These awards, organised by Oceanic Awards, were launched to celebrate the finest salons across Scotland.
Beauty salons, hair salons, and laser salons were among those recognised for their hard work, dedication, creativity, and customer service.

Irfan Younis, spokesperson for the Scottish Salon Awards, said: "We're excited to be able to expand our award offering, providing further opportunities to recognise and celebrate the hard work, dedication, and innovation of talented individuals and businesses in the industry.

Peaches in Rutherglen was recognised for excellence in the 'Beauty Salon of the Year' category, while Mia Bella Beauty Salon in Glasgow scooped up the 'Beauty Salon Experience of the Year' award.
Yasmin's Aesthetic was credited with the 'Outstanding Achievement' award.
RICH Hair & Make Up Lounge (Image: Supplied) In the hair salon categories, Linden Hair achieved 'Outstanding Achievement' for 'Hair Salon of the Year', while Christine's Hair Beauty won the same title for the 'Hair Salon Experience of the Year' category.
Headstart claimed Outstanding Achievement in the 'Hair Salon Team of the Year' category.
The Ministry of Laser was named 'Laser Salon of the Year'.

Dozens of Glasgow restaurants named as finalists in awards

The awards, organised by Oceanic Awards, celebrate the best in Scottish hospitality and dining, with public nominations and industry input helping to shape the shortlist. Finalists were selected through online nominations, social media campaigns and direct recognition from the Oceanic Awards team, which considers industry expertise and standout performance. Glasgow is well represented across the board, with three Glasgow spots in the running for Café/Bistro of the Year: Rawlings Love to Eat, Edenmill Farm and the Smile Café. The city's Meat Joint Scottish Steakhouse is in the running for Scottish Restaurant of the Year, and Glaschu Restaurant and Bar is competing for Fine Dining Restaurant of the Year. Charcoals, Bantawala, Madras Cafe and Kinara are all competing for the title of Best Curry Establishment. In the Asian Restaurant of the Year category, Ka Pao, Sapporo Teppanyaki and Zhima are among the nominees. Glasgow's Italian dining scene is also in the spotlight, with Battlefield Rest making the shortlist. Mediterranean favourites Elena's Spanish Bar and Restaurant, Halloumi and Goat in the Tree are also among the nominees. The city's Best World Cuisine contenders include NOLA Soul, Rumi Restaurant, Taste of Home and Babs, while Ho Le Fook has been nominated in the Takeaway of the Year category. Meanwhile, seafood lovers will recognise the nominees for Best Seafood Establishment, including Kelp and Skip's Seafood Bar and Grill. Members of the public can continue to vote for their favourites until one week before the event. Irfan Younis, a spokesperson for the awards, said: 'We're honoured to once again spotlight the country's top food establishments and businesses. 'This year's finalists have all been distinguished as the real masters in their field due to their hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction. 'These finalists reflect the resilience and creativity of the entrepreneurs, employees and managers who are always ensuring the best possible experience for their customers.'
