‘I don't do crash diets' says Rosanna Davison as she reveals her tips to keeping fit as mum-of-three
ROSANNA Davison has said she doesn't "do crash diets" as she revealed her secrets to keeping fit.
The Dublin native and her husband Wes Quirke have three kids together, Sophia, five, and twins Hugo and Oscar, four.

The happy family are currently renovating their dream home, which they hope to move into this summer.

Speaking at the Platinum VIP Style Awards, she told The Irish Sun: "I go to a trainer three times a week. Apart from that I don't do cardio or anything. I'm just quite active.

"Once I pick up the kids from school we go to the playground. Even the steps I do around the house getting them food and getting them dressed and bathed and everything.
"I wear a hoop normally. It's always detects me showering the kids as an activity because I'm just constantly moving.
"I'm not a big partier. I get up too early for that. They're all in school. Just staying active and being conscious of dieting.
"Sleep is such a big part of it. I'm a 9 o'clock bedtime person these days. The boys rock in at 5.30 every morning. Tomorrow morning I'll be up at 5.30."

Rosanna added: "I don't do crash diets. It's nothing really juicy I can tell you that I do or don't do.
"I'm a big into listening to your body, listening to your hunger cues, eating when you're hungry, stopping before you're too stuffed."

And the former Miss World is actually studying nutrition at the moment.
She said: "I've been always into athletics and fitness. I study nutrition, I'm just finishing up a degree. It's like converting a previous diploma into a degree at the moment. I'm still studying.

"I suppose I've always interested in health and fitness from a functional perspective as maybe an athlete would look at food and exercise."

Rosanna spoke about the importance of keeping on top of your health saying: "She fought it early because of a routine check.

"The reason why I spoke about it is because of the importance of routine checks.
"I'm due to go in the next couple of weeks for an annual blood check. It's just to keep you on top of your health checks.
"Whether it's smears or mammograms or blood tests, that kind of thing. Just to keep you on top of your health.
"She's someone who caught their cancer early, went through the chemo, but is through the other side of it now so it's a great success story."

As showers intersperse on this June Bank holiday at home here in Ireland, a host of sports-stars, models and influencers have jetted off to sunny Spain to, what is commonly known in social media parlance, 'live their best lives.' Football star Robbie Keane and his glamorous wife Claudine have decamped to their home-from-home, the millionaires playground of Marbella.
