and other humanitarian organizations to perform their duties without restrictions or obstructions from the Israeli enemy, and to ensure the protection of its workers and other humanitarian workers. It urged civil society and human rights organizations in the United States to take action before the American and international courts to prosecute Americans responsible for and complicit in crimes committed against civilians, particularly American companies responsible for the distribution centers for American-Israeli aid. It also called on the free people of the world to continue their efforts and popular movements to pressure third countries to fulfill their moral and legal obligations to stop the genocidal war and Israeli aggression, support the Palestinian people's right to self-determination, end the Israeli aggression, and dismantle the racist settlement system. With American and European support, the Israeli enemy army has been committing genocidal crimes in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting in the deaths of 54,880 Palestinian citizens, the majority of whom are children and women, and the injury of 126,227 others. This remains a preliminary toll, with thousands of victims still buried under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and rescue crews. Ibb officials visit frontline Troops in Dhale', Taiz, Lahj for Eid
