Siena could be seen wrapped up in a white babygrow with a full head of dark hair.
She planted a kiss on her son Abel, and they all snuggled up in bed for the photos.
Friends and fans flooded the comments with messages of congratulations.
One person wrote: "She's perfect. What an amazing addition to a beautiful family. Welcome to the world little Siena Grace. Love you so much already."

A second added: "Huge congratulations!! What a gorgeous family."
And a third echoed: "Oh congratulations!!! & what a stunning name."
Olivia also shared a peek inside baby Siena's nursery, with a blanket in shot embroidered with her name.
The sweet news comes after the pair revealed that they've landed their own ITV reality show, called Olivia and Alex: Parenthood.
The series will offer intimate access to the couple's real-life journey as they grow their young family from three to four, whilst dealing with the emotional aftermath of losing one of their twins during early pregnancy.

Just last month Olivia showed off her blossoming bump at the Rehab hair event, alongside Stacey Solomon and Sam Thompson.
Olivia exclusively told The Sun about her pregnancy: "It's different, it's a lot harder because I had a three-year-old to look after at the same time, before all I had to worry about was myself, so it's very different.
"It's really rewarding and so lovely to see how excited Abel is to have a baby sister, he always talks about it.
"Alex is doing good, he's always wanted a little girl, so he's really happy about that - we're just both really but it's just hard work.
"We already have a name for her. I liked Hattie, but Alex did not. We really liked Darcy. But we have picked one - I got Alex a Father's Day present with the name and there's a few reasons why we've picked it."

Olivia continued: "I was really sick at the start, partly that was down to obviously expecting twins at the start and I think my hormone levels were so high, I was really sick for a while, I was really off my food and could only eat carbs and beige foods or nothing.
"Then I had a really nice part, I've only got a month to go. It's just this last bit that's a bit harder again."
The media personality also opened up about losing one of her babies at eight weeks.
She said: "It was therapy discussing it, some people might say 'how did you speak about it?', but for me I'm a talkative person, I'm an oversharer, it was really like therapy discussing it with people.
"The reaction I had was worth it a million times over.

"So many woman messaged and said 'I didn't know what that was but I've had it and you make me feel less alone'. Anything that gives you that reaction is so worth it.
"I do feel emotional sometimes thinking about it, I think we've compartmentalised it well. We have to because we've got a healthy baby that's nearly here, you try and focus on the positives and not what was going to be or what was.
"It's still hard and it still comes up in my head and I still think about having to tell her one day. It's a weird situation but we're very lucky to have a baby that's nearly there."
Olivia announced in February that she was having another baby, after finding out she was pregnant last Christmas.
Sharing the news on Instagram, she said: "A moment, a love - baby no2 - we're waiting for you."

OLIVIA'S HEARTBREAK
In March, Olivia opened up to The Sun's Fabulous magazine about finding out she was expecting twins, but then learning she had sadly lost one of the babies at eight weeks.
She revealed how she had miscarried after suffering from vanishing twin syndrome.
It occurs in the early stages, when one of the babies stops developing and is absorbed by the mother's body, or the surviving twin.
Speaking on Loose Women with husband Alex, the pregnant star broke down in tears as the couple discussed the miscarriage with the panel.
She said: 'It was such a shock. There were no symptoms to indicate anything was wrong. We went into the scan excited, thinking everything was going perfectly, but it was blindsiding when we learned that one of the babies had gone.'

She reflected on the surprising nature of the loss, especially given the absence of any warning signs, and the emotional toll it had taken on her and Alex.
Olivia added: 'I was always so positive, and when you try to be 100% positive all the time, when something bad happens, it hits even harder."
Despite the pain, Olivia found comfort in knowing that the baby she lost had been reabsorbed into her body by the 14-week mark.

Ofcom reject 14,000 Love Island complaints over bullying and gaslighting after ‘most complained about series in 4 years'

LOVE Island will not be investigated by Ofcom - despite receiving more than 14,000 complaints about misogyny, bullying and mentally abusive behaviour. The last series of the show, which was won by Toni and Cach, was inundated with complaints throughout - making it the most offensive in four years. 4 Ofcom will not be taking action about any of the Love Island complaints Credit: Eroteme 4 Meg was accused of bullying during her time on the show Credit: Shutterstock Editorial In just one week of the show Ofcom received 9,000 complaints about alleged bullying behaviour towards Shakira. It was the second most complained about Love Island week in history - the first was season seven when Faye Winter kicked off after Casa Amor with total of 29,101 in just one week. Despite viewer's concern, the regulator will not be taking any further action. A spokesperson said."We carefully assessed the complaints we received about this series of Love Island. "We recognise that emotionally charged or confrontational scenes can upset some viewers. "But, in our view, negative behaviour in the villa was not shown in a positive light, and contestants were seen supporting or apologising to each other. "We also took into account that the format of this reality show is well-established, and viewers would expect to see highs and lows as relationships and friendships are tested." Ofcom received 14,167 complaints about the ITV reality series, including 24 about spin-off show Love Island: Unseen Bits, with the highest number of complaints coming on July 24, which saw 3,549 complaints relating to alleged bullying behaviour towards contestant Shakira Khan. Other complaints related to further alleged bullying of Khan, as well as fellow contestants Toni Laites, Yasmin Pettet, Meg Moore and Helena Ford, concern over contestants' mental health throughout the series, and Dejon Noel-Williams's behaviour towards Meg. Further complaints were made about the show's producers bringing contestant Megan Forte Clarke back onto the programme after she was dumped from the villa, and alleged race and gender based discrimination. Love Island's 12th series ran from June 9 to August 4 and Toni Laites and Cach Mercer took home the £50k, while Khan and Harry Cooksley finished as runners-up. Fellow singer Tinashe – whose song No Broke Boys is at a new peak of No3 in the charts – was also on the line-up and admitted she struggled through her set. 'Cheryl is very particular about who she works with and is rarely seen in public. 'To have her fronting a big campaign like this is brilliant for them. But the track, Ocean, never got released after Miley is believed to have backed out. Now Calvin has risked a feud with the US singer after he released new snippets featuring the voice of Jessie Reyez, who co-wrote the song. Asked if Miley's version could still be released, he replied to one fan: 'I'm afraid not.' And quizzed on whether it was Miley's team's fault, he said: 'Nah it was my bad . . . crossed wires.' But in a pointed dig, he added: 'This is wayyy better,' before telling another 'Ooooh it's better now!!'. It's a belting tune, but if he wants fans to blast it while it's still hot, he needs to get a move on. TOM GRENNAN is on track to score his third No1 album with Everywhere I Went, Led Me To Where I Didn't Want To Be. Limerick black pudding festival hopes to revive tradition

Ireland's first ever festival-based black pudding-making competition is set to take place in Kilteely, Co. Limerick later this month. The event will be held on Sunday, August 31 as part of this year's Kilteely Dromkeen Community Festival. Agriland spoke to chief organiser Noel O'Dea to see what inspired him to set up the competition. He said: "When I was growing up, my mother used to make black pudding, and all the neighbours made their own black pudding too. Tom Jones. Source: Helen Cooke "Anytime a pig was killed, people made black pudding, and in just one generation the art has died out. So we want to attempt to revive the tradition by holding this event and try and capture old recipes that people might have. "It was very common for people to have pigs, as Limerick was famous for pork and bacon. Mattersons and Shaws would have been pig factories down here, and a lot of people would have been rearing pigs locally for them." There will be two classes - butchers and a homemade category. Competitors will pre-make their black pudding prior to the event. The competition will involve an interview process, whereby contestants will be asked how they made the black pudding and where they sourced the ingredients. Kate Ryan, a food writer with and Chris Towers, director of Food Story PR have been enlisted to judge the competition. O'Dea described how organisation of the competition has progressed so far. He said: "It's really about getting the word out at the moment, and hopefully it will grow from here, year-on-year. Related Stories "The competitors will source their own ingredients, and if the homemakers need help with sourcing ingredients, we can help them with that. "This event is part of an annual festival we have every year, and it's been going for a good few years now. We were looking for a new focal point and we thought the black pudding competition might be a good idea." There's about eight entries in total for the event so far and O'Dea is appealing for more people to take part. Further details about the competition can be found on the kilteely_dromkeenfestival Instagram page.
