She said: "It's so heartwarming to know that so many people think so highly of my little business, I love it.
"Being self-employed, clients are our source of income, they pay our wages essential and it is so heartwarming to know that they continue to support us through everything.
"Doing this like this for us, it means a lot, it's the little things that matter like when a client comes in and brings us a little cake and it's just amazing to think that people are thinking of us during their day.
"To hear that people have taken the time to put us forward for this is just amazing."
Bethany also discussed her own passion for all things hairdressing and how her love for art has been incorporated into her salon.
She said: "I absolutely love being a hairdresser because I'm not just a hairdresser, I am my client's friend and you get personal bonds with everyone.
"I also love art, I am such an arty-farty person and when I can put my heart and soul into my work like coloring someone's hair, it's like you are doing art and something cool and that is what I like.
"Me and all the girls that work here put our hearts and souls into all of our work to try and make other people feel the best they can about themselves."
