Members of Red Velvet, SEVENTEEN, TWICE, IDLE, and more, to name a few.

It seemed like J-Hope had some trouble with his seating. After finding his place once, he ended up on his phone and was then moved to a different spot, near actor Lee Dong Hwi. It is unknown which of the four BLACKPINK members invited the BTS singer, raising curiosity about the unknown friendship. Just one day ago, he performed at PSY's SUMMER SWAG, impressing the attendees.
Videos and photos from the concert showed TWICE's Nayeon and Jihyo, SEVENTEEN's Mingyu, The8, and Jeonghan, Red Velvet's Irene and Seulgi, I-DLE's Minnie, IVE and LE SSERAFIM among the crowd, cheering for stars.
Moreover, BLACKPINK's agency mates WINNER's Seunghoon, memes of BABYMONSTER and TREASURE, were also in attendance, enjoying the girl group's songs. Other actor friends of Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa included Jung Hae In, Jung Ho Yeon, Lee Soo Hyuk, and Hyeri, making for one of the most star-studded events in recent K-pop history.
After kicking off their highly anticipated tour in South Korea, the girls who initially announced 10 stops increased it to 16. Soon, they will head to the USA and Canada for their North American leg, then move to Europe in August. With a break in September, BLACKPINK will reconvene for their Asian concerts, which will cover the end of the year, not including December, and head into 2026, with the last concert set for January 25 in Hong Kong.
Previously, BLACKPINK performed their upcoming single JUMP for the first time, earning positive reactions from the fans. It is set to be officially released in the coming week, with release plans unconfirmed by YG Entertainment so far.

BLACKPINK Drops 'Jump' MV Teaser After DEADLINE Tour Kickoff; BLINKs Hail It ‘Song Of The Year'

BLACKPINK dropped the teaser of new track Jump during their DEADLINE tour in Goyang. Fans called it 'song of the year' ahead of its July 11 release. BLACKPINK kicked off their highly anticipated 2025 world tour, DEADLINE, on July 5 at the Goyang Stadium in Korea, and the opening night was nothing short of electrifying. The biggest surprise of the night came when the iconic K-pop girl group unveiled the teaser for their upcoming music video Jump, sending BLINKs into a frenzy. Titled Ready To Jump, the teaser was released live during the concert and confirmed that the song will drop on July 11 at 1 p.m. KST. ROSÉ, LISA, JENNIE and JISOO lit up the stage with back-to-back performances of some of BLACKPINK's most loved hits including 'Lovesick Girls," 'Pink Venom" and 'How You Like That." These songs were performed live for the first time in over a year, following the conclusion of their Born Pink world tour in 2023. The group took a hiatus afterward to focus on their solo careers before reuniting in February this year. Each member also got a solo segment during the show. JISOO performed songs from her EP Amortage, while LISA, JENNIE and ROSÉ brought their solo albums Alter Ego, Ruby and rosie to life on stage. However, it was the debut of their unreleased track Jump that truly stole the spotlight. The girls performed the song not once but twice during the concert, thrilling fans who had long awaited new music from the group. Jump marks BLACKPINK's first group song since the release of The Girls in 2023 and their 2022 album Born Pink, which topped the Billboard 200. With rumors swirling about more music on the way, BLINKs have high hopes for a massive comeback. Fan reactions online have been euphoric. One BLINK declared Jump the 'SONG OF THE YEAR," while another wrote, 'THIS GONNA BE BIG BIG BIG!" Comments like 'THE LEGEND IS BACKKK" and 'THE GIRLS COMING!" flooded social media, showing the group's global fandom is as strong as ever. The DEADLINE tour will next head to Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, New York, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, London, Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo and wrap up in Hong Kong in January 2026. Cierra Ortega leaves Love Island USA after backlash; Belle-A Walker breaks silence

Belle-A Walker, a contestant on Love Island USA, spoke out following Cierra Ortega's departure from the island due to backlash over racist posts. In a tearful Instagram Stories on July 6, Asian-American Walker expressed her dismay and said she could "no longer back" Ortega after learning of her offensive comments. "As an Asian American woman, I'm very grateful to the Love Island USA producers for their stance," Walker added, calling the issue "truly heartbreaking". She indicated she held off on speaking until Ortega departed the villa and she had a moment to think and express her regrets. After additional screenshots appeared, Walker decided to unfollow her and publicly separate herself. Ortega exited the show on Sunday, July 6, with host Iain Stirling mentioning it was because of a 'personal situation'. Supporters promptly associated her departure with social media posts in which she purportedly employed anti-Asian slurs. The dispute reflects Yulissa Escobar's prior dismissal this season, following her usage of the N-word in former podcast episodes. Fans commended producers for ensuring contestants faced consequences and called for consistency. Ortega's family released a statement online, recognising the hurt caused while encouraging viewers to express kindness and refrain from online hatred. By sharing her own experiences as a first-generation American, Walker used the occasion as an opportunity to highlight anti-Asian hostility. "I do not endorse any form of bigotry or racism," she said. Walker also expressed her gratitude to her admirers and advised them all to behave compassionately. However, she also condemned hatred in all its forms. Love Island USA Season 7 is still being broadcast every night (excluding Wednesdays) on Peacock at 9 pm ET. Ortega's departure signifies yet another moment of evaluation for reality television and the responsibility it requires from its participants. Usually not. A competitor cannot return to the show after they have left. Yes, however, after filming starts, some old social media posts can still start to appear. Most of the time, when they are in the villa, their social media accounts are not active.
