That's changed a lot in India.'

BAFTA nominee Nico Parker shines as the fearless Astrid, while Gerard Butler reprises his commanding role as Stoick the Vast, Hiccup's formidable father and Berk's chief. Set in a world where dragons are seen as enemies, the story follows Hiccup's choice to spare a dragon's life—a moment that transforms not just his destiny, but the future of his people. The live-action version reinforces the coming-of-age themes that made the original beloved while adding new emotional and visual layers.
