Juvenile arrested, another sought in car theft, police chase
According to the Jennings Police Department, the incident began on Monday when Walmart employees reported two juveniles running through the aisles with Nerf guns, with one dart hitting a customer. The suspects fled before officers arrived, and one of their mothers informed police her son had skipped school and she didn't know his whereabouts after he was kicked out of the store.
About two hours later, a stolen vehicle report came from the Walmart parking lot, and the same juveniles were identified as suspects. The vehicle was later spotted near Fire Station 2 on La. 26. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, but the suspects fled, leading Jennings police and Jeff Davis sheriff's deputies on a chase toward Lake Arthur, where the vehicle was lost from sight.
Early Tuesday morning, one of the suspects' mothers called police, stating she was on the phone with her son, who was at Marcus Cain Park in Jennings. Officers responded and located the juvenile and the stolen car. The boy was arrested, returned to his mother, and issued citations for theft of a motor vehicle and being an unruly and ungovernable juvenile.
The other juvenile has not yet been apprehended, and officers are continuing their investigation, according to the Jennings Police Department.

Irvine police arrested a 23-year-old man after Walmart security guards caught him allegedly recording a video up a woman's skirt. Investigators found hundreds of clips of different victims, dating back at least two years, in suspect Damian Bravo's phone after they arrested him last week, according to the Irvine Police Department. He has been booked on suspicion of invasion of privacy. He has been released after posting bail. Officers are hoping to identify and locate additional victims. "He's favored Walmart and Target," Officer Kyle Oldoerp said. Our concern is there are other victims who are unaware that this has occurred." "They're trading them or posting them online or hosting websites—some of these hidden camera type videos. I'm not certain how he was using the videos but that's who we've seen them used in the past. Police have identified one victim so far. "It's absolutely troubling to us because there's a significant amount of victims on this man's phone," Oldoerp said. "We want to talk to those people. If anybody recognizes this guy or thinks they've been a victim of him, we want them to come forward and talk to detectives so we can add them to our case."
