Milan to let go of Saelemaekers only for significant offer
Alexis Saelemaekers' future seems increasingly distant from Roma.
Although the Giallorossi club wants to keep him for next season, Milan would be willing to sell him only if they receive a significant financial offer.

According to today's edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, in the absence of an adequate offer from Roma, the Belgian winger – coming off an excellent season – could return to Massimiliano Allegri's radar.
The newly appointed Milan coach appreciates his versatility and could exploit his tactical qualities within his playing system.
The number 56 therefore remains at the center of the market, awaiting concrete developments in the coming days.

AmphiStar and Kensing Announce Strategic Partnership to Bring Upcycled Biosurfactants to the North American Personal Care Market

Partnership delivers localized access to 100% upcycled biosurfactants with significantly reduced environmental impact, while advancing novel designer molecule development. GHENT, Belgium and KANKAKEE, Ill., June 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Belgian biotech innovator AmphiStar, a pioneer in 100% upcycled microbial biosurfactants and Kensing, a leading North American producer of high-purity surfactants, and the global leader in upcycled plant-based vitamin E and sterols, today announced a strategic partnership to deliver sustainable, next-generation biosurfactants to the North American personal care market. As part of this collaboration, AmphiStar's next-generation biosurfactants, produced by microbial fermentation of repurposed agri-food side streams, will be launched into the North American market by Kensing in an exclusive partnership. Leveraging its deep surfactant expertise and established market access, Kensing will play a critical role in driving adoption across the Personal Care and HI&I Industries. Kensing will work with AmphiStar to develop regionally sourced circular feedstocks from biobased waste and sidestreams, such as plant oils from Kensing's production, with a near-term plan to fully onshore production in the US. This will not only reduce transport-related emissions but will also allow the partners to build a resilient, decentralised supply chain aligned with evolving customer expectations. The products offer performance for formulators seeking to develop mild and sustainable formulations. They can be used as emulsifiers and co-surfactants in body lotions, creams, shampoos, body wash, make-up remover and other products. Kensing and AmphiStar will also co-develop AmphiStar's recently launched library of 80+ sustainable and unique 'designer' biosurfactant platform technology, with the shared goal of further developing and commercializing high-potential innovations in the personal care, agrochemical and HI&I markets. "Kensing's scientific expertise in formulation and production of plant-based ingredients coupled with our novel biomanufacturing technology platform make this an ideal and complementary partnership that will not only help us bring our sustainable biosurfactants to the North American market, but also see us jointly develop and launch new ones in the future", said Pierre-Franck Valentin, CEO of AmphiStar. "This partnership with AmphiStar reflects Kensing's bold commitment to leapfrog into the next generation of biosurfactants," said Serge Rogasik, President and CEO of Kensing. "By combining AmphiStar's cutting-edge upcycled biosurfactant technology with Kensing's industrial scale and market reach, we are unlocking a new era of high-performance biosurfactants—formulated from upcycled biowaste, free from conventional feedstock constraints, and offering both formulation versatility and the potential for highly competitive economics at scale."AmphiStar's biosurfactants are the result of an IP-backed breakthrough technology featuring an unprecedented combination in the surfactant landscape: advanced synthetic biology, waste processing and continuous biomanufacturing eliminating reliance on fossil feedstocks and resource-intensive crops, AmphiStar's technology delivers a significantly enhanced and novel sustainability profile. A recent LCA study (March 2025) revealed the exceptional sustainability profile of AmphiStar's biosurfactants compared to both conventional chemical-based and existing biosurfactants, including a four-fold reduction in CO2 equivalent emissions, an 18-fold reduction in water deprivation, a 5.5-fold lower impact on human health and a 15-fold lower overall environmental impact. Rayan Cherki was not Manchester City's priority after Florian Wirtz collapse, reveals journalist

Manchester City had a priority side from Lyon's Rayan Cherki after withdrawing interest in Bayer Leverkusen's Florian Wirtz, it has been claimed. The France international has seemingly emerged as a potential first arrival through the Etihad Stadium doors this summer, as Manchester City prepare for life without arguably their club's greatest-ever player from next season; Kevin De Bruyne. Advertisement Club officials took the difficult decision not to renew the Belgian's contract beyond it's existing expiry date of the end of June, and as such have found themselves looking for direct replacements within the European market. The priority for the role was initially understood to be Bayer Leverkusen's Florian Wirtz, although reservations over the finances involved in a deal meant that City withdrew interest and left the door open for the German to join Bayern Munich, Liverpool, or Real Madrid. As such, Manchester City swiftly moved on to other targets within their shortlist this summer, and that now appears to have led the club to Olympique Lyonnais' Rayan Cherki, although a new report has indicated that the Frenchman has only come after another name. Advertisement That is according to the information of Sky's Sacha Tavolieri, who reveals that Pep Guardiola and City's priority beyond Wirtz was FC Barcelona's Dani Olmo, but gauged an understanding that a deal for the Spaniard would be drawn out and complex throughout the summer. It is explained that discussions between City and Barcelona gave the former the understanding that should an agreement be reached, then such negotiations would be 'long, complex, and bitter' while an arrival was wanted ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup. As such, all involved at Manchester City decided to set their sights on bringing Rayan Cherki to the club this summer, knowing that Lyon urgently need cash to balance accounts before the end of June as they eye a sale of around €40 million. The arrival of Cherki at the Etihad Stadium will no doubt raise question marks over the club's interest in Nottingham Forest's Morgan Gibbs-White, with the England international believed to be high among the targets coming into the summer window. Advertisement At one stage, the line of reporting was that City officials would be frontrunners in the chase for Nuno Espirito Santo's star-man in the middle of his set-up, with the player likely to command a fee north of £70 million this summer. It also remains to be seen what the future holds for a number of existing playmaker options within the Manchester City squad, namely James McAtee – who is expected to leave the club permanently or on loan – as well as Phil Foden, who is hoping to bounce back next campaign.

Report – Premier League Clubs Likelier Than Roma Or Napoli To Sign Wantaway Inter Milan Star

Report – Premier League Clubs Likelier Than Roma Or Napoli To Sign Wantaway Inter Milan Star Clubs in the Premier League are likelier than Roma or Napoli to sign Inter Milan midfielder Davide Frattesi this summer. This according to today's print edition of Milan-based newspaper Il Giorno, via FCInterNews. Advertisement There is no doubt that this is a decisive juncture for Davide Frattesi at Inter Milan. Reportedly, the 25-year-old had a blowup with Simone Inzaghi during the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain. He was furious that the Inter coach didn't use him as a substitute. And this has brought to a head Frattesi's persistent frustrations about his playing time at Inter. The Italian international may not have left the Nerazzurri in January. However, he could certainly be on his way this summer. Report – Premier League Clubs Likelier Than Napoli Or Roma To Sign Frattesi MILAN, ITALY – DECEMBER 19: Davide Frattesi of FC Internazionale reactsduring the Coppa Italia, Round of 16 match between FC Internazionale and Udinese Calcio at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on December 19, 2024 in Milan, Italy. (Photo by) There have been a couple clubs persistently linked with Davide Frattesi. Advertisement Firstly, Roma have certainly made no secret of their interest in the Italian international. They chased him throughout the January transfer window. Then, Napoli had also sounded out a move for Frattesi in January. Moreover, they are still linked with a move this summer. However, Il Giorno note, without Champions League revenues to count on, it would be difficult for Roma to sign Frattesi. Meanwhile, Napoli are on the verge of signing Kevin De Bruyne on a free transfer. Therefore, there would be little space in their midfield as things stand. On the other hand, Il Giorno note, there has been persistent interest in Frattesi's signature from the Premier League. Therefore, the newspaper anticipate, the English top flight would be a likelier destination for Frattesi than either Roma or Napoli.
