Now grief coach Lisa Hague, whose own daughter Lola was stillborn, has spoken out on the issue, insisting parents must warn relatives off in the first few vital weeks,
Lisa said: "As a mother to a stillborn baby and a mother to April, who we were told may die of swine flu when she was born, I don't think it's much to ask to be safe rather than sorry and to protect our babies as much as possible.
"My heart goes out to this family and for the bravery to share their story."

Baby Violet's parents decided to speak out after learning in the worst possible way how vulnerable newborn babies can be.
Organisation The Lullaby Trust says babies' immune systems aren't fully developed, leaving them especially vulnerable, but simple hygiene precautions can help protect them.
In 2023, the trust did a
survey
which found more than half of new or expectant parents would let a relative kiss their newborn baby.
Mum-of-three Lisa said: "Violet's parents are keen to spread the message brought out by The Lullaby Trust which is to remember THANKS - Think, Hands And No Kisses.

"Is this too much to ask from friends and family who are eagerly awaiting to see the latest addition to the family? I mean I know a lot will say we've been kissing babies for years and nothing has ever gone wrong.
"First of all, it's common sense to wash your hands before picking up a new baby and also asking permission if you're allowed a cuddle when the baby is so new.
Woman left fighting for life after 4* holiday where 'staff didn't wash hands'
"Although no one has ever denied me a cuddle of their baby, I'm well aware of the germs I'll have on my hands.
"When it comes to the kissing part, there's nothing more tempting than kissing a wee baby's cheeks, but I totally agree with the Lullaby Trust's message.

"Don't kiss a baby unless you're the parent or primary care giver in the first few weeks of life when the babies immune system is still so low."

"I'm sure it will because lots of relatives like to tell us how overprotective we are of our
children
and how it never did us any harm.
"What we should be doing is listening to the parents and respecting their wishes."

Noel Edmonds reveals he's buying house in the UK after show about his farm in New Zealand is AXED

He has opened up about the 'smiley' part of the country, which is where he plans to buy a house NOEL'S HOUSE PARTY Noel Edmonds reveals he's buying house in the UK after show about his farm in New Zealand is AXED TV presenter Noel Edmonds has bought a new home on the Isle of Man. The former Deal Or No Deal and Noel's House Party host, 76, plans to divide his time between his property, believed to be in the north of the island, and New Zealand. Advertisement 4 Noel Edmonds is buying a house in the UK after his show about his farm in New Zealand was axed Credit: Instagram 4 His Kiwi Adventure show was recently axed Credit: PA He claimed the island's 'massive community spirit' and sense of pride is what attracted him to make the move. 'I came for the very first time three years ago, and when you consider I lived in the UK all my life and I knew where it was geographically, I don't know why I didn't come before,' Noel told Manx Radio. 'I have purchased a property on the island, and I intend to spend some of the year here, but my principal home is New Zealand.' Noel dubbed the island 'the Smile of Man' because 'everyone seems so happy' and people 'look out for each other'. Advertisement He added: 'What's drawn me to the Smile of Man… you're bloody proud of the island, you're proud of the community, and across the water there [in the UK], you don't get that anymore.' It comes after ITV axed his Kiwi Adventure series, which aired in June and followed his life in New Zealand with his fifth wife, Liz. Noel, who moved there in 2018, had reportedly hoped the three-parter would become a fixture on the channel, but it failed to be a ratings hit. A TV insider told The Sun earlier this month: 'It's a blow to Noel as he was convinced he was on to a winning idea. Advertisement 'There was a great buzz around the series and it was well received by both viewers and critics alike. 'But it needed big numbers to spark a follow-up and attracting 1-1.5million per episode just wasn't enough.' Noel Edmonds reunites with 90s sidekick Mr Blobby on Good Morning Britain Sources close to Noel confirmed his disappointment but insisted other major factors were behind the decision — namely, the extreme weather. A source close to Noel told us: 'River Haven has been hit badly by flooding, it's made working on the estate almost impossible. Advertisement 'That would have meant filming would have been seriously hampered.' They added: 'As far as Noel is concerned, the show has been put on ice.' The Sun first revealed Noel was returning to TV last year after signing a £1million deal with the ITV. Over the past year he's been spotted making the most of his time on the Isle of Man, with visits to the Southern Agricultural Show in Ballasalla, the Milntown Estate in Ramsey, and even taking in the action at the infamous TT Races. Advertisement "I love the Isle of Man. I've been here a few times before," Noel said previously. 'This is my first TT – I've always wanted to come, and I live in New Zealand so I've travelled 11,000 miles to be here.' Locals who spotted Noel out and about were quick to notice an unusual quirk about the TV star. He frequently wore mismatched shoes - one light brown lace-up boot and one darker slip-on. Hollywood star to host new ITV game show which is already a smash hit around the globe

EX-QUIZ-ITE NEWS Hollywood star to host new ITV game show which is already a smash hit around the globe A GLOBAL quiz phenomenon is coming to ITV on Saturday nights — and chances are, if you've been abroad lately, you have already heard of it. Like The Traitors or Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?, The Floor is a blockbuster format that's conquered TV markets around the world, including the US, where it's fronted by movie star Rob Lowe. Advertisement 6 The US version of The Floor is currently fronted by movie star Rob Lowe Credit: Dan Smith/FOX Now it's heading for its 25th territory, the UK. The show will land here next year, though ITV bosses are yet to reveal which famous face will be taking the helm in our version. Katie Rawcliffe, ITV's director of entertainment, said: 'The Floor, with its compelling gameplay, is an excellent addition to our roster of existing popular quiz shows across ITV and ITVX.' Originally a Dutch show, it features 81 quiz fanatics facing off in duels on a giant LED floor divided into 81 squares, each representing its own field of knowledge. Advertisement The goal is to conquer the entire floor and take home a huge cash prize, with each duel upping the stakes and the tension. The Floor has already been a big hit in countries including Australia, Poland and Spain and recently launched in Estonia and Latvia. Over in the US, it has already run for three seasons, and hiring such a big Hollywood name to front it was an instant sign of TV bosses' confidence in the format. Now broadcaster Fox has ordered two more seasons, continuing the format through next year and 2027 in America. Advertisement Sounds like they'll soon be flooring Brit quiz fans, too. The movie adaptation of Richard Osman's crime novel tells the story of a group of pensioners whose hobby of investigating unsolved killings explodes when a real-life murder lands on their patch. Advertisement The book is set in a quiet village in Kent – but if Pierce and Helen's glam appearance on Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight show in the US is anything to go by, their film will be more Hollywood than humdrum. Ben Kingsley and Celia Imrie also star, with the movie debuting in cinemas on August 22 before it appears on Netflix on August 28. 'I have a friend who is senior cabin crew, so I was lucky enough to shadow her for a day.' The drama, which continues tonight at 9pm, follows single mum Jo, who is coerced into smuggling drugs for a dangerous criminal gang in a desperate bid to keep her son safe. 'Molly came to me with this stuff, and I said, 'What you're best off doing with him, Molly, is walking away because if he is not gonna change himself, he doesn't think that much of you, does he?'' In the show, fighter Tommy discusses alleged infidelities prior to their brief split last year, but he maintains: 'The reason for our ending the relationship was alcohol.' Gary Neville's Buzz 16 production company is behind the new show, which does not have a broadcaster confirmed yet. Advertisement But execs say it's a 'fast-paced format packed with laughs', with 'fierce competition, tantalising trivia, and a whole lot of nonsense, all held together by a brilliant host and a studio audience.' Myleene Klass takes sly swipe at ex & makes cryptic comment about ‘friend's loyalty' after he ‘cheated with a celeb'

MYLEENE Klass took a sly swipe at her ex Graham Quinn - and made a cryptic comment about 'friends' loyalty'. The presenter, 47, joined Ruth Langsford, Coleen Nolan and Katie Piper on today's Loose Women panel. 4 Myleene Klass took a sly swipe at her ex Graham Quinn Credit: ITV 4 The presenter recently opened up about her former husband's alleged "cheating" Credit: YouTube 4 Myleene and Graham were married from 2011 to 2013 Credit: Alamy During their discussion, the women talked about wedding dresses getting reused or passed down. It came as US actress Nicola Peltz wore her mother's vintage wedding dress as she renewed her vows with Brooklyn Beckham. Ruth asked Myleene whether she still had her wedding dress - from her 2011 wedding to Graham Quinn. Myleene answered: "It'd be an exorcism to get that out of the box. "No, I don't, this might surprise you. I think when it comes to wedding dresses, it's nice to let them do their own thing. "I think this idea of tradition - if they ask for it, great - but if it's not something they ask for, then it's who are you leaving the legacy for?" The former HearSay star recently opened up on her former husband Graham Quinn's alleged "cheating" with a fellow celebrity. During a recent episode of Paul Carrick Brunson's We Need To Talk podcast, Myleene told how she walked in on her then partner, 51, and another woman unzipping each other's clothes at her birthday party. The Pure and Simple hitmaker — who wouldn't divulge the female's name but said she built her career off a 'family brand' — revealed: 'I walked in on him with a famous person on my birthday on a balcony. It was in my house." Graham later fired back at these claims, as pals of the music manager suggested she is a "vindictive bully." Frankie Bridge posts cryptic TikTok about 'being a people pleaser' amid feud with Myleene Klass A source told MailOnline: "He thinks she's a bully. "They believe it was especially 'vindictive and calculated' of Myleene to launch the bombshell broadside on what she would have known was the week of Graham's 51st birthday." Later in the Loose Women episode, the panel spoke about social etiquette with friends' romantic partners. It came as Pete Wicks admitted he "disliked" one of best mate Sam Thompson's ex-girlfriends. In particular, Coleen discussed previously navigating similar dynamics with her friends. After hearing this, Myleene said: "I could've done with this friend. "Col, I could've done with you.
