
Lodha Developers raises ₹350 crore via private placement of NCDs

) has raised ₹350 crore through a private placement of 35,000 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, taxable, and transferable
non-convertible debentures
(
NCDs
), according to a regulatory filing with the stock exchanges on Monday.
The debentures, carrying a face value of ₹1 lakh each, have been listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE. The issuance was approved by the company's executive committee on July 21, 2025, with allotment and deemed date of allotment also on the same day.
The NCDs carry a floating interest rate structure pegged to the three-month MIBOR with a spread of 2.09% per annum. Based on the prevailing MIBOR, the current coupon rate stands at 8.19% per annum. The coupon will reset quarterly and will be paid annually starting July 21, 2026. A downward revision in the spread by 10 basis points is scheduled from the second reset, six months after issuance.
Redemption of the NCDs will be executed in eight equal quarterly instalments beginning March 31, 2026, with final maturity scheduled for January 21, 2028. The instrument is secured with a first-ranking charge over specified company assets, as outlined in the Key Information Document dated July 16, 2025.
Additionally, the company recently raised ₹300 crore through the allotment of 30,000 NCDs at the same face value of ₹1 lakh each. These debentures offer a fixed interest rate of 7.96% per annum, payable quarterly starting September 30, 2025, and are scheduled to mature on July 7, 2028. The instrument is similarly secured, aimed at enhancing the company's funding profile and refinancing existing liabilities.

Arvind Fashions posts Rs 23 crore standalone net loss in June quarter
Apparel manufacturer Arvind Fashions Ltd on Monday posted a fourfold year-on-year (yoy) increase in standalone net losses at Rs 22.9 crore for the first quarter ending June on back of a 13.5% yoy decline in revenue from operations at Rs 118.2 crore. The company did not give any reason behind this fall. ADVERTISEMENT However, on a consolidated basis, Arvind Fashions' net profit for the first quarter went up to Rs 13 crore as compared to Rs 1 crore a year back. Consolidated revenue jumped by 16% yoy at Rs 1,107 crore. No reason was shared for this better performance at a consolidated level. Arvind Fashions managing director Shailesh Chaturvedi said the first quarter reported a bright start to the financial year with revenue growth reaching 16%. "This is a testimony of our conscious efforts of investing in higher marketing to re-energize our industry leading brands leading to strong awareness and higher footfalls along with market share gains. Moving ahead, we will continue to focus on our direct channel strategy resulting in higher bottom-line & ROCE (return on capital employed).'The company's growth for the online channel was 30%-plus. The contribution of the online B2C channel increased from 13% to 15% in the quarter under review over the same period last fiscal. Maharatna PSU Oil India announced that the company's board of directors will hold its scheduled quarterly meeting on Tuesday, 12 August 2025, according to an exchange filing on Monday, 28 July 2025. The State-owned company will also announce its April-June quarter results for the 2025-26 fiscal year on the same day. According to a PTI report, Oil India's fourth quarter results for the financial year ended 2024-25 recorded a 21% fall in consolidated net profits to ₹ 1,591.48 crore, compared with ₹ 2,028.83 crore in the same period a year ago. In the final quarter of the financial year 2025-26, the company's revenue from its core operations also dropped to ₹ 6,182.79 crore from ₹ 6,589.91 crore, due to the lower oil and gas prices. However, the company also achieved the highest ever oil and gas production of 6.71 million tonnes of oil equivalent in the financial year 2024-25, according to the agency report. Oil India shares closed 1.96% lower at ₹ 426.25 after Monday's stock market session, compared to ₹ 434.75 at the previous market close. The company announced the date of its April-June quarter results declaration after stock market operating hours on 28 July 2025. Oil India shares hit their 52-week high level at ₹ 767.30 on 30 August 2024, while the 52-week low level was at ₹ 322.15 on 7 April 2025, according to the BSE data. The PSU oil producer's shares have given stock market investors more than 561% returns on their investment in the last five years. However, the stock has lost 26.55% in the last one-year period. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, the shares are down 2.47% in 2025 and are trading 5.71% lower in the last five market sessions on the Indian stock market. The company's market capitalisation (M-Cap) stands at ₹ 69,334.16 crore as of the stock market close on Monday, 28 July 2025. Torrent Pharma Q1 profit rises 20% to ₹548 cr on strong global sales
Torrent Pharmaceuticals on Monday said its consolidated net profit increased 20 per cent year-on-year to ₹548 crore in the June quarter, driven by strong sales across markets, including India and the US. The drug firm reported a net profit of ₹457 crore in the April-June quarter of the last fiscal. Revenue from operations rose to ₹3,178 crore in the June quarter compared with ₹2,859 crore in the year-ago period, Torrent Pharmaceuticals said in a statement. The drug maker said its India revenues rose by 11 per cent year-on-year to ₹1,811 crore in the April-June period, led by outperformance in focus therapies. The US business revenues stood at ₹308 crore in the June quarter, by 19 per cent year-on-year, it added. Similarly, revenue in Brazil rose by 11 per cent to ₹218 crore, the company stated. Its sales in Germany were up 9 per cent year-on-year to ₹308 crore in the June quarter against the same period last year. Shares of Torrent Pharma settled 0.75 per cent higher at ₹3,629.50 apiece on the BSE.
