Boasting legends like Chris Gayle, Dwayne Bravo and Kieron Pollard, the West Indies Champions are ready to roar in the World Championship of Legends (WCL) 2025. To add to their flamboyance, they will wear the most expensive cricket jersey in the history of the sport, designed by Dubai-based luxury brand Lorenze in partnership with Channel2 Group corporation.
Scheduled from July 18 to August 2 across Birmingham, Northampton, Leicester, and Leeds, WCL 2025 brings together the heroes of yesteryears in a grand summer spectacle sanctioned by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB).
The iconic jersey, designed exclusively for the West Indies Champions, is embellished with real 18K gold, available in 30g, 20g, and 10g editions. This landmark release is a tribute to the rich heritage and legendary spirit of West Indies cricket greats — from Sir Clive Lloyd to Chris Gayle and the modern generation of icons.

In 11 Tests, Washington has scored 545 runs and taken 30 wickets. 'I always loved Washington. When I saw him on day one, I said he's the man. And he can be a genuine all-rounder for many, many years for India," Shastri said on The ICC Review. Shastri feels Washington should have played more red-ball matches, especially considering his proven effectiveness on turning tracks at home. 'He again is just 25 years of age. I think he should have played a lot more Test cricket. Can be lethal in India on tracks where the ball is turning, as New Zealand found out when they played against India. She said that much like her character Roma Fernandez in the film, she too felt betrayed as an actor. Criticizing the makers, she recalled being promised a stronger character arc, but instead, her role was sidelined and 'pushed aside' as the story focused entirely on Emraan Hashmi's character, the 'serial kisser.' She clarified that her criticism wasn't aimed at her 'amazing' co-star Emraan, but at the makers' mentality, who diluted the woman's voice for commercial convenience. In her recent Instagram post, Celina Jaitly shared a video clip from Jawani Diwani, featuring her and Emraan Hashmi. 'If I had directed this film, I would have told it from the perspective of the heart, from a place of raw, real emotion.
