Mallika Sherawat has urged people to embrace natural beauty over 'artificial cosmetics'. In a video message on Instagram, captioned 'Instead of chasing youth with these artificial procedures, I'm nurturing it from within. Eating clean, hydration, sleeping early, and exercising are some of the practices I regularly follow. Let's embrace our natural glow,' the Murder actor asked her fans to adopt a 'healthy way of living'.
'There's no filter I am using, there's no makeup I've put on. I haven't even brushed my hair yet. This is the first thing I am doing. Sherawat's comments come in the aftermath of actor Shefali Jariwala's recent death. Though the official cause of her death is yet to be ascertained, some media reports claimed that Jariwala suffered a cardiac arrest following a drop in blood pressure, hours after taking an anti-ageing drip on an empty stomach.

This is a quick, non-surgical treatment that can be done to smooth areas like the forehead, frown lines, and crow's feet, helping with a youthful look,' said Dr Satbhai.
However, if not done correctly, Botox can lead to unnatural results and complications like drooping eyelids, a frozen expression, or uneven results. 'Botox should only be administered by a qualified plastic surgeon, dermatologist, or trained expert,' stressed Dr Satbhai.
