Subham OTT Release: Where to watch Samantha Ruth Prabhu's maiden production film after its theatrical run
Subham OTT Release: South superstar Samantha Ruth Prabhu is now calling the shots. The actress has officially turned producer with her brand-new production house, Tralala Moving Pictures, and her first film, Subham, is already making serious noise. What's more? She's not just producing it but also playing a key role in it. For those wondering where to watch it online, Zee5 has bought the rights to Shubham (both OTT and TV).
What's Subham all about?
If you haven't watched the trailer yet, what are you even doing with your life? Subham is a quirky, madcap family comedy thriller. It follows the story of three married men whose peaceful lives are turned upside down when their wives become completely obsessed with a supernatural daily soap on TV.
But here's the crazy part - the wives start acting possessed, like something straight out of a horror serial! With no clue what to do, the confused husbands finally turn to one person who can fix this: Mathaji, played by Samantha herself, in a never-seen-before avatar.
The trailer has gone viral with over 3.6 million views and thousands of comments praising its unique concept and laugh-out-loud moments. Many are calling it 'the next Jathi Ratnalu with a twist.' It's sitting comfortably among YouTube's top trending videos.
Meet the team behind Subham
While Samantha leads the charge, Subham also stars some fresh and funny talents including Harshith Reddy, Gavireddy Srinivas, Charan Peri, Shriya Kontham, Shravani Lakshmi, Shalini Kondepudi and Vamsidhar Goud. The film is directed by Cinema Bandi fame Praveen Kandregula, written by Vasanth Mariganti, and the music is by Shor Police.
If you think this is all Samantha is up to, think again! She's also juggling a pickleball team, a dark fantasy web series titled Rakht Brahmand: The Bloody Kingdom (produced by Raj & DK). She is also in talks for Allu Arjun's AA22 x A6 and maybe more surprises up her sleeve from Tralala Productions.
