The Moradabad Division of the GRP issued a statement on the case via X. According to the statement, Daka endangered the lives of passengers and has been booked under Sections 145(B)/147/154/159 of the Railway Act and Section 34 of the Police Act.
The accused was confirmed to be intoxicated after a medical examination. In addition to arresting him, officials have also seized his driving license and submitted a report for its cancellation.

Court documents show that Radford was due in court on August 20 in Hinesville, a town close to the base, over charges of driving under the influence and running a red light at around 1 am on May 18.
