Louisiana bar busted — after teen found passed in church — for allegedly selling over 100 drinks to minors in one night
A Louisiana teenager found passed out in a nearby church led cops to bust several bartenders at a local watering hole – for allegedly allowing minors to drink like fish.

Hammond police launched a missing person case on the morning of Aug. 8, after finding clothing and personal items on a city sidewalk, according to KPEL965.com.
They soon located 18-year-old Richard Clementi — the owner of the items — who hadn't actually been missing. Rather, Clementi, was found taking a booze-fueled snooze inside a nearby church's sanctuary, the outlet reported.
Clementi told detectives he had been boozing the night before at The Brown Door Bar, where he bought alcoholic drinks directly from the bartenders, he reportedly told cops.

The admission led cops to obtain a search warrant for the tavern's surveillance footage, which allegedly showed bar staff hawking 116 beverages to underage patrons in just a three-hour window.
Clementi was issued a summons for unlawful purchase and possession of alcohol, while the bar's owner Patrick Broussard, 57, was issued a summons for allowing a disorderly place, according to the local outlet.
Sydney Mitchell, 20, was charged with a whopping 115 counts of unlawful sales to a minor in connection to the case.

Sydney Mitchell, 20, was charged with a whopping 115 counts of unlawful sales to a minor, while Tristan Stravinsky, 21, was charged with 10 counts of the same offense.
Michael Cuccia, 22, was charged with one count of unlawful sale to a minor.
Broussard and Mitchell did not immediately respond to inquiries. Clementi, Stravinsky and Cuccia could not be reached for comment.

Elderly Jeep driver crashes into pedestrian and building in Northern California, police say
( — A pedestrian was injured and a Northern California business sustained damage after an elderly Jeep driver crashed into them, according to the Galt Police Department. On Tuesday afternoon, GPD officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision involving a structure and a pedestrian at CVS Pharmacy, located at 1063 C Street. When officers arrived at the scene, they determined that an 81-year-old woman, the sole occupant of a Jeep Cherokee, attempted to park in a space in front of the business. ( — Two people were arrested in connection with a 'cash drop scam' that has been circulating through Northern California. Around 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, the Vacaville Police Department responded to a loss prevention agent at a local business who reported suspicious activity in the parking lot.
