But Leslie hasn't gone under the knife and instead has been secretly having non-surgical facelift treatments.
Over the past eight months, Leslie has had six procedures, known as 'NeoGen Plasma Treatment' with Dr Martin Kinsella.
She said: "People keep saying to me, 'What have you done? You look amazing!'
"One friend of mine, who shall remain nameless, is convinced I've had surgery because the change was so dramatic, but I can assure you I haven't.
"It was really important for me to have a non-invasive treatment that achieves really natural looking results."
The actress added: "I'd seen that Shirley Ballas and Linda Lusardi had great results with NeoGen and I know Linda, so it was easy for me to check it out and know that it was a respected treatment with good outcomes."
Leslie decided to book in for a consultation after struggling with her visible signs of ageing for a while, which were significantly impacting her self-esteem.
'The difference is really noticeable,' Leslie said after her treatments.
'What's really blown my mind is my jawline, it's so obvious that it has lifted.
"And my eyes look so much better, they were hooded before and now you can see my eyes are a completely different shape.'
Leslie Ash says horror hospital superbug destroyed her TV career and left her walking with a stick on Good Morning Britain interview
She continued: 'Then you come to the texture of my skin, and the reduction of my pores.
"My skin feels tighter and more plump, and the overall texture and tone is so much better.
"I can definitely say I look like I'm in my mid 50s, so yeah, I'm happy with that, ten years younger.'
NeoGen Plasma Treatment works by using ultra-high radio frequency to convert nitrogen gas into nitrogen plasma. A handpiece directs this thermal plasma into the layers of the skin to help control its pre-existing plasma, boosting the skin's natural regenerative mechanism.
It's essentially tricking the skin into boosting its levels of collagen and elastin - the two main building blocks of healthy, supple skin.
Leslie, who has also been taking daily Ameri-Vita Liver Support drinks, has no plan to call it quits now she's found a treatment that works wonders for her.
'I'm absolutely going to keep having these treatments," she said.
"I can't imagine stopping now.'

Kelsey Parker remembers her stillborn son Phoenix with poignant tattoo and says she 'sees' him in the sunset
Kelsey Parker shared an emotional message in memory of her stillborn son Phoenix alongside a photograph of her tattoo. The podcaster, 34, shared the devastating news that her unborn baby Phoenix - her first child with her boyfriend Will Lindsay - was 'born sleeping' last month. Kelsey, who is the widow of The Wanted star Tom Parker, took to Instagram on Thursday to share a post remembering Phoenix. She re-shared a video of her getting her and Tom's children's names - Aurelia and Bodhi - tattooed on her arms back in March 2023, as well as a phoenix down her ribs. Since losing her son, the mythical bird tattoo has taken on an added meaning for Kelsey as she wrote in a caption of her latest post: 'My little Phoenix with me everyday.' Kelsey originally got the tattoo in memory of her late husband Tom because she used to always send him 'a quote about a Phoenix to encourage him to rise up'. Kelsey also shared an added tribute to Phoenix as she posted a photograph of an orange sunset alongside the words: 'I'm thinking of you, I see you, I miss you.' Kelsey shares two children - Aurelia, six, and Bodhi, four - with her late husband Tom, who died from a brain tumour in March 2023. She found love again with tree surgeon Will Lindsay, two years after Tom's death, and she fell pregnant soon after, but their son Phoenix was stillborn at 39 weeks in June. Kelsey recently told the Daily Mail how she explained Phoenix's tragic death to her two older children. She said: 'Well I do think I'm a little bit of a pro now when it comes to grief. I just felt what was natural and I think your children lead you as well into where they want to go with the conversation around death. 'So my daughter wants to talk about it all the time and Bodhi is more quiet, so I then take the lead and when they want to have a conversation, we talk about it, but I'm very open and I'm very honest. 'I don't use words like anyone's gone to sleep, you know, they are dead and they're not coming back. So I just try my best.' She emotionally shared that her children are 'so aware of death' after losing their father and how important it was that they knew she was 'not going anywhere'. 'Well, I actually sent my children back [to school] on the Monday after we lost Phoenix,' she explained. 'They went straight back to school because I think routine is so good for your children in loss, because the adults are grieving and they're hearing a lot of words and a lot of talking. 'And I think for them, normality and being in school is really good for them. And routine, I think well, not maybe school such, but routine. Like living their routine was good for them. 'They needed to see me be there, I was doing the school pickup because they needed to know that I was okay and that I'm not going anywhere. 'So I think that's really important, especially after since they obviously lost Tom as well.' She added: 'They are so aware of death and loss, so I think it's more the other children in the class that haven't gone through it and my children are talking about death, but it's making and going to make my children the strongest of adults.' Her husband Tom tragically died from brain cancer in 2022, at the age of 33, four years after marrying Kelsey.

Billionaire owner of Willie Mullins' ‘very classy' new £300,000 horse confirmed and Cheltenham Festival target decided
THE billionaire owner of Willie Mullins' 'very classy' new £300,000 horse has been confirmed. And her Cheltenham Festival target has already been decided. 1 The latest Horse Racing Ireland update showed Ryanair boss Michael O'Leary's Gigginstown House Stud as the owner of Poetisa. Mullins and right-hand man Harold Kirk saw off Nicky Henderson to land the Cheltenham winner at the Goffs sales in May. Formerly trained by Toby Bulgin, Poetisa won a mares' bumper at the home of jumps in April. Sent off 20-1 under former champion jockey Brian Hughes, she stayed on well up the hill after meeting trouble to win by a neck. Poetisa commanded a price tag of £42,000 as a three-year-old but her value soared after the Cheltenham victory. And Mullins clearly liked what he saw, with her pedigree suggesting big things lie in store in the future. Poetisa is from the same family as multiple Grade 1-winning superstar Macs Joy. The Jessica Harrington-trained hurdler won over half a million quid from 31 career races, which included nine victories. And O'Leary will be hoping for something similar from his newly-acquired mare. Gigginstown House were also listed as the new owners of French import Mino Des Mottes, who it is thought is also in training with Mullins. But it's Poetisa who Kirk has big hopes for. And he had already decided her target for the Festival when splashing the cash a few months ago. The bloodstock expert said: "She's a Cheltenham winner already and she'll only improve. "She was very classy when she won. She's a lovely mare and hopefully she'll go down the mares' route over hurdles as there's a big programme for these mares now." Poetisa can be backed at 10-1 for the Mares Novices' Hurdle, with Mullins' Champion Bumper winner Bambino Fever the 3-1 favourite. . Remember to gamble responsibly

World champions Chelsea enter Premier League season with a squad to rival any other and expectations of title challenge
CHELSEA go into the season as newly-crowned world champions. Now the best way to silence anyone who questions the value of the Club World Cup will be to mount a challenge for the English throne. 3 3 Boss Enzo Maresca has a squad that would be the envy of most teams. The difficulty is overtaking the three other outstanding sides, Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City. Maresca played down talk of the title when his side closed to within a few points of the Reds last year. But he will find it harder to shake off the expectations of fans and owners in his second season. Chelsea 's array of attacking talent is incredible. And, in Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez, they have two world-class midfielders. Defeating PSG in the CWC final was a positive sign. Now, after all that exertion in the heat of the USA and a minimal pre-season, the Blues must deliver over a nine-month campaign. DREAM TEAM HERO: Cole Palmer, midfielder, £6m Player of the tournament at the Club World Cup and a fantasy favourite. On song again after a blip last season where he went 16 games without a goal. Even so, England man Palmer still managed a very respectable 15 goals and 12 assists, amassing 327 points in Dream Team. If Chelsea ignite this season, he will be the spark.
